Horrible service. Lost my order twice. Over 40 minutes standing in the take out restaurant after ordering 35 minutes prior to that. No apology or any form of effort to make it right.

Been looking for our go-to Chinese place and I think this is it. The food was amazing. The wings. Let's just say I might just go back for the wings alone. All the food was hot and fresh and exactly what I was craving and better then I've had in years

My family has been ordering from New Hong Kong for years and we've never been disappointed. We always look forward to our meals from here. Always delicious, fresh, and hot!

Got the chefs special ginger beef (crispy ginger beef). I would recommend this dish from here. Chow mein is good chicken balls have good amount of chicken and not overly greasy. Price was a little steep but the portions are bigger then most… good Chinese over all. We will go back.

You know when a restaurant makes an error on your take out order? You call and they say "no problem, we'll make it up to you next time". Ya well that didn't happen. I was told by the woman on cash that i should have told him my phone number and made sure he wrote it down. Well, that's not my responsibility and we won't be going back.

Ordered dinner for two here, and the rice seemed like it was a day old (hard and stale). I found it odd that the chow mein did not include noodles as well, as it typically does at other restaurants. Lastly, we ended up getting sick from the meal. Didn't make a very good first impression unfortunately

Actually the best Chinese food I've found in the city. Wings, classic crispy. Fried rice fresh and not too greasy.

New Hong Kong is my favourite Chinese take-out place. The food is always delicious, hot and generously-portioned. Service is quick, friendly and always reliable. You can tell these are actual quality recipes and food they use, as opposed of some of the bigger chains-this place is the real deal.

Best Chinese food in Durham. Chicken balls are the perfect size and batter ratio10/10. General Tso sauce is the best and can’t be beat. Really good noodles too.

Now “that” was some excellent Chinese food! Very friendly service too! Loved the kindness from the owner guy and the food was sooo good! My new favourite Chinese place! We ordered chicken balls, chicken cho mien, chicken fried rice, spring rolls and beef and broccoli. Spring rolls seemed like they had a bit to much cumin or cinnamon which ever it is that they use but everything else was so delicious! The beef and broccoli was my fav and was sooo good! I highly recommend this location!
