I walked in during my lunch break on a Tuesday afternoon – my objective was to confirm my footsize on the 3D Scanner and get a comfortable walking shoe that could fit my orthotics with my specific foot conditions (plantar fasciitis)
Jason was very helpful in setting me up with the 3D scan and made some suggestions on what would be best for my feet.
I did not feel pressured to buy anything and Jason was very helpful in answering any questions I had on other shoes that I was in the market for.
Overall I had a great experience at NB Exchange Tower and would highly recommend anyone looking for a new set of shoes to speak with Jason at this location.
I’ll be back for my lifestyle shoes and runners soon Jason.

This location is amazing with great customer service! Dealt with Jason who did a scan of my feet to get a product that would best suit my feet structure. He was very knowledgeable and a great person to deal with! I highly suggest to reach out to new balance Toronto if you are looking for shoes -running, walking, casual they have them all!

Visited this store in September 2019 while on holiday from Scotland. My trainers had suffered a terminal failure and I needed a new pair immediately. Having spoken with the assistant and explaining my requirements, she measured my feet and checked my gait, pointed me in the right direction and I ended up spending probably double what I normally would on a pair of trainers. Sad to say the shoes are worn out now but I did replace them with New Balance which are now my go to shoe. We had a great conversation about Canada and Scotland and I can’t complement her service highly enough. My only regret is that I can’t remember her name. If/when I return to Toronto, I will definitely visit this store and likely buy more trainers. Shame the store was a bit small and not in a prime location but I’m glad I found it.

Great customer service here and solid shoe purchase. They are very helpful if you have any questions about proper footwear.

Staff were not helpful, nobody approached us while we were in the store (August 30), they were too busy having a conversation to acknowledge us. Selection is also quite limited.

Visited on Tuesday evening. The male staff was not very professional or friendly. The female staff was friendly but didnt know much about products.

Small store not a lot of product and choice! Could be a little hard to find if it’s your first time or your out of town. It’s on the lower level and you should read the computer maps to figure out how to get there!

The staff are very knowledgeable and always there for any questions with excellent answers and recommendations. Just explain what exactly it is that you're looking for and most probably they carry it. If not, they are able to assist with locating it online.

Nice little location in the PATH. Friendly staff but not overbearing by trying to make a sale. Good selection for such a small sporting goods store. Prices are fair and comparable to other similar shops.

Great selection and they also have larger sizes (13 and 14) that you usually don't get anywhere else. Found the shoes I was looking for and the staff was very patient and helpful while I tried on different pairs.
