Showed up four hours late and wanted $400 for 10 minutes work. Definitely don't recommend them.

Two toilets needed to be reset because of rusted bolts and other issues. Nazar came within 45 minutes of me placing the call and gave me a very decent quote on the spot. He got to work and finished without making any noise. Very helpful, professional and polite experience overall. A few additional issues were identified, so he will come back to fix them in the next two days.

Shendon and Roman and his crew did a fantastic job. Showed up on time and completed the installation of a back flow valve and new PVC pipes.

They finished on time and cleaned up all the areas they were working in.

George came by as we had a clog 25 feet down the drain pipe. George was patient, kind, respectful and very knowledgeable. He was in no rush to explain everything in detail, give me tips and explain how to prevent future issues from arising. I am more than impressed with his work! UPDATE! Allen came over to install a shower faucet set. He was polite, and worked efficiently. He offered to come by after work hours if I had any issues when installing tiles around the faucet. The main shut off had seized and he had to crawl under the sink in the basement, which is a tight awkward spot. He remained calm and polite. Both George and Allen were awesome!

Nima was super responsive and very informative. The entire team worked diligently to resolve pipe issues. Considering the amount of work and dedication put forth, we felt the price was fair for service provided. Most importantly we have peace of mind. This is the first time I have used this company. Nima did an excellent job of installing a new faucet in my kitchen. He was professional, efficient and left the work area very clean. I would definitely recommend this company and would request Nima for any other work I needed done.

We hired George when we noticed we had issues with both our sump pumps. George was able to install both pumps the very next day with his colleague Allan. We also shot two short videos of the pumps working well.
In addition, we had indoor plumbing work done in the house, and George promptly picked up the needed cartridge from the supplier. Thank you for your exceptional service Allan and George!

Dane and his did an amazing job of replacing our drainage system from inside the house to the city line. It is very overwhelming when you discover a drain blockage requires a large amount of work. We had roots in the pipes and cracked pipes requiring complete replacement. They completed this job in a professional and timely manner.

New Canadian did an excellent job 8 years ago replacing all our plumbing. Since then we've hired them to replace the toilet at our rental property - again good, efficient work. And just yesterday George arrived (an hour after I called) to clear up a clog in our bathroom sink. He was friendly, got to work right away, and explained to us after the details of what he had done. He also took the time to explain the best Dos and Dont's of keeping our bathroom sink clog free and was happy to answer the same question more than once. Excellent service (as usual). We had a leak. Danny was super professional and helpful in every way. Did the bare minimum amount of damage necessary (12ft lath and plaster ceiling) to reveal and diagnose the problem, reviewed our options with us – and cleaned up afterward.

I've only had a brief interaction with this company. I requested for a quote online and while they were quick to call me to discuss, they were even quicker to tell me what to do and were quite rude about it. This company seems eager to book and charge and did not provide me with answers when I asked, in fact, they seemed a bit annoyed that I had questions. I don't really recommend them based on my interaction with them.

Based on reply from the owner below, I recommend this place even less. As he did not reach out to understand the situation and automatically jumped to conclusion that I “harassed” his staff. I merely asked what are the options for my problem with my toilet, and should the toilet need replacement, if they carry different lines of toilet. Instead of answering my questions (which I feel were reasonable), their staff snapped at me and told me rudely that I can buy my own toilet if I have so many demands. I felt I was treated rudely and poorly for just asking for what services they offer and what products they carry.

Danny came on time, he is a very pleasant young man. Explained what he was going to do and what the price is. He used the snake to unclog my pipes and afterwards showed me that the water was draining from the sink normally. I am pleased with the service I received and would use this company again.

I highly recommend New Canadian Drain and Plumbing to anyone in need. I phoned about a backed up sink, and within the same day my problem was solved. Not only was I kept up to date about the arrival time, but when George (the plumber) arrived it as nothing but smooth sailing. George was very friendly, and even offered some tips on how to better take care of our drain. I really appreciate his help. I will definitely call New Canadian next time I have need for a plumber.

The guy showed up diagnosed the wrong problem in 5 min, then sent a bill for $360, we asked for a document of diagnosis and he refused to provide it. We called head office and asked for a the document explaining the issue and they just insisted they would send it after we paid. These guys are a scam, and they just send nobodies off the street to make up diagnosis and charge you. Screw this cheap company

Very professional and efficient. Esteban was great. He found the leak and fixed the problem quickly, and kept everything clean.

Today we had a broken faucet in our bathroom. Esteban came in a couple of hours and fixed the problem very fast and perfectly. He already had the parts with him. Great work, same as other times we used their services.

Mark was simply the best! Great work and
amazing service! I called them and they came over same day and fixed my plumbing issue in under an hour! Very friendly, prompt service, and easy to deal with. I highly recommend them!

All in all, a good experience. Dane, the serviceman, was particularly noteworthy. He was friendly, respectful of COVID rules, clearly communicated his work plan, provided helpful advice and worked quickly. Should a need arise again in future, I would definitely request Dane.

Highly Recommend! Excellent customer service and quality of work. We needed to correct some piping issues in our basement (washer, wash basin and hot water tank) that was a result of a recent renovation. Shendon was very responsive and clear on options. Habib executed the work quickly and safely. End result was fantastic.

I called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing last week for an issue I had with my bathtub faucet.
From the time I called to their arrival for a free assessment and quote was only 30 minutes. Very pleased with the response time.
My girlfriend was home at the time and dealt with the plumber who arrived. He was there for about 5 minutes before he determined the problem.
The problem with the faucet was the cartridge needed to be replaced.
The plumber quoted the repair at $690.
We decided to deny his service and shop around.
Luckily we learned our faucet was under life time warranty and would not cost anything for the new part.
We also learned the repair only takes about 15 minutes, since we had another plumber complete the job.
$690 for 15 minutes of labour and one part at no cost

I recommend calling around before using this company, unless you don't mind being taken advantage of

New Canadian Drain and Plumbing were are pleasure to deal with from arriving at my house the same day they took my call to returning the next day and repairing all the issues I has keeping me informed every step of the way. They even made sure the room was cleaned up to my standards before they left for the day. I would recommend using them and I am very satisfied with the work completed.

This is my first time writing/posting a bad review but felt it was warranted due to the lack of professionalism and poor customer service received from New Canadian Drain and Plumbing company.

Had a basement drain backup; initial cost is $280 to use a poor camera equipment followed by a snake which cost additional 280; end result, nothing was fixed. Technician informs me that I need an excavation that will cost 3200+. No thank you.

Paid the 400+ for an unprofessional technician to come to home and pretend to work.

Called another plumbing company in Mississauga a day later, was only charged 150 and voila, basement drain is no longer backed up.

I hope the 400 dollars that your business attained is worth the reputation of your company. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Contacted the company for an estimate for a kitchen faucet replacement. I had already bought the faucet myself, and was just looking to have it installed. He quoted me $325 right off the hop without even hesitating. I said no, so he tried $280, i still said no so he said $200. I obviously didn’t go through with any of the prices given due to the dishonest pricing from the start. Not a good way to do service.

We had a kitchen drain clog yesterday later afternoon. I made a call and the company sent a technician, George, come by right away. He came by 30 mins after the call. He is very professional. He took off his shoes right into my house. He found out a problem right away: the contractor who did the under sink pipe system did do correctly.
He found out there is a clog after the clean out. He used a big snake to clean out pipe and used a camera to inspect if there is any other problems. He cleaned up everything and gave us suggestions what we need to do in the future to avoid the problems. He made suggestion to power flush the kitchen pipe and redo the sink pipe system.
On the second day, he come back to do the rest of the work.

Don't waste your time with this company. I request for drainage video inspection and I specifically mentioned over the phone that I need a report and CD/USB and after 1 time cancelation on weekend, their staff showed up in our second appointment and simply said we are not doing this anymore but you could record it in your cellphone! What a waste of the time.

I phoned New Canadian Drain and Plumbing to resolve a clogged drain in my kitchen that was quickly becoming a nuisance. The dispatcher was helpful and promised to send a plumber within an hour on the same day. George (Ji Chel) arrived about 30 minutes later and got to work. He was thorough, very polite and knowledgeable. He inspected the clogged sink and fixed it within an hour using a drain snake. It's flowing freely again, which is a massive relief. I would definitely recommend New Canadian Drain and Plumbing to anyone else in need of a reliable plumbing technician like George.

I called New Canadian Drain and Plumbing to help with the running toilet in my parent's home. The receptionist was very friendly and sent us a plumber quickly. We had Mark come and he was very polite and knowledgeable. He took a look at the toilet and fixed it for my parents who are seniors. He even cleaned up after himself and left almost no trace of him being there except for a now quite and properly working toilet. It has been a few weeks and the toilet is still working great. New Canadian was very responsive and quick to send someone out same day, which is quite impressive considering it is a holiday long weekend. Esteban was very friendly, professional and timely. Pricing was fair considering it was an emergency repair job. Happy to now have their card in case of future emergencies!

Habib came to my house today to take care of my two toilets that weren't flushing properly. He assessed the problem quickly and provided options and recommended replacing both toilets, and now the problem is completely solved. He was in and out in less than 3 hours for two bathrooms. I was very happy with his work!

A friend told me how quick and responsive New Canadian were to his plumbing problem. So I decided to call them for an estimate for the several things I needed done in my aging condo’s bathrooms. They sent Mark, who came immediately. Mark did everything, all over two days, working long hours to get finished. I was extremely appreciative. He was very professional. He was clear in his recommendations so I could easily understand and he told me upfront how much things would cost. Everything was done well and he left my place in good order. Several weeks later, something leaked in my kitchen, and Mark came the same day and did a fantastic job replacing the old faucet and hose.

We had bad odors and poor flushing from our washroom. Called New Canadians. George arrived very quickly, and was very professional. He inspected the area, and gave us a quote for the job. We proceeded to snake the drains and toilet. George did a great job - very professional, and he clearly explained thing to us. Over all, excellent service and we highly recommend George.
We were so impressed with George, we engaged him to address a second problem, 2 weeks later. The second problem was a mysterious intermittent leak in a basement wall. I was very impressed once again. George removed a cabinet, cut a hole in the drywall and found a pin-hole crack in a water pipe, that only leaked when the external faucet was on. He installed a shut-off valve and fixed the pin-hole leak. Very impressive work- definitely 5-star work!
