It sound too odd that this restaurant is charging for chutney very strange practice for money.

How someone can have snacks without sauces

Its very disappointing that this restaurant charge for sauces. The price is reasonable but snacks is nothing without sauces

Went to place an order and was waiting for 20-30 minutes just to place the order and they only had one employee at the counter who herself was overloaded with work. Very poor customer service.

Almost waited 40 minutes for pick up order. Very poor customer service. The front staff looks tired and exhausted. But Biryani was excellent.

Today I ordered a food from Uber eats and I ordered 3 rotis and got only 2. This thing every time happen. Every time something is missing from the order. At least one should check the order fully before hand over to delivery driver

We ordered food tonight, we haven’t received the whole. Instead of three rotis we received only 2 rotis that too unfresh and burnt. I mean this thing happened before also with us but that time we just ignored it but not every time. At least one should just check before packing the food and hand over to delivery driver

The food that we ordered was really good and the taste is just like a home and the staff is also very cooperative even though the restaurant is always busy whenever i visit there but they always welcomed the customer with happy face i really appreciate that.they all are doing great job.

Small place but the food is good. They don’t have a very vast menu. The menu is limited but those limited items are good. I usually order chicken kabab and goat curry. Staff is also good.

Veggie biryani is fake. Seems mixture of boiled rice and aloo vegetable.
If you can’t make biryani don’t sell in the name of biryani. At least value the customer’s temptation.

I visited this place because it was on the road on my way and I don't regret it! Loved the food. I'm Latin but I sometimes eat indian food. For $1 more than a McDonald's combo you can eat delicious indian food which is more tasty and healthier than a Big Mac combo. I wish this place was near my house, there ain't no fast food indian restaurants nearby. The girl at the front desk helped me choose since I don't know anything about indian food. 4 stars I give this little place.

Food is really good, but they must focus more on customer service as it’s really slow, they might be losing loads of business due to that very factor

This is one of the dirtiest place to eat. The womsn took her bare hanfd and stuffed the food into the container. No gloves or hair nets being worn. Place is disgusting.

Ordered thali they took 30 mins to bring the order and everything tasted unfresh plus the server didnt even fill the veg sections completely, never going back and yes also naan was like so tight and sharp it can cut the tongue inside

Last night I ordered veg biryani and chicken curry by Uber eats. I am very disappointed with this. All food is massed up and very cold. This place is wastage of money.

They actually deserve negative rating. Called them 30 minute earlier, that i have to go at work please keep it ready and still have to wait for 20 minutes. Like seriously? If order is placed from uber or delivery apps then half times things are missed or if come in to pick up then wait for 1 hour. Disappointing.

I asked for 4 samosa they packed three along with that I have two plate chane bhature which were ok. But just for one samosa you guys do cheap things. You could even have charged me for 5 but atleast give proper order.

It’s a request to improve your team members.always have to wait for more than 30-40 min for just 5 min food item. Work on it we all have busy schedule.

Extremely spicy, non authentic, tasteless food! Worst samosas no flavour other then 10 times the chilli needed to be, small samosas, no flavour at all. Would not go for flavour here! The lady could not be more unprofessional, disrespectful & inconsiderate about serving. She serves worst amount of food. Nobody wants her to serve by counting every drop of gravy/ daal & every grain of rice. Worst unprofessional person at serving desk. The man & daughter on the other hand are okay.
But here is the main thing 1. The food is extremely spicy. 2. Nothing is authentic flavourful wise. It's a north indian speciality but here it's over killed with grainy seeds and over done with unnecessary amount of whole spices taking it away from simplicity and authentic flavour. Daal makhni is the only thing that can be called okay. Rice is okay. Yellow daal, a simple delicacy ruined by excessive red chilli flakes & other overly used whole spices (I could not believe I was tasting yellow lentil). Mix veg does not have any pleasant flavor either. Over killed taste in everything. The food is consistently flavorless, overkill, extremely spicy. Wish I can a minus 5 star. Food is a pleasure & resturants should respect what people are paying for. Many Good restaurants serve good food irrespective of their kitchen sizes.eg: food trucks.
Dum pukht, Tandoori flame, Brar's, Moti mahal are few restaurants serving authentic & flavourful food with great service everytime. The best part chef knows flavours & always follows the instructions & results are delightful!
Micrh masala restaurant however serves tasteless, overspiced food. Not worth my $.

Have atleast two people employed outside to deal with the people since it’s very long wait times for simple orders

Great food, reminds me of home. One of the workers, kiran, packs great tiffin with everything in perfect proportion. I always looking forward to her service.

The Thali meals are very small portion compare to other Indian restaurants I’ve went to. The Naan was so dry and hard
