I enjoy coming to see Maritzia at New Skin Laser. She always acts professionally, answers all of my questions and makes me feel at ease with the treatments. I live two hours away, and I always find time to come and get my laser treatments here. They will try to accommodate me for an appointment on a specific day that I request, because I make multiple appointments in Toronto at the same time. Highly recommend.

Products and services are never pushed or upsold, they only recommend what is necessary, while giving you pointers to educate you on your skin care routines and practices. You will not be disappointed with any service offered whether that be laser, IPL, facials or peels etc. I live over two hours away now and still commute to New Skin for appointments - because they are the best at what they do and the experience is always AMAZING. 5 stars across the board!

My first visit at this clinic was seamless, professional and very educational for me! It began with Taslim having a virtual consultation with me to see what my problem areas were & what options would work best on my skin. On the day of my appt, Meritza did a HydraFacial, Carbon Facial and a slight Chemical Peel. She walked everything through with me. She was patient and I felt comfortable every step of the way! Thank you ladies & see you in 3-4 weeks.

This was my first "real" facial experience and it was a very pleasant one. Maritza provided me with step by step details of the entire treatment. Although she thought I might feel some discomfort, there was practically none. I felt rejuvenated and "fresh" afterwards. It was an education and I will definitely return.
