I want to compliment New Bloominghill Flowers shop and say thank you to salesperson, wonderful lady who arranging beautiful bouquets at this place. I admire her work and I do like the style she arranges the flowers for different occasions.
I highly recommend this flower shop.

Giving two stars for the consistency. Been at the location for some minor emergency purchases twice. May I reassure you, the second time I was there was my last ever visit to that location. Never again! The old woman with white hair working there makes sure to greet you with arrogant attitude. She creates a hostile atmosphere and makes you not to want to come back. If you’re looking to get dirty looks and very arrogant attitude with some pricy and not necessarily fresh flowers - come to this location. If you’re looking for a better experience and flowers - look somewhere else. And so will I.
To the owner of the location: the only worker I’ve seen at the location on my both visits could probably get a Nobel prize for having the best passive aggressive attitude and the worst customer service skills.

Great place to order a bouquet for any occasion. This place has a variety of options and prices were reasonable. I ordered a couple times and flowers arrived very fresh and on time.

Ordered my bouquet over the phone and went later on to pick up the bouquet. It had surpassed all my expectations. Flowers were beautiful and fresh and the bouquet was just gorgeous. Great shop and amazing florists great service.

I stopped here on my way home to buy my wife flowers. Upon entering an elderly female was helping another customer so I patiently waited. Five minutes or so pass but she does not greet me or acknowledge me. Ten minutes go by and another female emerges from the back but she's on the phone complaining to someone about a personal matter (it seemed), stares right at me, walks to the counter, grabs something and walks away. I still give them the benefit of the doubt and patiently wait. Fifteen minutes go by and a third female emerges from the back, head down scrolling on her phone, gives me eye contact and then continues to scroll through her phone at the counter. Fifteen minutes is not a long time to be waiting but when you're standing there without any acknowledgement, it is quite distressing. And to top it off the only other customer in there was just awkwardly staring at me, as if I did not belong. First and last time I step into that place and I hope you think twice as well. Extremely POOR customer service and I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Simply the best! This is the only florist I ever use.for all of our Condominium properties. Never have been disappointed. Always delighted by the "over and above" quality of both the flowers and the excellent service from Milena. She has excellent taste and puts together exquisite arrangements for any occasion. Very helpful, beautiful flowers every time, and fast delivery.

The products speak for themselves because they are indeed lovely flowers. Despite this, I have been to this location quite a few times and every time I go, I am greeted with less than satisfactory customer service. If you don’t mind being spoken down to or spoken to like you’re incompetent, then I would recommend this place. If you care about the customer service/care and consideration, then buy your flowers elsewhere.

During the height of COVID-19, Alisa, the proprietor'sdoor was open even though the laws forbade retail stores from operating their businesses. Breaking the law and at one the same time being haughty regarding in-store purchases is wanton disregard for the law which is illegal and beyond disgusting.

May whomsoever reads this review know that no further business will be transacted at New Bloominghill Flowers. Canada is a forward thinking country. We are all in this pandemic together. This business is never ever recommended. Chicanery is lowly. No ugly sweet talk should change one's mind.

This place has beautiful range of flowers, everytime they have fresh flowers and everything in stock, bestest customer service ever experienced. They are doing great work.

Best online service flowers ordered and was delivered in less than 30 min the lady make gorgeous flower i recommend everyone to use their service.

Till now flowers were not delivered, which was required to be delivered on 02.07.2021. Please refund the amount, so future trust and business will continue

I usually get my flowers at Centerpoint Mall #flowersbymgm, but since I only had limited time on my way to work, I noticed this flower shop. So I went in and the lady was serving other customers, so I waited and looked around and trying to decide which flower to get. By the way she was friendly with the other customer. When it was my turn, I noticed a bouquet of flower on the counter and I asked her if someone owned it. The lady just snapped and said “$100. I said sure I will get it. I held my tongue not to say anything back. At least that bouquet, I don’t have to wait for another 15 mins for an arrangement, IT’S READY! But definitely won’t be coming back. Surely will stick to my usual flower shop.

Beware of their website, the delivery is a scam! They give "free" delivery, but after doing all the payment process, at the last verification, they added a $50 delivery fee, since I'm not in their delivery area (I'm in downtown. $50 for delivering in the same city!).

Not only was the flower bouquet so beautiful, but the delivery person did it as instructed: the flowers were delivered in the morning to an apartment in a residential building. Thank you so much:)

Extremely rude and unpleasant service very expensive definitely doesn't do justice with the product. Never go there if you on a budget the employee will make fun of you.

Absolutely atrocious service, 0 stars, came i.looking to get roses for mom, woman who works there said to me, I quote ‘You know I haven’t sat down since morning’ and refused to show me any roses that were tucked away, are you f$&@ing kidding me? I was appalled and left, absolutely rude, how do you just refuse service on basis of being lazy? Appalling, absolutely appalling.
