Never going back. I came by after checking reviews.

Soup was almost not even warm. After I put bean sprouts in the soup, it remained the same.

I ordered regular size and she ordered small size. I didn't see any difference in amount.

I won't complain about the price but it's insane for this quality. Comes in total $45 including tips. Brutal lol

If you're going to visit this place, I recommned to think once more. I talked about my exprience with friends, they all said it's going worse and worse.

All time favourite pho restaurant! I absolutely love the atmosphere, such kind waiters/waitresses that always have great recommendations on something new to try. The soup and dishes never disappoint.

Despite the restaurant doesn't look busy, I have terrible experience:
-Got one of my two order wrong, I asked for well done brisket but got beef balls instead.
-Amount of meat they added in soup is awfully low like its just 2-3 slice of beef and there is a bit too much of onions.

I dont feel like coming back to this place anymore.

I have been going to this restaurant for the past fifteen years, now with three kids we go here at least once a week. The food is always consistent, the restaurant is always clean, the servers are always friendly & the owner is the sweetest! Always making me and my family feel welcome. The best Pho restaurant in Ottawa in my opinion, not just because of the food, but the overall service and atmosphere.

Great place to eat and portions are always generous. Wait staff always friendly and accommodating to food allergies and requests. Definitely try the crispy spring rolls and avocado shake!

Decided to try this place out and sadly was disappointed. Overall just wasn’t a great experience.

Sadly this place was my favourite. It has the best pho broth in the city in my opinion but they recently raised the prices to 17 dollars from 12 for a small pho and the portion is exactly the same if not less. I understand that things are more expensive now but this is a huge increase! The price is way higher than most pho spots. The pho may be good here but the service isn't the friendliest and no way I'm paying 20 bucks plus tip for a small bowl of soup.

Will not return to this place. $17.00 for a tiny bowl of soup that is half full of salt water and noodles, two pieces of thinly sliced beef and no flavour. Pathetic.
I use to go there quite often, but I'm not sure what this place has become. Definitely not going back.

My family and I have been regulars at this restaurant for years. Unfortunately, we've recently noticed some disappointing changes. The portion sizes of the bowls have noticeably shrunk, and the prices have gone up significantly. Additionally, the broth, which used to be rich and flavorful, now seems watered down.

Given these developments, we're considering exploring other Pho options in town. It's disheartening to witness a decline in the quality of a place we've frequented for so long. We hope to find a new spot that can deliver the satisfying dining experience we've come to expect.

I ordered from home their chicken rice noodles soup and it was exactly what I needed when I was feeling sick 10/10 great soup

Will not return. This place was a favourite years ago but the customer service is not worth it. My friend and I could not relax or eat in peace. The constant pacing up to our table expecting us to keep ordering even before we were done with appetizers was not being attentive, it was overkill and unsettled us. We intended to order more things over time as they close late. Then out of the blue another of the wait staff appears with pen and paper asking if we are ready to order our soup. We had mentioned earlier that if we were not full, we'd order but coming to take the order was us being rushed. So we ordered Pho. We weren't done eating when the waiter returns to take our dishes away. I explained that I was not done although the sight of my bowl was obviously filled with food still. Then, up at the cash, one of the guys made a glaring stare though it was only 10 p.m. We decided to leave at that point. This place did not deserve our money (and 15% tips!) or patronage. Many other establishments welcome us but that's the last this one would see of us.

Happened to be in the area and thought of trying a new place. So I got take-out from the restaurant. BIG MISTAKE. The portion was about HALF of what I got from the other pho restaurants. Needless to say, I will not ever visit this restaurant again.

Food is good and tasty, though a bit greasy. Protein portions are too small. I ordered shrimps and got 4 in my plate. That's the main thing to improve

I ordered 2 rare beef pho with extra meat. Had to pay $8 extra for the meat plus additional taxes. I received 4 flimsy pieces of beef, in each soup. Incredibly dissapointing

The best of the Pho with the best spring rolls in town. Dennis is the owner and is always friendly and happy to chat.

Terrible service, food portion is tiny, owner always gives you a dirty look trying to look tough

Looks popular for take-out but in-house service is surly and slow. Tea was cold and we had to beg for cutlery and serviettes, One of the muscles in my pho tasted off. Pad tai was grey and unappetizing. Poor value for money.

Bad experience! I would give 0 star if I could! Our family were travelling Ottawa and were having a quick dinner at this place. My dad found 2 pieces of white plastic wrap in the #004 soup. We let the server know. However, they don’t even apologize and left us there. My husband had to go to the cashier asking for bill and mentioned it again. The guy said it’s not from them, they don’t have this kind of tape at their restaurant. And they stopped my mom and two young kids to check if we paid for the meal (cash bills obviously on the table)! Unbelievable! I would suggest the restaurant “please check your camera before doubt your valued customer! “ and do not think people the way you are!

No flavour in the pho or rice dishes. I don’t like beef ribs when I expect bbq beef with rice. Super small salad also.
Tea was either way too weak or way too strong.

So consistently delicious, huge portions, great menu with variety of Vietnamese dishes that arent available in other spots.
