Another wonderful cleaning from the team at New Century Maids. Ludmilla and Vasylnyna leave our place absolutely sparkling. So thorough and professional.

We have had a few cleanings done and they are always done so well. The crew is alway so professional, kind and respectful. This past time we had Sheila, Alynia and Tasha and they were wonderful. I would very highly recommend their services! (previous review from a year ago)

I just wanted to add to this review - I have moved to weekly cleanings and the team we have now, Ludmila and Vasylyna are amazing. Our house is spotless when they are done and they are so respectful and so good with our dogs as well. I wish I could give this 10 stars! I would highly highly recommend weekly cleanings and the team we have right now are so lovely and so great.

The only negative part was that the quote for two levels was a flat rate for deep clean, however because it took longer I had to pay an additional $80

After having back surgery and living alone, I was worried that I would not be able do simple household tasks such as light cleaning and doing laundry.
Since I was able to take a shower alone and order food (UberEATS) I felt that I did not need one of those "assisted living" companies.
I had used New Century Maids in the past to clean my rental properties between tenants and was always very satisfied with the results so decided to see if they could help me now.
When I told Isabelle what had happened, she reassured me that NCM was there to help me anyway they could, and for me to not worry.
She arranged to have Emily and Tamari at my home the first morning back from the hospital. They were simply amazing! Not only did they clean my place from top to bottom and do all the laundry, they also made sure that I was always comfortable.
Thank you so much Isabelle and NCM for helping me through these difficult times.

Punctual, professional, kind to my dog. Lorraine and I had a good discussion today to change their SOP for cleaning in order to adapt to my hard-to-clean kitchen floors. I took off a star because the previous cleaning person couldn’t provide suggestions for different cleaning methods other than the flat mop.

They did a great job as always! They’re my go-to service when I want a deep clean and need someone I trust.

Very pleased with the move in cleaning and carpet shampooing. Everything including appliances came out sparkling. I will recommend and use New Century Maids again!

Used these cleaners for move-out cleaning. They were hired for 3 hours and did a good job given time constraints and fee level. (In 3 hours one can't expect perfect attention to detail that you might do yourself). They were professional, friendly and responded immediately to an area that I indicated needed extra work. I would engage their services again.

Was the first time using Nee Century Maids and was really happy with the results. Would recommend them.

Daniela and Grecia did a great job. They can finish dusting vacuuming mopping of the whole house a 5 bedrooms house with 3 and 1/2 washrooms and kitchen in only 2 hrs.

I called with less than a weeks notice to have a clients home cleaned after they moved out. Isabelle was able to fit us in. The team was on time, well prepared with everything they needed, and they got everything done with in the scheduled time. The house sparkled when done and was ready for the new home owners to move in and enjoy!

Very good job, fast communication, reasonable pricing. Our house need a but more time that planned, they notified us before finishing to give us the option to stop at planned time or extend to finish.
Only a few small things that were missed such as tops of photo frames and stove drawer, but very thorough with everything else.

I really like their service specially Luda and Lina are great. They can do a great job in a fast pace beside having a nice and kind personality.

The cleaners were very efficient and fast in cleaning. They accomplished a lot in 1.5 hours. Super reliable and highly recommended.

We couldn't be happier with our deep clean service from New Century Maids. Our cleaner showed up on time, worked diligently for the entire time she was here, and left our home spotless! There was obvious attention to detail everywhere - baseboards, cabinet exteriors, etc. We also appreciated the confirmations we received four and two days before the service - that added a little bit of extra confidence and made us feel like we were dealing with a professional organization. Would definitely use them again.

Have been using this company for a number of years now. While there might be some hiccups in service, they always address it and try to correct it. Open line of communication with the company also helps to address any concerns that I as a client might have. Would definitely recommend this company to others.

I love Sheila and Dehannah. They are a pleasure to have in my home with my children. They are polite, respectful, positive and have an amazing attention to detail. I have tried other cleaning services (at a higher cost) and haven’t been nearly as satisfied.

Initial cleaning experience was good, staff arrived on time and were efficient in their cleaning time.

Have had Century Maids cleaning my place for years now. Leaving a new review because the current crew (Benthley and Susan!) have been doing a great job for the past few months and deserve a shout-out. Quick, punctual, thorough and friendly with the cat despite all the messed be makes.

I do not post reviews but feel compelled to do so in this case. I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the deep cleaning provided by New Century Maids. There was an overall inattention to detail and carelessness to the cleaning. For example, baseboards were not touched even though it's part of a deep clean. When the crew came back to clean them I had to point out places where there was still visible dirt (I'm still finding sections they missed entirely). Our new oven has scratches all over the top now because they dragged the grates on the stainless steel when they were putting them back on the stovetop. They didn't mop or vacuum some sections of flooring in the house. (e.g, not vacuuming under dressers and vanities, no mopping in the basement despite paying extra for a basement cleaning). They also were not COVID compliant and we needed to ask the crew to put their masks on. I am a returning customer because our previous experience with this company is great. Their scheduling and phone customer service is still great, but unfortunately we will not be returning again.

I use New Century Maids on regular basis. I’m so happy how Grecia and Daniela do their job. They are through, professional and speedy! My house looks shiny and very clean every time when cleaning is done. Thank you so much for such a wonderful job. New Century Maids is super. I asked them to come years ago when we had had a new baby; this time it was to clean up my aging parents' house, and my hard-to-please parents were raving with happiness. Thank you New Century Maids.

Not recommend. Poor quality of work. Stains/ dirts/ sticky food staff were left on stove top, kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, etc.

Hello. OK so I'd like to ensure I dont miss anything and hence have started with my review even before the actual service has been received as I do believe that its not only the actual service but also the process that needs to be evaluated fairly. 1st part of the review.
We have been looking for a company to help us with post renovations deep cleaning and after reading several reviews online we short-listed 3 companies based on number of reviews and average stars. We have just about signed on with NCM for the following reasons.
1 - Isabelle was simply amazing, patient and quick to offer ' real ' advise.
2 - the process to select services is itemized - thus giving clarity on what will be covered and what not (so you dont have any surprises)
3 - pricing is ' not cheap ' but you are assured on quality and the right number of crew to come address the services you have requested. Given how professional Isabelle's is and how well the process was listed and invoiced - I am sure (finger's crossed) the service will be great too.

We have a 4 bedroom detached and Isabelle was super in understanding what exactly we needed - on one count when I emphasized on lost of fine dust all over cause of post reno - she immediately said, let me make a note to ensure the right equipment is loaded for this job.
I am really looking forward to our post reno deep clean (including our basement) which is confirmed for Thursday the 6th of May - look out for my updated review.as of now - I honestly cannot deny NCM 5 stars!

The crew arrived 15 mins before scheduled time - Sheila and Kaya were amazing (I am sure the 3rd lady was also great but unfortunately I did not get to meet her). They were super attentive and took my lead in walking them through the house and what I wanted them to cover.
They did a FANTASTIC job - literally our home had a lovely clean fragrance when we walked in (you know what I mean when you are used to only smelling dust - post reno remember).
They really delivered on every task as they said they would - even the garbage was neatly tied up and left outside where requested.
What I loved the most was - the crew were in touch with Isabelle on questions they had for for me when they wanted to reach me and all of that was co-ordinated by Isabelle on phone and email to ensure the work progressed very smoothly.
My wife and I are really impressed and we will for sure engage Sheila and Kaya for our future cleaning requirements - thank you so very much NCM.

The cleaning job was rushed and poorly done. Items were not moved out of the way, obvious areas were not cleaned. I have had my home cleaned before and for much cheaper and the others did a much better job. This was just a terrible experience overall and I will NEVER use their services again. Think twice.

I had a previous cleaning service before and had them last year. I honestly was not happy with them. There was always something missed. I am so happy I found New Century Maids.even days later the house still feels so clean. My husband who is extremely picky was so pleased. Will definitely be making them using them regularly. Highly recommend!

Always have great service and quick replies to any concerns. The cleaning staff do a great job and accommodate and last minute changes i may have.

Did a move out clean of Father in laws unit, had been years since a good cleaning had happened. The two ladies worked hard and did a great job. The place looked and smelled so clean.

I will write an full review regarding my experience with New Century Maids and update this later.

But in short, I was clear about what needed to be cleaned and most of it was missed. Even after requesting additional time.

Amazing! My house looked immaculate & spotless when the cleaning ladies were done. Not to mention that my grandmother had been hurt by her cat & since no one else was home, the sweet cleaning ladies helped bandage her up. Great service! Would recommend.

My house was desperately in need of a deep cleaning. I saw reviews of new century maids and I thought this was very economical and professional.it was my first time getting cleaners so I was naturally skeptical but my experience with Nadya and Dana was honestly the very best! They were professional and very fast. They literally left the house spotless! I was absolutely over the moon with the excellent service! Will definitely be regular customer!

Not happy at all. Paid for deep cleaning but virtually nothing was done. Was a very superficial cleaning. Not what I expected for what I was paying.

They responded promptly to my email and was able to fit me in on short notice. Showed up on time and did a great job cleaning everything. I would definitely hire them again when I require professional cleaning.

Very Poor in informing the customers on their service, the people who arrived to clean left my home in less than 5 mins, and not even informed me, then they also charged me CAD 118 without in my credit card without my approval. Very poor.please don't book any service with Century maids.
