They have really bad customer service and they would always come up with something to not let you see the doctor. The secretary is very rude.
Please don’t waste your time and don’t go there.

This was my first time purchasing glasses from New Look and I will definitely be a return customer. The employees are friendly and helpful. When I told them I had broken my glasses, was wearing a second pair with a very old prescription, and needed a replacement as quickly as possible so I could see my computer for work, they turned the order around in a week! Fantastic service. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love this place! Ordered glasses there last year after seeing an optometrist, and went back this year for a new pair because I just love their customer service! They always help me to find what I need within my budget! I like to take my time when picking out a new frame, so they just leave me alone to enjoy the process, which I absolutely LOVE! They just let you do your thing and pick what you love in peace & silence (at least that’s my preferred way to shop for frames)!

They also were super helpful every time I needed my glasses tightened during the year, I d just go in and they are always happy to help right away!
The store is quiet, no crazy bright lights and employees are my favourite!
I wish there was an option to give a 10 star review haha cuz they deserve it!

The best optometrist services in the area. They were very profesionnal, kind, patient, friendly and very helpful. They have good choice as well in the glasses selection! I recommend 100% this Newlook! I did receive in the past other services elsewhere for my vision and nothing compare the amazing service that i’ve received at this Newlook on Merivale! I've had no problem with going to this New Loolok on Merivale Road Location because they have been nothing but professional and very accommodating especially when I fell 2 years ago and was able to get them to replace one of my lenses in my other glasses. They also have helped out my friend who needed to get her glasses adjusted and even though they were not from New Look they did them free of charge and provided her with a couple of stabilizers so that way they would not fall down on her face anymore. She could not believe that they made her feel special and like that her eyes actually recurred for. She never felt that way by any other eyeglass place here Orange Toronto and when she gets her eyes fixed And I mean the cataracts taken care of she will be going to the Merivale location of New Look to get her new glasses. The lady who fit the glasses on me fixed my friend's glasses and the gentleman who took the measurements for my glasses also helped out and my friend was amazed that even though her frames were not from there that they took care of her.
You definitely have a customer for life for all my eye wear needs.your staff at the Merivale Location are top notch. Well done New Look

Posting on behalf of a friend who doesn't have internet and need glasses, not for reading, but daily life.she needs a special prescription, which she was assured would be filled in 6-8 weeks.then they said it would be another 2 months.keep in mind, she paid in full, up front.and she NEEDS these asap. 3 months is up.they say that they haven't even gotten to her prescription, it's not even STARTED yet.don't go to these guys, and they've been reported to BBB.: (
