New Orleans Pizza

Charged $4.75 for delivery for a $17 dollar pizza, 5 mins drive at most, hubby had surgery and obviously couldn't drive.

I have been going here for years and years. Since I was a kid and now I’m 28 and it’s always been my favourite! Never ever had any issues UNTIL tonight.

I drove from Milton to Rockwood just for the pizza. And specifically asked for no meat on one of the pizzas I ordered. Said I was a vegetarian. Drove all the way back home to find out they put bacon on it. Was not impressed at all considering that was supposed to be my dinner.
On the other pizza I ordered I asked for extra cheese and didn’t get the extra cheese on it.
I noticed the young people working there didn’t seem to take things too seriously either.
I also ordered 2 salads, one with meat and one without. And they burnt the bacon that was suppose to go in one of the salads. So they ended up re-making it. Which was good, but still part of my point of them not really paying attention.
If I didn’t live so far away I would of drove back, but too far.
I still love the pizza and will still continue to come back but tonight was a complete waste of my time and money.
I also gave a 10% tip. Which I now strongly regret.

After new management, the quality of food went down hill. Going to Acton for our pizza now

I wondering if New Orleans in Rockwood has new owners. Ordered 2 pizzas and 30 wings for delivery at 5pm. 6: 15 pm pizza hasn't arrived. I call to find out what's going on and the person on the line isn't fluid in english and keeps thinking I want to oder pizza. I finally get told that the delivery driver will be at my home in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later the driver shows up, apologizes and gives me a 10 pack of complementary wings. One of the 2 pizzas were not cut, the wings had almost no sauce on them at all, 10 wings I ordered were hot but the complementary wings were cold. Guess I have to start ordering from twice the deal I Acton now.

Our first experience with Vegan pizzas at the Shelburne location and instantly fell in love with them and since then at every visit we devoured them. While driving on 7 we knew of this location and immediately ordered two vegan large pizzas, one vegan pepperoni and the other vegan Garden Pesto (our fav).

The inside very clean, the service quick. The pizzas were ready within a few minutes of arrival and could not wait even the 20 minutes drive home.

The Vegan Pepperoni was on the mark. Enough Cheeze, fairly good quantity of pepperoni, the crust just as I remembered. (5/5)

The other box Garden Pesto - turned out to be not vegan. I was so disappointed. I don’t understand what happened and where the miscommunication happened. When we arrived we did say that we are here to pick up the vegan pizzas ordered over the phone. Not a complete washout. At least the rest of non vegans ate and vegans with a frown.

Went there for the first time after a full day at Rockwood Conservation Area. We were so hungry and this hit the spot. They didn't skimp on the toppings and was very flavourful. The prices for the specials were decent. The girl that served us was very friendly, patient and polite. I would definitely go back. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was cause would have liked the crust in the center to be more crispy, the edge was perfect lol. Maybe they have a thin crust which I never looked for and that would solve that.

Favourite pizza. Beats pizza hut, I dont eat pork, so I like the fact they have a vegan "ham" and "pepperoni". The Grali crust? Tres bien!

Amazing Pizza, Great Service. New Orleans Pizza never disappoints, add to it good service from the location doubles your pleasure.

First experience and last. Woman that served me at the counter was filthy. Worst pizza I have ever had. Three pieces of pepperoni. Awful.

Picked up a small pepperoni pizza with some dipping and a drink! Amazed at the price the service and the pizza quality! Definitely check them out if you are in the Rockwood conservation area! They won't let you down

Website won't allow you to select pick up as an option and won't place the order. Calling the restaurant gets answered and hung up on 5 times. Dominoes it is then.

Tasty fresh pizza. The dough /pizza base was also fresh and the cheese was nice. Had Veggie options. Awesome pizza and tasty.

My family and I came out for a road trip and decided to get some pizza this place about 400 m from rockwood conservatory park! You will not be disappointed with the quality of the dough and the ingredients! I highly recommend post hike to eat this delicious food!

Rude teenaged girl on the phone, a delivery girl who apparently couldn’t find the house even though I gave the correct address. Took 2 hours to get pizza- maybe hire people older than 16.

Pizza is fantastic! Service is excellent and the staff are quick and friendly. The toppings are very fresh and the dough melts in your mouth. Highly recommend!

Haven't had pizzas here, but the sub I had here was made exactly as ordered, plus great lady behind the counter that served me

Service was quick and pizza was great. I really like the crispyness of the crust. Ample toppings. And a nice place to stop for a slice with your sweetie passing through Rockwood. And only a stone throw away from Rockwood Conservation.

Go here for their great Gluten Free Crust. Always fresh and hot too when I walk in or order. Put them above Domino's, Pizza Pizza and Little Ceasar's.

Pizza is good and fresh, but very often they don't have slices available even 2 hours before closing. They only prepare full pizzas before closing. This is quite disappointing. They should have slices available up until closing.

A bunch of roudy teens swearing and screaming at eachother about drinking or not knowing what theyre doing. Pizza took half hour yet somehow managed to remain undercooked.

Terrible food and service. Yesterday evening I called for pick up of 3 large pizzas and a deep dish garlic cheesy bread and the employee told me 25-30 min. I got there early and he told me it would still be 20-25 min. I was fine with that but it ended up being an hour! When I told the boy working I wish he would have communicated better and in future, provide a more accurate estimate, he was rude and didn’t even apologize. He told me it got busy and other orders came in after mine so there’s nothing he could do about it. To make it worse, I saw him make my pizzas and put them in at the 50 minute mark after putting my order in! Not only was the garlic bread mainly undercooked dough (which we originally thought was cheese), but the pizzas were made in such a rush, they were terrible too! We threw out 2 of the 3 pizzas. Waste of $50. Wish the employee would have at some point given me an update on the time or told me the pizzas weren’t even made at the 50 minute mark so I could get food somewhere else.

Never coming back here again.
