I came in on November 27th 2023 around noon. The employee completely disregarded us upon entering the store, no greeting, nor did she ask us if we needed any assistance… after she made someone a coffee, I had asked if she would be kind enough to make us one so I could determine which flavour I’d be purchasing. She responded with “these are for customers only” … while I was clearly in the store shopping. This left a terrible impression which impacted my decision to shop here. I do not recommend this location, I’ll be going elsewhere.

Just surprised by how underrated this place is. I came across the store and was greeted by Cynthia this afternoon. She was so sweet, friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me to find the products that suitable for me and I end up bought some capsules. Definitely recommend this place.

I love the atmosphere and the customer service there. My favorite Nespresso store! When I go to the mall, I always stop by!

I went today to the store looking for some pods, the Latina girl in there was very professional and polite and recommended me the ones of my preferences and even made me a coffee. Had an amazing experience, I would definitely come back!

Went here today and just like most of the reviews here, the gal seems to hate her job and giving weird attitude. Not that the company will look at this but just goto another store. Service is terrible at this one so sad to see a good company get bad rep for one bad apple.

Dont pick up from this store or do your returns here. The workers in this store apparently do not want to work there and they bring out their rudeness and unsattiafaction on customers. They do not care about trying to help or solve even simple requests like returns. The manager lady especially had this stare that was so uncomfortable and the other lady did not even know the process. I had to return the items online and pay 25 dollars

If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed an online order with them as my sister worked near STC. We live very far from the nearest Nespresso boutique. I place the order for just 5 coffee sleeves, my account stated it was "ready". I tell my sister to go in store to pick up and she is told to wait 4-8 hours. It really isn't that hard to go pick 5 coffee sleeves from the shelves. When my sister asked why the status mentioned the order as being ready - she was told the online account apparently indicates it as such. So apparently customers are left confused as a result? Anyway, I cancelled the order online and wasted another hour on the phone with Nespresso trying to cancel since their "stock" specialist was off for 2 days and they will not be able to do it themselves. FYI, train your employees on basic customer service skills! They seem to have an answer for not doing their jobs.

Would give zero or less to customer service. There are 3 female staffs and 1 male staff today. I request 5 boxes of Nespresso capsule. One female staff asked me something but I didn’t get it. 3 girls laughed a lot in front of me without any extra explains. I was so mad, but they let the male staff help my order and they enjoyed small talk each other. Super rude and unprofessional. I have been using Nespresso over 10 years and I always received the best service until now. NEVER had this situation even small convenient stores. Even though it’s the closest Nespresso shop for me, I will never go there. I heard that this store is temporary, I think eventually I will visit other stores. Who wants to get the service from them? Anyway, a male staff was kind and nice.

Would give zero stars if I could. Placed abs order for pick up and since the stock is kept in a separate area, I had to wait while they went back and forth looking for the order. They didn’t simply call each other regarding the confusion. Then whenever I would ask a question about the hold up, I was met with a rude, attitude filled response then the one rep just turned her back to me. What’s the point of even being able to order online and pick up from this location if I’m made to wait 20 minutes for my order! So inefficient.

Shopping coffee here was a pleasure with the help of Erika. Looking forward to more coffee experiences, and hopefully some promotions.:)

Pathetic customer service.
Incompetent staff
Billed me incorrectly at first and refused to honour an exchange saying the item is not on my bill and also in order history.
I was not expecting such a bad experience with Nepresso in a month of becoming their customer.
