Sudesh and Mark are awesome! They do great work. This is an excellent company. I use them all the time - toilet install, pipe replacement, faucet replacements, etc. Very friendly and very professional.

Amazing service and reasonable prices for any plumbing repairs. I contacted them to price me a quote and the response was instant. Just sent the pictures through WhatsApp and the plumber was here within 1-2 hours for repairs. The plumber (Rakeeb) came and he took extra precautions to wear shoe covers and always asked permission before doing any work. He even went above and beyond by caulking the surrounding of the spout and shower handle to ensure the water doesn't seep through. My overall experience from the time I contacted them to the plumber doing the repairs was excellent. Will definitely recommend them to anyone and use them for future needs.

Sudesh and Mark were awesome and fixed my broken drainage pipe on time and as quoted. While they were onsite, I asked them if they could take a look at my noisy backyard tap. It kept making a loud whining noise everytime I turned on the hose. They replaced the water valve for me at no extra charge. I am extremely happy with the service I received. Great response time and excellent service! Sam and Mark were friendly and professional. The job was straightforward (shower cartridge replacement and snake the sink) and was quickly completed. I appreciated that the quote was fair and they had an extra part that needed to be replaced on-hand. The thing that stood out was that Sam asked for a picture right away, which made me feel confident that he understood and could anticipate what was needed before he arrived onsite. Other companies I had reached out that advertised "free estimate" wouldn't provide me an estimate, they wanted to send a plumber to assess and charge for the hour. Sam also notice we had some water seeping out of the shower door and applied caulking to prevent further damage. I definitely recommend Sam and his team!

I was connected to Sam at New Well Plumbing via the Pro Desk at Home Depot. I had just replaced a ball valve joint and the new one was leaking at the handle. I didn't have the patience to to it all again, so I requested a plumbing referral. Sam called less than 5 minutes after the request was made and I sent a picture as he requested. About 15 minutes later he called back with a suggestion and it WORKED! I was so happy, and I'm sure he was too, as the space where it is is very small. Thank you Sam.you are an angel! I will never again grumble about what plumbers charge!

We had a leak in our living room which came from the master bedroom shower. We had hired 2 different people to take a look and fix the problem. Both people had said they found the leak and "fixed" it. After a few days the leak continued. I called new well plumbing and had Sam come to diagnose the problem. Sam was patient, found where the leak was coming from, explained the process to us and fixed the leak. He was very professional. I will definitely be using him again for future plumbing needs and will be referring to family and friends.

I've 2 faucets leaking and contacted Sam on kijiji in the late evening and guess what in 10 minutes i've got the answer. Then spoke over phone and sent him pictures and he very kindly discuss the scenarios and options i wana go with.
He showed up next morning well on time and did the best using his trade skills. He was wearing mask throughtout this COVID time and didnt touch any other thing while repecting the social distancing.
He also saved me $$$ with his honest advices though anyone could have ripped me of in scenario i was in.

We had a leaking utility sink faucet located in our basement. I spoke with Sam (master plumber). Sam was very quick to pickup the phone and said he would make it to our home in an hour to our home (Ajax). He was on time and quickly identified the problem and told us exactly what was wrong and fixed the issue at a very reasonable rate. He was very professional and knowledgable. It was a pleasure to deal with Sam. We will surely use his services again. I recommend him and his company.
