Visited the boutique yesterday, the experience was wonderful.
The store manager is very knowledgeable and has made great suggestions for the choice of pods. We've had a nice conversation about different types of coffee and about how great is the Nespresso towards their employees.

My machine was broken (3rd machine in 5 years), although I was the only consumer in the household. Ordered the machine through the technician over the phone, who guaranteed 4 hour SLA. Arrived after 5 hours, the machine was not there. I asked one of the associates to call head office to check. She asked me to come back the next day. Called the service technician again in the morning to ask for confirmation. I went again to the store at 5 pm. Although the order was marked ready in the site, the associate couldn’t find the order. Had to wait again for over half hour.

Can you please fix the issue with your system and ensure better customer experience?

First time visitor, was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating and friendly the staff were. I appreciate the patience and their honesty they provided while helping me shop for a machine. Special consideration to John who went above and beyond in helping me. Will definitely be a regular at this location going forward.

We walked in today to pick up the capsules and had a very unpleasant experience. The staff was very rude and insisted that we needed to line up, even though we didn't see a clear line. Her manner was extremely poor and disrespectful. I don't recommend this location. I used to go to the Yorkdale location where the staff are very nice and they provide clear instructions. This was a bad experience!

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. While we were waiting for our order, we tried their limited edition coffee at the coffee bar where we enjoyed pleasant conversations with the staff. Thank you especially Giovanni and Lawrence for your assistance. Looking forward to returning soon ️

Had such an elevated experience with Neil and John! Neil was so inviting and patient, he carefully and diligently went through my likes and dislikes with coffee, and helped assist me with choosing the correct subscription plan, machine and coffee selection. John was so kind and patient with me his service and confidence in the product was especially reassuring in knowing what was the better deal for me! Thank you Neil and John!

I went to the store in hopes of buying a machine and the pods that come with it, and I had a very bad interaction with the sales representative. I came into the store having an idea of what I wanted but was unsure and ready to ask questions, and when I asked my questions, she gave me very clipped answers and sounded annoyed. She continued to rush me and pressured me to make choices. I understand they probably have a quota, but it deters customers from making purchases when they rush customers and act passive-aggressively. I felt upset and did not end up making a purchase due to my bad experience (and I do not think I will be making a future purchase ever). I work in customer service and understand that there are bad days. Still, I would expect to be treated with respect- and looking at other reviews, I can see a trend with how frequently other customers are being faced with the same treatment (but it might not be taken seriously if this treatment is still happening).

I been to many Nespresso stores with the best service but today Sat March eleven at eight pm had the most unprofessional women who sells coffee at front door cash. Was so Rude, did not care about anyone. Was rushing and pushing me to pick out my coffee when I was looking at the assortment list she pushed under my nose. I spend lots of money here that day and I have never been pushed so hard to hurry up. Most rudest asian cashier that works at cash selling capsules. She definitely did not like her job. I'll never come back there again. Could not get her name or it be posted. I won't be back.

I was there on March 4 around 5PM, just trying to fill up my espresso capsules and this lady was very pushy, she did not help us with our needs. Very disappointed with the customer service, won’t be coming back.

Came here with my sister to get our welcome gift and props to Ren for making our experience great. She was very informative, accommodating and kind. If you’re looking for the best service at this location, ask for Ren!

Came here to buy some products for a gift basket for someone who had a Nespresso machine. Lots of staff, clean, fully stocked and they would allow you to sample different products if you wanted to try something new. For Nespresso owners this is a great resource to buy coffee and sample new ones. They also had machines on display and the staff seemed knowledgeable about them selling you what you needed.

Great coffee, but pricey. I wish they'd bring back the tasters. It's hard to pick a new coffee without trying it first.

I am not sure if the gentleman I have dealt with a few times at this location is the Manager, but he is fantastic! Genuine conversation, very personable, and shows a pride for his job. Makes the visits that much more enjoyable. The shop has a nice ascetic and vibe to it as well.

They had a really good deal for Dec. Managed to get a gift there. Staff was nice and didn't try to oversell their product but always happy to answer questions.

The employee at the store tried to get me to place the order online despite me already being at the store and the store being open for in store purchases. I already knew what I wanted so it wasn’t like I was taking up a lot of her time but she didn’t seem to want to cash me out at all. When I asked if I’d be eligible for the Nespresso Club welcome offer, she said no - didn’t even bother to check, and rushed me out of the store. I’m not one to write reviews but the experience didn’t sit right with me so I called Nespresso directly - the phone rep confirmed the offer was on my account and applied it to my transaction after the fact.

Bottom line, most stores are closed in the middle of the pandemic. If the store is open, the very least you can do is serve the people that showed up to purchase from you.

I felt very rushed especially since it was my first time purchasing a Nespresso and pods. I wanted to see my options and know the difference between the flavors but I felt the sales lady just wanted me to get anything and leave. I'll probably try a different location next time I want to purchase my coffee pods.

Life changed since I switched to nespresso pods. Environmentally friendly company and a great price with new lines of pods seasonally. Works out to about $1.50 per pod. The quality is as good or better than starbucks.

I had to have a refund processed and got wrong info. Over the phone. The store and the staff were wonderful and went above and beyond to find a away to say yes and help me. Thank you for taking ownership and creating a fantastic experience!

Management should seriously review customer service level at this store. This is my 3rd time buying pods at this location. First 2 times the reception was stone cold and robotic. I asked about the summer special edition and was bluntly told they are only available limited time; asked about similar flavor then was just pointed to "this". My 3rd time on Oct 7: same kind of service. I asked for a recommendation of strong armor flavor. Again, just point to a blend and no further introduction - at least tell me something about it (now that no sampling at the store).

Just because we are committed to a Nespresson machine, and we have no other places to get pods that fit your machine?

I recently ordered a Nespresso machine online, recieved it in a couple days and was very excited to try it out. Unfortunately, I tried my best to educate myself and research about the brand online as much as I could but I overlooked many aspects about both lines of machines available. I bought the wrong machine, so I took it into the Markville store and I was so happy to have had Zwe help us out with finding the perfect machine for our use. He was super informative, knew every in and out about the machines, the coffees, the company.just about everything! I really left feeling that every question I had was answered. I'm really happy we spoke to him, as I see other reviews about other staff not being as friendly, but without a doubt Zwe was very friendly and fun to talk to!

I went to this location today to purchase some pods for my expresso machine. This was my first time buying pods since I bought my machine online a month ago. The sales girl was not pleasant when I asked her about the price difference in store and online. She was not helpful and then asked "what do you mean? " Huh? Maybe take a look at your website if you don't understand. I will not be returning to this location.

Visited this Nespresso location interested in buying a coffee machine for my new home on July 30,2020. Understandably, they had measures in place due to COVID-19 and we tried out best to abide by their policies (i.e. Masks, santizing hands, following arrows etc.). Both staff members were extremely rude to my boyfriend and I. One staff member assumed we were there to buy coffee pods and harshly told us to get in line and rushed off into the back room before we could tell him we were here to browse other products. When we were looking at a machine that was on promotion, another staff member butted into our conversation and told us "if you're looking for that machine it's sold out" in a very irritated tone. We were both taken aback by how rude both sales people were. Neither staff member seemed interested in helping us pick out a machine nor did they ask us if we needed help with anything. Needless to say, I was not impressed by Nespresso's customer service and I will be buying a machine and coffee from their competitors.

This was my first visit to any Nespresso boutique. The store was gorgeous and inviting. Staff were all so friendly and willing to help. I had a tasting. The different coffees were explained to me in a way that made sense. The lovely lady I dealt with made the experience very enjoyable, she wore I dark blazer, wish I had gotten here name. Kudos to everyone at this location for making my first visit exceptional, definitely won't be my last.

This store is great. If you happen to visit speak to Sway, he very welcoming and knowledgable about the products. He made the experience even better after our tasting. The boutique overall is a better concept then the kiosk that nespresso had. The boutique has more products and is very inviting compared to the old kiosk style. Enjoy the visit.

The service is really bad. Nobody told us we don’t need to wait inline. The staff was gossiping. When I finish looking around, they told me I need to go out and wait in line then come in again to buy the capsules.so why should I come in at the first time.

Service in this place was excellent. They're definitely selling a premium product but they provided a premium experience too. The folks there were well trained.

It's a beautiful store. The layout is very unique and not like any of the other Nespresso stores currently in the GTA. I like how they use real glass cups and spoons at the tasting counter.

Love the product, but the service is so slow. Be prepared to wait if there is a small line up. I can't imagine the wait if there was a long one. Sheez got to speed up the service.

When I went for my first visit to pick up coffee pods they surprised me with offering a free coffee! A much needed coffee as I was out of pods and lacking caffeine that morning.
