The first physio appointment after a total knee replacement was intimidating in advance. It needn’t have been. Christine’s easy manner and gentle manipulation was almost painless and made a difference I can feel already.

Thanks Janelle for the great massage today. This was my first visit to the NH Wellness centre. Janelle was friendly, explained the protocols and asked me a few questions to tailor the massage to my needs and preferences. Janelle also gave me a few stretches to try at home in between massages. I felt relaxed and booked for a repeat visit.

One suggestion for the centre in general is to watch conversion volume in the hallway when other clients are leaving or arriving as it distracts from the ‘zen’ environment of a massage.

Dr. Lusk is an excellent chiropractor. He is very knowledgeable and up to date on the literature and new developments in the field. I drive from Kitchener to New Hamburg to see him.

This place is wonderful. There’s no waiting, appointments are easy to make. Barbara is absolutely terrific. She listens and knows what to do to treat my shoulder and neck discomfort.

Jere provided an in-depth explanation of the knee mechanics that are probably causing me pain and limping.different aspects and more detail than in my online research. Our session went way overtime but he kept on going, quite generous with his time. I am going to continue using his services.

Jess is probably the best deep tissue RMT in south-western Ontario. I say this after going through roughly 15 different RMTs in the tricity. For a while, i would even drive from Burlington to see Jess.

Highly recommend NHWC, especially if you're in the trades and have lower back pain. I come from Kitchener for treatment here. The staff are super friendly and the quality of care from Dr John is amazing. Thank you

I see Dr. Klassen at the clinic. He is a fantastic naturopath and I have been seeing Dr. Klassen since 1980. I want to mention how fantastic the centre is overall though. I feel so comfortable and the staff, especially Yvonne go over and above to make me feel at home.

Barbara is amazing! She assessed my lower back issues and gave me a lot of preventative tips to ensure it doesn’t become a reoccurring problem. She also showed me some stretches to do at home between treatments. She taught me a lot about my pain and she loosened the muscles so I finally had some relief! Her deep tissue massage is a little slice of heaven:) Thanks Barbara!

Jen Pitsch was fantastic for massage. She treated my shoulder, for which I have chronic pain. She spent almost the entire hour long appointment in that area when I requested, and used a very much needed firm pressure in specific target areas. My shoulder felt so much relief after her treatment. I rarely find relief! She is incredibly gifted, with years and years of experience. She’s a keeper!

They are offering Sunday services which is fabulous for me as I have a full schedule through the week.

I always find Dr. Hamilton to be a very happy person and she’s always interested in what I am doing and how I am doing. I always look forward to my visit to the chiropractor. Everyone seems very happy to be there. It’s also very helpful to have all of the services under one roof. I may just have to try some of the other services that are available.

This place is exceptional.
The care your provided with is exactly that, from someone who cares. Will return, and continue to do so so long as required for physiotherapy.

I've been treated by a variety of different massage therapist from all over, and Shannon from New Hamburg Wellness Centre is one of the few I've had great results from, and without feeling extremely sore afterwards. Absolutely amazing.

Jenny is an excellent massage therapist. She strategically feels the knots and tension and works the areas that most need attention. She is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable and at ease (even as you breath through the pain when she works through the knots)! Highly recommend this wonderful lady as your RMT! The clinic is very clean. Staff is all friendly and their booking, payment, appointment confirmation system is easy and convenient to use. Highly recommend!

Very professional and very knowledgeable, I am tall and a large man and when I first met Jenn I was worried she would not be able to properly massage me, no worries there, her massage technique was superior to anything I’ve experience before. She has managed to give me some pain relief. Rest assured you won’t be disappointed.

Dr. Hamilton is wonderful! She takes the time to get to know you and your problem areas. She’s attentive and provides solutions. Lots of chiropractors that I know of just simply crack you because that’s the routine, but Dr. Hamilton wants to get to the root. She’s also extremely friendly and courteous and makes my visits well worth it, I will continue to see her weekly!

Melissa was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Up until this time I didn't have much faith in relieving jaw tightness and pain but now I do! I love that I was sent a treatment plan/videos the same day as well. Thank you so much!

Not all practitioners are equal. If who you are seeing isn’t proactive in your rehabilitation then you need to book a consultation at New Hamburg Wellness Centre.

Easy to find location, pleasantly greeted. Dr. Papas is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to about body issues.

Jenn is very personable and is very good, always makes sure you are comfortable with the pressure she is using, do you need more or less. Her massages are amazing, you leave there feeling relief and refreshed. Jenn has found spots I didn't know where a problem but felt so much better afterwards.
