I appreciate the opportunity to share my thoughts on net2phone. While we were initially interested in partnering with net2phone for our communication needs, our company has specific requirements that didn't align with their offerings. However, I must commend net2phone for their transparency throughout the process. Their honesty and clear communication allowed us to realize that it wasn't the right fit for us without wasting valuable time. Transparency is a rare and valuable trait in business relationships, and we appreciate net2phone for demonstrating it. While it didn't work out for us this time, I would certainly consider them for future needs that may be a better match.

I have been a very satisfied customer for over 10 years and I'm fully confident in recommending n2p's service to all seeking reliable, consistent business telephone service and excellent customer service and support. Major telephone service providers take note: this is how its done right!

I have being waiting on hold for customer service / tech support for over 10 mins, the reliability of the phone service is poor, calls are consistently dropped, reception is poor.thinking old school landline was better.

We have used Net2Phone as our phone service provider for three years now and are very happy with the VOIP phones. It took a bit to get the system programmed to meet our needs, but their technical staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Our current service rep, Melanie, is a joy to work with and was very helpful managing some delays in our renewal.

Signed up with Net2Phone after being cold called by their sales team and promised top tier phone quality and customer service. While customer service can be helpful if you pester them, the phone quality was 0/10. Over 60% of our incoming and outbound calls would fail, there are service outages all the time, and their iOS app fails to work consistently. Many days at work were spent trouble shooting this phone system. We had to cancel all together within 30 days of our switch over to them due to our inability to make phone calls without them dropping or the person on the other end of the call being unable to hear our agents. Unless you are prepared to do the entire set up process on your own with little guidance and are prepared to trouble shoot near daily to improve phone quality, don't use net2phone. Only positive I experienced was assistance from my customer success agent, at least she was nice!

Amazing team of people to work with! When there are technical challenges or opportunities, you can call in and someone knowledgeable & friendly picks up the phone too helps you out so that the business keeps going!

The fulfillment team is pro-active and encouraged me and our team to continuously improve, even when we thought that 'we were too busy'.

We have worked closely with Ryan & Vanessa to consolidate our Telecom landscape, removed unused analog landlines, adjusted auto attendants and call queues; all to improve our guest experience!

Over-satisfied with their work and supporting our group to really streamline incoming traffic and ensuring our guests get to talk to the right person, so they can enjoy and beer and burger at the end of their ski day here in Whistler!

Ever since net2phone canada bought Versature, their customer service is brutal, their tech support is even worst.

I have just canceled my service after over 15years of being a customer and it is now even more of a nightmare to port out my numbers and have them help remove their programming from the phones that belong to us. Their tech support is barely helpful and only available from like 9-5… what about weekends and all the other hours of the day…

The good: The phone service quality and dependability.

The Bad: the tools and features (Sonar portal) for managing a phone system are basic (sometimes quirky). Setup and config is requires considerable support unless you have a lot of telecom experience.

The Ugly: Watch your bills. The last company I helped with Net2Phone setup was paying for 14 lines and phones (>$500/mo) they had never provisioned. After tidying that up, they started getting SPAM Robo calls by the hundreds to their 800 lines, the calls only terminate after 30 minutes - resulting in $500+/mo in toll free minute charges.

You cannot block numbers, or configure the system to hang up robocalls.

I'm guessing these guys are looking for relatively unsophisticated customers who don't really understand telecom. There are better choices, I move customers to other providers once their contracts run out.
