Customer service is very bad and the tag prices doesn't match the cashier plus very expensive if you compare it to other Arabic stores

Truly spectacular catering. I was on the pickup the food for the party crew: Two huge platters of chicken biryani and kofta were loaded into the back of the car. The gentleman who gave it to us said, "be careful- this is very good food. " Nice pride, and absolutely correct. How the aroma tortured us in a traffic jam.at the party, the food was the centerpiece. Wowwww. Smoky kofta, cashews and fruit on perfect rice, crowned with 5 or more peffectly prepared chickens? ! Incredible. Thank you to the crew for a very memorable meal. Next level.

I was in a hurry and picked up some lamb meat, their prices are actually pretty expensive compared to other places.

They deserve 5 stars, it is enough to find something halal, and they also have grills with sincere love ️

Honestly some of those negative reviews are out of whack. This place continues to be amazing, I remember it growing up and still kicking. Nice pleasant ppl. All around. Never had issues.

Very good quality? For a very reasonable price, the store is clean and organized, Mustafa was really help full helping me fined what I wanted.

If i can give o start i will do it i just got my order grilled chicken it was really bad taste and too dry I don’t recommend to eat from there. I think it was really old

It’s very expensive price and the owner very rude. Also I bought from him rice twice and the quality was very bad.

Dont expect to find stuff like major grocery stores but for a day to day grocery shopping you find what you need and clean environnement, delicious sandwiches.

Try their good quality 1-kilo kabab that comes with 10 pieces of kabab, hummus, garlic sauce & salad Very convenient if call them half hour before. Also very good quality meats

Good price in the butcher shop. They also have whole wheat bread that isn't found anywhere else. Customer service can be a little better but good price

One of our family's favourite places to shop. The price is a bit high but overall, great place for middle eastern foods.

You may find here almost everything middle eastern you need! Besides the butcher shop inside this supermarket is great.

This was my first time here I was recommended by a friend to try their chicken shawarma the employee named Ahmed was so respectful Excellent communication and kind made my first experience amazing! Can’t express in words how great the sandwich was. I am definitely coming back next time

Best middle eastern store in the city.clean, reasonable prices, and nice respectful employees. Ahamd is the best at their BBQ corner, ask for him if you'd like to taste the best bbq chicken or kabab.

Great place for fresh meat, dairy, spices, and a great selection of quality staple items. Prices are all competitive.

I bought geymar/kaymak from here and when I try in the breakfast the taste and smell were very bad. Probably it’s been staying for a long time in the fridge.

Waiting so long to get my meat done.they asked what my order but didn't do the order (i wait around 10-15 minutes, the store isn't even busy, i am the only one on the meat section). Even 4 people asked me what my order.luckily the meat is fresh.and i just bought 4 items, milk and eggs (way to pricey than other stores), and 2 kind of meats.but in the receipt there are two other items that i didn't bought (and this cost around $6).

its too bad, this is my second time shop there.my first time shop there the staff were great, and fast.

I'm so disgusted with the meat that was sold to me. The ground beef was completely rotten and moldy when I opened the package. The chicken thighs looked like they were forgotten in the fridge for too long. If I wasn't in a rush and lived so far out, I would have brought it back. Never coming back again

Halal meat and Arabic groceries with fresh vegetables and fruits. Approximately every Arab kitchen essentials could be found here. Have pickup small restaurant with different types of meat and chicken.

Providing many middle eastern grocery and items, including Halal meat and food, this store is is an excellent source of these products.

However, it is a little bit toward the expensive side.

I had an amazing experience at the middle east supermarket especially due to an incredibly amazing employee by the name of Saleh. He worked in the butchery but he was very kind & helpful & helped me find my groceries very easily.

Bought some groceries. Wanted to buy a big jar of green olives with thyme and hot pepper but olives were bruised and discolored. Prices a little costly

Love this place. Super sweet staff and amazing variety of middle eastern items to shop from. Will definitely be coming back. Yummy.

One of my favorites in Ottawa. Great selection of fresh meat, hot food, produce, frozen food, canned food, drinks, spices, sheesha pipes and accessories.

Couple of days before I bought beef with bones it was horrible and dirty smell, I am so far from this Shoppe that the only reason I came back to return that product to them, middle east guys sell quality products in Canada otherwise you guys in trouble
