I would not recommend this park the management here show no respect for the people who pay money and amenities are always delayed in opening or closed for the season

Nice place lots of trees for privacy and when I walked in there was a group of people and no loud music no yelling and screaming it was great. The only problem I do see is there was $4,500 charge for the season which is almost twice the price of other places.

What a terrible place. Poor management. The park manager is a goof. Parkridge is a terrible company and change rules when ever they want. Stay away from here.

Well-kept up park. Saltwater swimming pool, lake for fishing and boating, blow up bounce pad, playgrounds for kids, mini golfing course, public showers were closed. Nice place to spend a weekend.

We are new to the resort. So far it's excellent. Super friendly staff. Clean facilities and warm and welcoming people around the grounds. Look forward to years of memory making.

Visited a friend’s trailer this summer, love how it’s near the waters. I know it’s under Covid-19 period, resort tried their best to amend their rules as they go.

Some amenities were closed then re-open at late summer. We visited 3 times and stayed over one weekend. Lots to do, friendly people and neighbours. We needed 1 life jacket for a child. A neighbor lent it without hesitation. Kids can fish on the dock, catch frogs/turtles by the water.

Would definitely visit again! Resort staff is friendly and helpful (shout out to Bob!)

Let me just say I do not own a lot, or a trailer within this community. However I have been coming to a family members lot for a number of years now and would consider getting a trailer at a resort still. Just not this one.

Horribly micro managed environment. More like a gated community then a cottage resort as of late. There is so many rules and regulations, and people complain to the office rather than work things out like good neighbors. It's getting very political and less and less enjoyable with each trip. Especially someone who was a prospective buyer.

Slowly a lot of the things that make this place more of a cottage experience are being taken away. More and more rules and regulations restrict your ability to relax while on the park grounds.

Recently complaints around dogs have been a big thing in the park, but rather than approach the owner the park sends out a newsletter which is addressed to all members in the park with dogs. I recognize this is an easy solution however, what is fair is not always equal.and if I'm going to even consider spending thousands of dollars a year here I'd like to see some more creative problem solving from the park management.

Everyone should not be punished because a few people in the park screw it up.

ADDRESS THE COMPLAINTS. NOT THE WHOLE COMMUNITY.

I would love to see park management dealing with things on a case by case basis before sending out a letter. At the very least why don't they encourage park members to try to work things out between eachother first? Why are neighbors not asking eachother nicely about parking considerations, noise considerations, and other issues they may be having with eachother? Why does it need to be escalated so drastically through park management? Since park management has favorites will your complaints really be heard anyways? Why are good long time members being forced out just because there trailer is an older model? Why are new members getting scrutiny while old members get passes?

All questions I keep asking but get no honest answers.

It's a good park and there is so many good people in it. But things are not all sunshine and rainbows here at Nestle In A Parkbridge Cottage Resort.

If your thinking of buying really talk to people. You'll get lots of mixed answers; I know I have. Also take note of how many times management has switched and how many original members have left or moved on.

If I go up or visit from here out, its to see family and a few friends. But I can no longer relax at this resort the way the park is going.

A nice well-maintained park that the owners take pride in. A great place for families to share their time together

Overpriced! $241 for 2 nights! Stayed here for 2 nights in June. Staff are very friendly and helpful (even through in a free boat slip for us) but it didn't change the fact that this is the most expensive RV park I've stayed in all of North America. I've been into Vegas, LA, Florida, Newfoundland, all over southern Ontario just to name a few.

Other issues:
- Our first site, the electricity had a ground fault which we wouldn't have known about unless we had a surge protector
- The boat launch and waterway is full of seaweed that got clogged up in our seadoo's
- The boat docks and grass area is a total mess with goose droppings
- Our site didn't have a fire pit, we had to request one
- The firewood is more expensive then a provincial park
- Tons of bugs based on the swampy property of the resort
