New Paramount Studios

Scammers. They claim that a photograph is at $25, after taking your photos, there's a trademark on the photos and you must pay extra to attain them trademark free. Why not state the total cost from the get go?

I recently had my graduation pictures taken at New Paramount Studios, and I have to say, it was a wonderful experience. Christian was my photographer, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and professional.

Great photos, excellent service! I stumbled upon the place for passport photos and was surprised by the exceptional quality of the photos and their service. He even gave me a sheet of photos for free!

Quite dissapointed by communication, session hardships, and finally costs. I would have ordered more if I liked them. Can't even choose one, done in haste. Not fun at all.

We received great service for passport photos for our family, newborn included. The photographer was accommodating and helpful with the baby’s photos. We couldn’t be happier!

Extremely awful experience. They decline your phone before and after they put a gown on you, but their photos make you extremely ugly in order to make you pay for hundreds of dollars retouching. At the end, I had to give up all their photos. I rented a gown and redid it by myself. They are neither skillful nor smart. No one will pick an ugly photo.

Place is nice and very professional. Photographers are terrible, definitely not worth the price. I would recommend getting a 5 year old with a phone, quality would be better. And if you'd like, I can share the garbage pictures you took of me

Had the best experience! Photographer made me feel comfortable when taking pics. I was able to even look at the pictures when I was done. He was so patient and professional. If I ever need to come back again I would 100% do so:)

The tour we had here was awesome! Our tour guide was super chill and very informative, she was such a fun hist as well! Loved the tour, too bad we didn't see a little actor walk on by haha.

Rude lady at front desk too busy to show common courtesy treats people unkindly when overwhelmed

Great map, although the elevator and building campers in the Wild West portion are quite annoying.

Had my grad photos done here and my photographer was a lot of fun to work with. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name but he made taking photos a lot of fun!

If I could give them 0 stars I would do it, this studio is a ripoff, I paid almost $600 for my graduation pictures for the full package, my surprise was that I didn't get the fully retouched digital images, they said that that's a fee of 125$ PER DIGITAL IMAGE, this doesn't make any sense come on, I paid for the higher package and you can't even send the digital images that you already retouched? I WOULD NOT recommend this studio.

I took my graduation photos with new paramount and I recommend this place. The Romanian photographer I believe his name was Christian he was fabulous. He helped me out each and every step. I had a good time here and I would come here again.

This studio was amazing! They were so welcoming and knew how to pose me in a way that would make my grad photos look amazing. Christian was my photographer and did an exceptional job making me feel comfortable and confident in my own skin

I had my graduation photos done here with Oleg, and they turned out great, to the point that my mom and I had trouble picking which ones not to get! Oleg also made the entire experience fun, and he even taught me a new technique for me to use when I am drawing art. A great time overall:)

Have my graduation pictures take last Saturday and the photographer sound a bit rude to me and my sister I don't know why. Don't feel comfortable to smile and he kinda get frustrated with me when I can not follow his direction properly. The picture turn out to be a disaster. What a waste of time and money and ruined my first college graduate pictures experience) :

Very nice photo and very nice photographer. I would definitely highly encourage my friends to come here for their graduation photo and my small tips is if you are close to graduate and you have so many final exams, it is better to book the photo after writing all final exam and take about 3-5 days rest to relax yourselves from tiredness. This will really help you to look great in front of camera?

Christian was an amazing photographer and made me feel very comfortable while posing for my graduation photos. He got me to try lots of fun poses and made the whole session fly by with how genuine he was.

Loved this place, went here to get my university graduation photos done with my boyfriend. Christian was the best! Props were awesome, and he made me and my boyfriend feel comfortable and have a good laugh. My only wish is for more parking downtown so I could come back!

My name is Bianca and I work for the University of Toronto. I met the owner of New Paramount Studios (Joncarlos Lista) on Wednesday, October 27th 2021.

I have an entire report filed with my director and with others at the university, which highlights the unprofessionalism I experienced with Joncarlos.

Joncarlos made a delivery at U of T on Wednesday, October 27th 2021, blocking an active loading dock for over 30 minutes. I have a photo of this and would be happy to share if the claim is disputed. There are several signs in this area that clearly indicate that you cannot park your vehicle here and you especially cannot leave your vehicle unattended.

A delivery person told me about the vehicle and we waited for Joncarlos for over 30 minutes. When I saw him and explained that he had created a line-up for the loading dock, he quickly dismissed me telling me he had permission to park there, which was untrue. He then begun to unload the contents of his vehicle. I told him to please move his car over, so others could begin their deliveries. He eventually did and when he walked back towards the loading dock, he yelled and screamed at me, calling me and the driver a liar, creating a very uncomfortable environment for myself and for those around us.

I've worked at the university for 6 years and have never had such an unpleasant interaction before.

I gave Joncarlos an opportunity to apologize (the U of T staff member that ordered from him passed him my email address) and he never did.

I think that speaks volumes about him and about this company.

Arrived on time for my appointment, did covid screening, didn't have to wait, and got grad photos done. Photographer was Juliano.real cool/chill dude, great experience overall

A safe space for a photo shoot. Very friendly and efficient staff! They even managed to get me to smile.

Took my graduation photos here, because my university recommend it. However, I will highly recommend my friends not to order or take photos here. The reason is they overcharge and does not worth the value/price.
I guess their customer services are good.
Although I did end up ordering graduation photos here. 100% did regret ordering the photos online (my bank account crying in agony).
Honestly, there are other many other great studies out there to take graduation photos.
Never ever again.

I had my grad photos taken at the Mississauga location in June 2021. They adhered to Covid precautions closely (oh the joys when we don't have to worry about this!). The photographer was really professional and made me feel at ease. I don't like to have my picture taken, but this was an excellent experience. Great customer service. Great people; I arrived earlier than my appointment and expected plenty of waiting, but they were quite accommodating and bumped up my picture taking since other people were late. They were also cordial and fun to work with overall, so I definitely recommend.

I was there for my graduation picture. I was in there for about 15 mins. They knew what they were doing. My photograph was good at directing and was easy to work with.

Went to get daughter's graduation pictures because we got a confirmation. Got there and they started scrambling trying to find the pics. The lady in the front, asked if we received a notification that is was ready. When we tried to show her the confirmation and called her over, she started getting agitated. Gave us a snooty attitude response, "I know ok? We're looking for them" like Wow! She apologized for the wait and got our pics, but that was an easy way to lose a customer the way she handled that situation.

Very disappointed with my graduation pictures. The colours are so dark and the position that I was asked to be in normally feel uncomfortable and exaggerated but usually turn out nice, but my positioning doesn’t look natural at all and my head is looking away. I also never have a lazy eye but in ALL of my pictures one of my eyes was much smaller than the other, I wish I was told about it so I could focus on correcting it. I was looking forward to purchasing some pictures to be able to capture this memory of a life time (to be graduating nursing school) but unfortunately I will not be purchasing any. I do not even feel like it was worth my sitting fee.

I ordered my grad pictures and just received them! Honestly they looked so good, way way way better than the drafts, loved the work and the extra touch into it, my makeup looks flawless, thank you so much!

The cost for prints i pretty steep, especially when they are college grad photos, seeing as us stdents tend to not have a lot of money kicking around. Awesome work though, my mom and grandmother loved theor prints.

I highly recommend working with New Paramount Studios to capture your memories through photography, I recently worked with them to take my graduation pictures and it was a very successful experience! I worked with photographer Oleg, he was professional and very attentive to creating the image I wanted to portray in my pictures. Unfortunately, I was sick the day of that shoot and I didn't like that I personally looked sick so I decided to get a retake. Oleg once again helped me with that process, and then I worked with photographer Josh. Josh was also professional and very attentive, he let me decide what poses I wanted and from what angle I wanted the shots to be taken. Next I placed my order online and the process was simple and easy to understand. I accidentally ordered the wrong size for one of my shots and I e-mailed the company to let them know and their Admin person named Patricia quickly helped me to fix the issue (she responded the same day to my e-mail within a few hours). I recommend this company because their customer service is impeccable and they truly care about delivering what you want through their pictures. Choose New Paramount Studios for your next photography shoot and you won't be disappointed!

Wow! All I can say is amazing! My husband and I did a studio photoshoot for an hour and the photographer was great! He made it fun and easy to pose and the photos were accessible a couple hours after the session. The photos were more than I expected and Im so pleased and definately recommend paramount studios to everyone!
