I got my hair coloured by Andy. He is extremely patient and listens to the requests of his customers! He patiently gave me many options for colouring/hair highlights and gave me good suggestions. I really like how my hair turned out. I got violet- red highlights on dark hair. Super happy! I'll be back!

Andy has been cutting my hair here for 6+ years and he never disappoints! The price is really good for a quality fade + cut ($35 including wash & rinse).

Andy can accommodate any style that you requested, my son ask for K-pop style this time and it looks 95% the same

I called in for an appointment last minute and Andy was kind enough to squeeze me in. John cut my hair and he gave me exactly what I wanted and more. He is very detailed and precise with his cuts and I will definitely come back to him for my next haircut!

As a recommendation, I decided to give this place a try and it did not disappoint. I have very thick and frizzy hair which is a real challenge to work with. John was very patient throughout the whole process and even spent time to go through some styles that would be suitable and the results were amazing. Would definitely come back for future cuts!

Went there after a recommendation from a friend and I truly loved it. I have terribly frizzy and thick hair and John was so patient with them. He suggested a good style for me, spent good time trimming and cutting them and the end result was simply too good. I loved the experience and would go back there for sure! My hair looks amazing now and everyone has been loving them so much

Andy and John are just amazing. Andy is very patient and understand customer's need. He takes his time to look at hair. I enjoy the hair wash here like a massage by John. I highly recommend if you are picky and particular about your hair, these guys will go head and shoulders above to do their best. Customer is their priority.

Made a last minute appointment and was a little bit delayed but John who dealt with my hair was very professional and friendly. He gave me a fresh cut that was close to what I was looking for. Definitely would recommend:)

I highly recommend this salon. They really practice social distancing and take time sanitizing their place. Hairstylist John was great! I just showed the picture of the hairstyle I want and he did a great job, exactly what I wanted. Happy customer here and will for sure come back! My cousin actually went too and she loved her haircut and color and booked appointment for her kids too.

I have been having my haircut done at New Wave since 1998. The store is clean, cozy and comfy. Most importantly, the hair stylists (esp. Andy and John) are very professional and friendly. I am always satisfied with the results when I leave the store!
