I had the pleasure of visiting New Age Medical Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery for a treatment, and I would highly recommend! When you walk into the beautiful clinic, you are greeted by Lauren, who is extremely friendly and professional. For my consultation/treatment, I had the pleasure of meeting Sydney, who is a highly skilled nurse injector. Throughout my appointment, Sydney took the time to go over my medical history, as well as the various goals I was trying to achieve. Dr. Ian MacArthur (who is also extremely personable!) also visited with me during my appointment, and I love the dynamic between him and Sydney when discussing my treatment plan. During my appointment, I never felt rushed, and Sydney answered all of my questions, and went over all of the post care treatment with me. Not only is Sydney a wizard at what she does, she is also extremely kind and friendly, and I could not be more happy with my results - I look forward to going back to New Age soon, and would highly recommend!:)

Dr. McArthur is a very welcoming and open-minded professional. He is a man who makes you feel seen, heard and immediately comfortable and at ease. The initial consultation was very informative and went smoothly. The office staff were all very professional and attentive to my needs making the scheduling of appointments easy.

The nurse Sydney was very professional and personable. Her knowledge and experience made her preoperative treatment effective, fun and helped build up the excitment.

Surgery itself was exciting and fun! Dr McArthur and the nurse talked me through the process so it felt like we were doing it together rather than them performing a surgery on me. Loved the experience!

No complications to my surgery nor recovery and absolutely loving my new chin. All of my friends and family agree that it is a subtle change but makes a positively big difference.

Just had my first round of laser hair removal and can't say enough good things! The laser was a little spicy but I was kept well informed and as comfortable as possible. I must say, I have no doubt that the staff here are capable in many areas, but my concern lies with the expertise of Dr MacArthur. My darling daughter underwent a breast augmentation procedure with him in 2021 and unfortunately, the outcome was disappointing. The symmetry was completely off and I won't even delve into his bedside manner. We have made arrangements for her to have a revision at a reputable Montreal clinic, where I had a successful procedure under the care of a more seasoned doctor.

I highly recommend this clinic. The staff and health professionals are caring, kind, helpful and honest. This was some of the best healthcare I have experienced. A beautiful space, and wonderful people.

Dr. MacArthur is not only a highly qualified, knowledgeable and well-respected surgeon but is easily approachable and down to earth. So, I had my Hernia Repair, Muscle Repair, Tummy tuck and Liposuction done at New Age Aesthetics, Dr. Ian MacArthur is the best plastic surgeon I have ever known, He is so gentle and kind, everything went so well, the pain is bearable, i am so happy with my recovery, I am 3 weeks post operation and the swelling is going down, the incision is healing well, no more discomfort compared to what I have heard from other people that went through the same procedure.
Oh I really need to talk about the Staffs, everyone here are so good, they made me so comfortable, Danielle, thank you so much for your words of encouragement, at a point, I was so nervous and scared of the procedure, but Danielle talk to me and I was so relieved, now I am so proud of myself for taking the decision to get myself fixed, I now feel more comfortable and healthy, I no longer feel the pain that I usually feel from my umbilical hernia.
