Clean, friendly people, good food, large spacious boardrooms, comfortable chairs. Nice place, plenty of parking, easy to find.

One of the best facilities for mediation and discoveries in Toronto.
The front desk is always staffed with friendly receptionists, who are helpful whenever they print something. The wifi is never faulty here, making printing by emailing a document to the front desk possible. The only thing I would like more is if they can tell us which floor our rooms are on without having us check at the front desk.
The kitchen is always filled with goodies that make the legal process for clients and even lawyers a little less stressful. In fact, they have a nice rotation of foods available from 8: 15am onward. Unfortunately, they can't accommodate diatery needs as they can't guarantee that the food doesn't get cross-contaminated.
The washroom doors are also not wheelchair friendly, from what I remember. They can do a little more to make this place accessible.

Great place with fantastic views of the Toronto skyline and a buffet to kill for.
