We had a move from a house to another house in September. Furniture was moved without anything breaking, which was pointed out to me as a flex. There were some scratches. Make sure the quantity of your items are assessed correctly when determining the size and number of trucks. Boxes count and should be included as part of the evaluation, otherwise they'll make a trip back for items that don't fit in the truck. Start the move earlier in the morning. If you have a same day closing, use another company. If you expect efficiency, go elsewhere. If you're laid back and in no rush, they may be a good fit for you. Overall I'd give 3.5 stars but since there's no half star option, I gave 4.
