I had a great experience with an employee named Emily. She was very friendly and helpful. She had me try the new Holiday flavours and I loved it!
The store is very clean and although it may look busy, I was helped very fast. Emily helped me right after I was greeted and walked me through the process of being a new Nespresso customer.

When it comes to Nespresso and our experience with the brand, we strongly believe that the customer service is very poor. The sales person lied to us to make a sale. We were told to bring the machine to the store if there are any issues during the warranty period, for an exchange, refund or repair.
Our machine, Citiz was only 15 days old, and was not making any Crema. We took the machine all the way to the store, only to be told that they cannot do anything about it, but we have to call the 1-800 number for them to decide what can be done. When we called the customer service and did a video call with them, we realized there is a whole process and it was not very comfortable. We were very clear about one thing that a 15 day old machine will not go for repair, but for an exchange. After a resolution, we dropped the machine at the Canada Post, as told. It was hard to digest that an exchange cannot be done at a store, but customer has to wait for a new machine to be shipped.
When a brand like Nespresso comes to this level of customer service, you really are at a loss. They invest in great brand ambassadors, but not in a reliable product or customer service, let alone a well trained staff.
This is my second machine, the first one was purchased at Costco and is still going good. I will never ever buy a Nespresso again.
We are still waiting for the new machine to arrive. Had we known that dealing with Nespresso is such a time consuming process we would have gotten another brand. Refund is not an option, so we are stuck. Ours was a manufacturing defect for which we have to go through all the hassles of a video call, shipping back, call after the product is shipped and then wait for a new machine or repair. What a shame!

Witnessed a terrible customer while i was in line get mad over the fact that her sleeves were given to her in a case, she was offered to have the case taken back and brought to her in sleeves instead and she declined.she then got mad at the employee because she had to do it herself even thought she was completely erratic and wouldn’t let the employee help her.props to that employee for staying calm in that situation.

Firstly they have not closed, just moved within the mall - now near Shoppers Drug mart end of mall. 5 star service today, I was greeted on the way in - helped immediately, not pressurized in any way, and completed my recycling and new order tout suite!

My first experience was an absolute nightmare. Have been on the phone with them everyday for 6 days now. Nobody was able to solve my problem on the website. Not even the worst part, they shipped my order to the wrong address and after I went to go pick it up the second time from the shipping company, they requested the item back without telling me wasting a 30 minute trip for me and causing me to wait another week for this machine to finally come in. After days on the phone with the shipping company and nespresso themselves I would not reccommend. Complete nightmare.

Very helpful staff and not pushy with sales. Was in and out very quick with my order. Great coffee too

The staff at this location were so welcoming when i came in jenica (sorry if I spelt that wrong) went out of her away to make suggestions and even made me a coffee to go! (and put cute latte art on it) The energy at the beautiful new store is wonderful. Thanks!

For a small shop, lots of people but all with seemingly no desire to greet or acknowledge customers. Very focused on up selling but not service. The manager should focus on training staff instead of spending what must be hours responding to people’s on-line reviews.

I am a newer Nespresso owner. I was extremely excited about being gifted a machine, and some coffee for Christmas! Excited that is until now. I bought additional coffee for myself online and have found that I don't enjoy a few new flavours. No big deal I thought, Nespresso being the "premium" brand it is, surely I have options so that I am not stuck with coffee I can't drink. So, I went to the store today only to have the employee say he can't help me because of the policies in place. I voiced my confusion, but after a few giggles from said employee and being told the same thing, I opted to go home before saying something rude from his reaction to my questions. I then reach out to the main customer service line. Explained how my experience in store went, to have the individual I spoke with on the phone be equally as unhelpful. Now I find myself with a sour taste in my mouth about the store and company as a whole (not only from their coffee I dislike.) I have never encountered something like this from a food or drink company. I am disappointed and leery of making future purchases, or even recommending this brand to anyone else. Why sell coffee if you aren't going to guarantee your customers the satisfaction of your products? Lesson learned for me today.

Staff seemed like they hated their job, especially when I asked to try something, good products but needs better customer service.

Usually I order online but today I ended up going to Mapleview location while my car was on charging
The tall lady was very rude
She literally grabbed coffee sleeves from my hands and took its way
Her attitude was bad and offensive for me
Please don’t hire rude amd arrogant staff
Rating one star based on that particular employee
