I take my son to see Dr. Berta Bacic and she is amazing with him. The office has a special laser for doing fillings so he doesn't get a needle. Rahele and Laila help greatly with him as well. Paula always has a surprise for him after his appointment from the Treasure Chest. We couldn't be happier with all the staff.

Dr. Berta Bacic salvaged my gums after 2 botched surgeries at another clinic. She is incredible. So gentle, so efficient and goes over every detail with you to make you feel comfortable and at ease. One of the best dental experiences I've ever had. Also, she has state-of-the-art equipment and a state-of-the-art staff! Her assistants and the receptionist are such a lovely group of people. I highly recommend this place!

Dr. Berta Bacic is amazing. This from a person that hates /fears dentists. She listens. She's thorough. And she is a brilliant dentist. She worked on me for 3 hours. Yiikes! I expected significant pain. I had mild discomfort for a few days. I live in Toronto and travelled the distance to Burlington. She is now going to be my regular dentist. Oh, and the support people are simply warm and professional. Top recommendations!

Throughout my many years of life I have dealt with dentists in Canada and England. At no point have I had an experience like I had at New East Dental. Total care and compassion at all times BY ALL OF THE STAFF. Everything explained clearly with choices explained. A repair, a pulled tooth and jaw remediation, all in one session.all without feeling a thing. Then (after office hours) they followed up to make sure I was not in pain and everything was okay. A fantastic dental clinic that I will tell everyone about wherever I go. I have to travel 25 kilometres to get there and I would go ten times that distance to have my dental work done by Dr. Bacic. They even laughed at my terrible off the wall humour. What more could any client wish for.
