Been going to see Dr. Karen Cameron for nearly 30 years. She's phenomenal and very caring.

However, I'm not sure why but New Vision has been actively pushing genital mutilation as one of they core offerings.

I have nothing but praise and appreciation for this clinic. Dr. O’Brien is an exceptional doctor - we feel very lucky to have him. He’s attentive, solution oriented and even great with babies and maternal care. Dr. Zorzitto is also fantastic and was an immeasurable resource postpartum as a breastfeeding mum. Reception is also always kind and lovely - could not recommend this clinic enough.

I am so grateful to be a part of this health team since 1996. It truly is a team. Long hours, weekend walk ins, speaking to a nurse or seeing a nurse practitioner same day if it's for something urgent or minor and my doctor isn't available. Options to contact them online and get a call or message back. My husband's doctor's office is AWFUL so I reached out to mine for information and they were happy to provide it. I only wish my husband could switch over.

Dr Kane has been great! In all the years I've been going to him I haven't added a review and I thought it was about time given the patience and thoughtfulness he's provided to me and my family members. As per other reviews sometimes the wait times are a little long and office staff interactions vary but that doesn't detract from how good of a doctor he is!

The team at New vision were great, reception was awesome, nurses and doctor were fantastic! Went in for my new born son’s procedure and end up passing out, I ended up being more of a patient then my son was, they cared and checked in on me, (3 juice boxes, 3 cookies later) They allowed me to staying as long am I needed. (additional 2 hours)

From the time I walk in till I leave I receive respect and quality care that is done effectively. Dr Zorzitto is a exceptional Dr that has gone above and beyond for me I'm so grateful for her compassion knowledge and exceptional care I have received. This rating is in no reflection to the caring and highly skilled, Dr. Nobel. I would agree in most of the comments that the receptionists are extremely rude people, on the phone and in person. It is unfathomable and unnaceptable that a patient must wait on the phone for 1+ hours to book an appointment or ask a simple question only to be hung up on after saying hello. On occasion they had the option for a call back, but lately I have not heard that option for months.

Dr. Ward was initially my Doctor. Very caring and thorough, however, she went on a sabbatical and started cancer research. I was then assigned to the new Doctor, fresh out of school. Dr. John Pope became my Doctor. I was apprehensive at first with the new Dr.and all but this faded quickly. He delivered my 3 children and not once have l been disappointed with his care or advice. He is a sincere human being and provided utopian care for me and my family. It was sad to see him retire. He is well missed. My daughter and l became (once again) new patients for the new Dr. Meridith Pope. All my children are adults by this time. I was disappointed to learn that my 2 sons were denied care by the new Dr. Pope because they hadn't returned their foms during the transition deadline. I was misled, l assumed they had. Foremost, l totally understand the deadline (you have to draw the line somewhere). I have seen over the years how the practice had grown. It had moved to 4 different locations, each being bigger to handle the ongoing, growing patient list. Each generation must be getting bigger, l would think. I can see how the patient list would grow. Meanwhile, not knowing all this informaton about my sons being denied care. I complained to a higher power about Dr. Pope's denial. With regret, l feel ashamed in doing so. Her care has been nothing but outstanding. Her thoroughness puts you at ease. I was quite ill about 6 years ago during their transition change. I had gone to clinics, hospitals and to no avail, could a professional tell me what was happening to me. My symptoms were getting worse. Having made that appointment with the new Dr. Meridith Pope has been one if the best choices l have ever made. From my symptoms, tests were ordered. I was diagnosed and on my way to recovery. She honestly saved my life. Hope my Doctor understands why l did what l did, becoming a Mother not too long ago, herself.
Knowing how hard it is to get through sometimes, l figured this was my next best option. DR. POPE, YOU ROCK. I'm glad you are my Doctor.

I have been a patient for many many I was a patient of Dr cescon great doctor was always pleasant patient great sense of humor. I'm now a patient of Dr. Reaume also Avery good doctor I find the staff all to be pleasant professional and very helpful.

Okay this is my family doctor office for atleast many years and I would like to say that the Dr here's are amazing and same with the nurses. With the receptionist? So far I haven't had any bad experience yet but if ever we get one. Let's just shake it off guys.

I am well aware that we all have our issues and problems but let's just learn how to be nice and kind to everyone doesn't matter what they do for living or what kind or career they have. I read the one review here about charging this place for dr note? I don't think they do. Because my family doctor who look after me from this clinic never charged me for dr note. I believe that if you go to any walk in clinic - doctors there, they charge for doctor's note.

I highly recommend this clinic.

I am appalled by the behavior of a secretary named Loretta. I went on January 30,2023 to make an appointment to Dr. Kane, especially since no one is answering the phone, or the voice on the phone is telling me to wait 60 minutes. My husband had a car accident and wanted to see his doctor. Unfortunately, we have to go to the ER because the great secretary did not find 10 minutes.for husband at Dr. Kane.
Incredible. She acted like she was just working in her own clinic and basically either my husband is going to the ER or he will see the doctor in 2 weeks. How many hours are waiting in the ER? Dr. Kane is a very good doctor, I don't know if he knows how secretaries at the reception desk behave. Suddenly a woman with gray hair came to the window and was helping the secretary get rid of me, waving her arms like a puppet, blowing me kisses with her hand. I asked if I could speak to the manager, Loretta told me they didn't have a manager and no one who could help me get an appointment with Dr. Kane. Or maybe it's already a private clinic and no one knows about it. No manager? I've been through a lot, especially if you're just after an accident, nothing major happened. But no, my husband has to wait 2 weeks because he doesn't want to go to the ER. But this secretary's behavior was insolent, emotionless, and an unsympathetic woman.

We love our Doc, and the Wonderful nurses… but why do the receptionists act mad salty all the time? Maybe watch the sodium?
