New York Fries - Oakville Place

Great food amazing poutine. Appreciate Jas for the great service. Will come again. Felt at home again.

I like NYF but this location is not maintaining hygiene as there is no butter paper on serving trays, that’s not how branded store should work.

I ordered a hotdog and a poutine and the hotdog has mold all over the bun and the hotdog was undercooked the poutine was also undercooked and it had barely any toppings.learned my lesson I advise anyone going not to go here. (Terrible food and service).

I would not reccomend this place, the staff is very bad at customer service. Get food elsewhere and you'll be happy.

Normally the people who work at NYF just ask you what you want from the menu and not Recommend anything, On Saturday this one lady who works there told me she was new but the way she took by order she had great costumer handling, she bumped it up to regular to large.
Because of her costumer handling I ordered the same meal on Sunday definitely recommend NYF one of the best places to eat at Oakville Place.

Staff is horrible and cant follow simple instructions and messed up my friend's order. When I drove back they just offered to give him onions on the side instead. He ordered a hotdog with extra onions, cheese sause and ketchup with mustard. He got just a plain hotdog with cheese sause. Don't order food from here it's horrible just get food from A&W or Jimmy the Greek anywhere is better from here.

I’m really exhausted after my today’s visit at NYF in oakvile Place I often come here and I had never faced any trouble since I started coming to this location but today was my worst worst experience it’s really a disaster we all are facing of COVID-19 and she thinks of this a JOKE?
The lady with braces came to me without the mask to take my order there was another short girl who told her to get her mask and she didn’t even know what the short lady was trying to tell her I would never ever visit this location i would just say u guys need to give attention to such things otherwise u will loose many many loyal customers u already lose one

I really enjoy New York Fries, however this Location in Oakville Place Mall is terrible. The service is unprofessional. I ordered the regular poutine with extra cheese. What I was served was barely any cheese and so much sauce, it was like a soup to eat. I ended up throwing it out because it looked so disgusting. I would not recommend eating here. It's a waste of money.

Excellent food, nice employees, constantly good atmosphere. They charge reasonable pricing and the food quality is fantastic. Keep up the good work.

This spot is first-rate and roomy, the meals was enchanting and the rates were very economical.rapidly, effective service and very affable waiters. I recommend this place.
