If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the worst customer service experience i’ve ever seen. The old man is a creep and everyone else does not want to be there. I understand no one likes what they’re doing but if you show up at work you need to do your job. I can not believe the amount of disregard they have for peoples time.not everyone has all day to sit around waiting for someone to acknowledge their existence.made me late to work smh
worst experience ever.never walking through the doors again.

Went in this morning (December 8,2022 @ 9: 30) to get my glasses fixed, ready to hand them off for a fee. Both customer service people I talked with were extremely helpful in looking up my prescription details, my history, and even gave me (yes gave, at no charge) a nut and bolt I used to fix them.

It's all about the customer service, and they absolutely nailed it.

Everyone at this location is fantastic! There’s a fantastic energy when you walk in and it’s a very welcoming environment. Both my boyfriend and I bought our glasses here and are more than happy with the service and quality of the glasses! I also want to give a shout out to Saushi Bellana, who sold me my contact lenses; she was very kind, patient with my questions, and gave very thorough explanations! I would definitely recommend buying your eyewear from here!

The service was fantastic here. I went in to get a new pair of glasses I couldn't get over how fast and easy it was. Courtney and Charles were fantastic, so friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks so much.

Not going to lie, there were some obvious challenges but the Doctor was very pleasant, profesional and answered any questions I thought to ask and the entire office stuck it out until the bitter end making sure I got the help I so desperatly needed even going so far as to advocate for my specific case I later found out while not even trying to take any credit for as much. And for that and their endless amounts of patience, I have nothing but admiration and respect for this office and their genuine efforts in the face of many obstqcles and time constraints. These folks did everything humanly possible to help. And for that I am grateful. Thank you, New Look Kanata.

Awful place no customer service rude people.

My insurance is special and requires any thing outside of just bare Bones glasses to State the words necessary medically.

2 years ago when I got my prescription done the doctor had no problem writing that on my prescription so that I could get the blue light coating covered the anti-scratch covering included for free under my insurance.

Fast forward to this year the same doctor will not do it and even after I told him before examining me I needed that written he continued to examine me now he won't give me the prescription I need I don't have any coverage now I have to pay out of pocket $175 to $200 to go see another optometrist to get my prescription done the way I need it all because he won't add two words to the prescription.

Not only that but I had to wait 7 days for the doctor to come back into the specific clinic to even find out because he would not answer his emails after I spent two hours talking to managers and other people there somebody finally agreed to send an email which the doctor never answered.

They are also now refusing to reverse the charges that they charged my insurance company so that I can go see another eye doctor for free.

Cancel my appointment with out emu knowledge. When i arrived they said my wife called any cancel the appointment. This is not fare practice to do business and when arguing with them they said “ you are late by 3 min and some one called cancel appointment they can not do exam”

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. A place where you WILL be taken care of. Soushi (I hope I spelled her name right) helped me with safety glasses, regular glasses, and a pair of polarized sunglasses. All in my prescription of course. They are also special needs sensitive. Like I said, you'll be well taken care of.

Would definitely recommend! Both of the front house staff and the optometrist were knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful aiding me in purchasing my first pair of glasses.

Receptionist was very rude. They won’t let you know that if you are 10 mins late, they will reschedule your appointment. They will only let you know when you arrive after spending your gas and precious time. Unprofessional and bad customer service

Great customer experience. The staff were very professional, the correspondence with email was excellent and they make you feel that you matter as a customer. They have a great selection of glasses and will go out of their way to find you a pair of glasses that suit you. Reasonable prices. A lot of quality brand names. Highly recommend this store and will purchase there again.

My daughter had an appointment this morning to look over some glasses. We lasted about 5min in the store. The sales associate was very pushy and seemed annoyed with her tone because my daughter was trying out glasses. She kept saying "you need to determine what you want first" I understand that with covid the extra steps of having to clean each framed that is touched must be an inconvenience for the staff BUT the POINT of trying on glasses is to find out what she likes and wants. Otherwise I would just order a pair online. Trust me, it's not easy looking for a pair of glasses that one can be happy with, it would be easier to have success on the first pair that she tries on. Glasses are expensive, it's a commitment My 21 year old daughter and I were made to feel really uncomfortable. We were looking for a pleasant mother daughter experience in your store and left feeling down.

My mother went here to get a simple exam to figure out her prescription and a pair of glasses. Everything was completed and she was given what she needed except for the receptionist who decided to refuse to give the PD number to order the right sized pair. This information was done during the exam to determine what pair of glasses to be ordering! The file contained the information needed and is not confidential. After being on the phone requesting the PD number several times the call was ended so my mother ordered a pair fulfilling her requirements that she was given and used the previous number for PD and when the glasses arrived and she went for a second opinion to see how they measured the new optometrist gave the correct PD number which was NOT what she ordered, wasting about two weeks on delivery and time driving around because whomever was working at their desk decided to refuse information which was rightfully hers and nonconfidential AND NOT TO MENTION, right there in her file. This is seriously disappointing as she works from home and needs the right glasses for being on a screen working all day. Definitely not dealing with these people anymore.

Bottomed put my car on your unnecessary over sized speed bumps.
Have your speed bumps but dont make them big enough to damage a bottom of a vehicle!
