Tremendously helpful staff with very affordable prices. My favourite bike shop in the city. Would recommend.

I support community bike shops as I feel they’re services are important for communities and individuals to empower themselves in a variety of ways. However the vibe in here was pretty macho. Senior mechanic seemed annoyed I was asking basic questions about how to troubleshoot some issues that needed some specialized tools. I find it unfortunately common in bike shops that when I display my knowledge of mechanics as a women to be somehow threatening or…. Something to male mechanics. Stop assuming women don’t know what they are doing, it’s hella annoying. Otherwise great staff and sweet set up. But the egos, yikes.

My daughter had a triathlon practice meet and this shop helped us get her seized seat out and bought a new one. We have to get the stem extended now that she grew and this will definitely be the place we go to! Love this place we couldn’t say enough great things. Used bikes and bikes for unbelievable prices definitely a go to if you have kids that are growing.

You’re buying a bike and supporting a good cause!
I bought an used bike there, Tammy was fantastic, super helpful and took the time to help me find the right bike for me.
They also have brand new bikes to sell, helmets, accessories, etc.
They also offer different workshops and community outreach activities. I took the Basic bike repair shop, learned a lot, and the instructor, Julia, was great!

Got the basic tuneup done on my bike and it rides like a brand new bike! Great staff, very friendly and knowledgable. Great space to take your bike, or even learn to fix your own bike.

Amazing community based bike shop with services to help anyone with their bike needs. They also give back by helping local kids get on bikes safely along with working with First Nations and bringing parts and skills to share

This is hands down the most open, inclusive and community minded shop in Ontario if not Canada. These people do sooooo much for the local community as well as First Nation communities in the North. LOVE this place

They are a phenomenal group of people. Highly knowledgable when it comes to bikes. I loved the atmosphere, very welcoming.
I went in to get my pedal fixed and they ended up fixing my brakes kickstand and handlebars before I could even say anything they were right on top of it. Pretty sure they read my mind lol
This is now the only place I’d trust to get my bike looked at and fixed.

Went there cuz I needed my bike fixed ended buying a used bike that's more my size great service great selection of bikes definitely recommend this place and will return in the future if I need anything done to the bike

I gave an old frame to a guy my sister knows to pull the whole bottom bracket off and put on his bike. #1 They only took the crank arms and NOT the bearings.
Replaced a derailer cable and charged he $120.00!
NEVER AGAIN.

The buy-a-spoke, pay-it-forward program is really nice to see.
I took my bike in for a tune up at a time when bikes and bike repair are in unprecedentedly high demand, and they did a great job at a really decent price. A small part I had requested to have installed was done with a good quality used part, so it was shockingly inexpensive.
Unfortunately, I had a couple chain derailments shortly after getting the bike back, so I emailed. I was invited to pop by for a same-day adjustment, which worked perfectly and only took about 15 minutes.
If these folks don't restore your faith in human kind, I can't imagine what would.

This bike shop is a hidden gem in Hamilton. The guys there are down to earth, friendly and honest. The are so reasonably priced that you think you are taking advantage of them. If you looking for a bike repair shop who will charge you for excellent work, economically and in a timely manner then this is the place for you. You will not be disappointed.

I have recently bought a few banana seat musclebikes. I have dealt with this shop 4 times now in the passed months. The staff have been informative polite and accommodating and made it easy to do business with them.l have received ordered goods when promised as well as service performed by knowledgeable staff. Nothing but good to say about this profesional business and their staff.

They messed up my bike more then they fixed it eventually had to get a new bike they messed it up so bad

Needed a new derailleur, walked in and they let me rummage through a massive amount of spare parts to find what I need.paid next to nothing for what I got and it worked perfect, got me back on the road

These guys rock, i always pop in here joshing around and goosing about. And i can't count the amount of times these guys have helped me same day get my wheels back on the road so I can roll. Terrific people this service has saved me tons.

I took my bike in to get my gear cable replaced and gears tuned up. They ended up shortening my chain. Service was quick and well priced. My first ride out my chain broke. I wasn't doing any crazy biking. I was literally going down a street. Not sure if there was a weak point from shortening. I sent them 2 messages and tried calling. No one ever replied or returned my messages. I think a company should stand behind their repairs. At least respond to messages sent. Really disappointed in their customer service. My mom and brother both were going to bring their bikes in for repair because I recommended. Now they are looking elsewhere.

This place is great, great service very good prices, got a nice bike for a very reasonable price.

These guys are the best! Need a repair or replacement part? Don't waste your time with anyone else! They are fast, friendly, INEXPENSIVE and willing to teach!

I recently had my bike fixed here by the team. Not only did they have excellent customer service, but the turn around time was great and I couldn't beat the price. They even sanitized the handles and the seat what I came to pick it up!

Great service and price. Got the bikes picked up, two bikes fixed and then dropped back off. And it was still cheaper then buying one brand new bike let alone two.

The incredible (and quickly turned over) selection is backed by the knowledge and kind staff. Everytime I've gone in they've each been nothing but helpful. The workshops I've heard are great as well. The pricing is so fair and very affordable. Only going here for my cycling needs moving forward!

They have a good selection of used bike parts that they sell for $6.50 a piece which is a great price.

Cool place they are really nice you can rent the shop at a small price they help you fix your bike parts are used and cheep my new best shop

Dropped in when my pedal seized, theu heloed me get back on the road in 10 munutes. Afterwards did a lesson - cheap and awesome. This place is really great

Got my crank bearings replaced, only took 3 weeks. Went for a ride, a pedal came loose and I found the threads stripped.

I attended the basic bike repair class this evening and it was phenomenal. I learned so much and received lots of helpful information and tips. The instructor, Andrew, was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I feel more comfortable with repairs and maintenance of my bike. Recommended

Brought in grandson's bike for new shifter cables. Excellent work, timely turn around for repairs did a complete inspection.
Very satisfied. Will definitely return and recommend.
