For many years now my doctor That has helped me greatly through New Dawn medical has been wonderful not only do I consider him a friend. He is very much a caring and incredibly knowledgable professional of course his support staff Emily and Cherish are two incredibly important additions to properly control the day-to-day operations for this medical centre. If I’ve needed to speak with them not once have I ever felt I was putting them out. I also consider them good friends.never have I seen two individuals so incredibly professional sometimes I don’t know how they do it hats off to the whole team. Thank You. Your the best, Pete!

I just had to do a review because never have I seen such professionalism with regards to Cherise and Emily who work here. Not only are they professional but they actually CARE about the people they deal with. I recently lost my parents and needed my meds to go away with. Cherise took care of everything and it was so appreciated because it was one less worry that I had. Its so refreshing to find someone that does their job so well and takes in consideration the needs of others. Dr. Semoff helped saved my life. I've got nearly a decade under my belt now and it wouldn't have been possible without them.

Cherise was encouraging and supportive when we first started the program. I don’t think we would have continued if she wasn’t there to guide us. Emily is also wonderful and helpful. Both ladies are great and recommend them wholeheartedly.

I have been working with the Pickering office since around November or December 2022 and I have had very kind people and Doctors. I have been going to get Suboxone as a pain management medication. I used to be on opioids and do not like how much I felt like it was needed.
I currently have had a great experience. Especially great from Cherise as she is a very good person to talk to.

I had previously selected 4 stars but it was because of them not being open on Saturdays or Sundays. I believe that the customer service is great.

Friendly and extremely helpful staff! Kind and understanding, the stigma some patients may feel from being on MMT is left at the front door. Cherise and Emily turn an unpleasant doctors visit into a stress and hassle free experience.

Ive always had a great experience at NDM for as long as Ive been going there. Cherise has been nothing but nice and very helpful since the very first day. Though coming in can sometimes feel like a chore, she makes it a lot easier for patients like myself. She goes above and beyond no matter who you are and treats everybody the same.

I can't say enough good things about the ladies that run these clinics, Sharese and Emily are such kind hearted people. I could not recommend a better place to go if you have issues with addiction these people Genuinley care for their patients.

I see Cherise more often than Emily and Cherise is a very helpful person and always does her best to help with any questions I may have about methadone and other medications. Cherise is very nice and is a straightforward person and is always concerned about peoples concerns and general questions. She gives great advice and she makes sure that you are good with it. Cherise has always taken great care of me from Day 1. She always in a great mood and is always there for me when I need her. Cherise is my number one person as I have been saying. Thank you. I appreciate her help She's very knowledgeable.
Cherise is very down to earth. She's a solid person.

Emily is not usually here when I come but she is very nice to me and I like her. She is good at answering questions and whatever else I may need to know. Emily is a solid person.

Cherise & Emily are very nice and make the appointments comfortable and relaxing. 5 star all around.

My husband and i go to the pickering location. Cherise the lady who sighs us in is very helpful.she has answered all of are questions and if she did not know the answer she would find it for us.she is very pleasant to us.it is not the kind of place you like to go but she makes us feel comfortable and makes us laugh all the time.we go to dr.semoff and he is very good and very knowledgeable.he is also very understanding.we would never gotten through this without his help.a great place to go if you need help or have any questions.

I have been a patient with this clinic for years (while under its previous name). I must, say Cherise and Emily and two of the friendliest and helpful people I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Whether I am not feeling quite myself or on top of the world, they always manage to make my day a little brighter. They are very professional and compassionate. We need more people like them in todays world.

Emily and Charise are amazing! Always helpful and always make sure your all set up for your appointments and scripts. Always make you feel comfortable while being in the doctors care. Great place to go to try and get yourself back on your feet!

I have been going to Pickering location for a few years now. What I like about this location is that all staff are very nice and friendly, Cherise & Emily really care about patients, they would bend over backward to help you out if they can. I never had any bad experience not even once all these years.

I have been going to this clinic in pickering for about 4 or 5 years now. I have been to other clinics in the past and have experienced very unpleasant times with the staff and doctor on duty. However with New Dawn Medical is the Dimond in the ruff. If you want to be heard, feel safe, and feel like a normal human being than I suggest going to New Dawn Medical in Pickering. Cherise, Emily, and other staff including Dr. Semoff are very professional and take the time to listen to you and make you feel comfortable. They always pick up the phone unlike other clinics and always try to go that extra mile to help you through tough times. If you want to feel this way and be treated equally than NEW DAWN MEDICAL is the place to go for help with addiction!

New Dawn Medical has literally changed my son Chris, they have been there with their friendly and helpful service, special thanks to Cherise and Emily for always listening and not just the support for Chris but family also. It’s hard dealing with addiction but with the right support it helps a lot. Thank you so much.
