NEW YOU provides a warm and relaxing experience. The staff are wonderful. Eeryone are professional and friendly. I had a great experience with everyone especially with Dr Grewal. I really love his work he did an amazing job I really appreciate his service. I really feeling so confident and fresh after the treatment I left leaving feeling like a New Me! All the good reviews they convince their customers to posted and then they can get the discount by giving them 5 stars they don't even deserve 1 star. So Don't fall for that.
Don’t give this clinic your money, they falsely advertise their treatments and then mislead
you during consultations by guaranteeing results (which they can’t do) and giving you false information. They're only there to take your money and they'll never return back to you. You will never receive even a call back from them. Very unprofessional And rude. I've been there for my lower abdomen treatment. I spend so much money on it Did not see any difference. Before the treatment The technician Promised that I will see Guaranteed result
After taking more than 9 treatments, I did not see one inch difference. After all the treatments and after all the money I spent
I called them And the manager Shiva told me that you really got the good deal. What is that mean? You're giving the deals so that you can get the customer, and if the customer is coming for the deals, and you're blaming them that you got the good deal. That's why you cannot see the difference that is so Ridiculous. Save your money and time, do not visit this location. You rather go and spend money With other clinics at least they will reach you out.

Dr Grewal is the absolute best. Me and my mom had our treatments done with him for the first time. Hes the expert in all things cosmetic, I can't wait to book again.

I have been coming here for over a year and I love every experience. The staff is so kind and welcoming. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel happy with your experience. I chose to do my laser here and I am happy with the results so far. I have a few sessions left and already have no more hair growth in those regions. They use a really good laser compared to other laser’s I have tried in the past which makes all the difference. I have recommended my friends and family members to come here for treatments. Thanks for being so friendly and accommodating with my privacy as a Muslim.

For nothing Before the treatments, they promise you so many things And when they cannot make those promises they blame on you.
It is very frustrating And annoying by the fact they don't even return the call backs, they don't even respond. They will keep asking you to add on more treatments to see the result and when you do that and still cannot see any difference. I had done my lower abdomen 9 times and there is not even an inch difference. Stay away from the scam do not visit them if you wanna save your money.

Shiva the manager is honestly incredible and the reason why I’ll continue to come back to this salon. When you have someone who truly values client experiences it brings a welcomed warmth you just can’t get anywhere.

After searching high and low for a business that provides quality laser hair removal for darker skin, I was recommended New You Cosmetic Centre by a friend of mine who worked there and was also darker skinned. I started my laser sessions at the Mississauga location a few years ago and I could never be happier!
No bad reaction and great results.
Fast forward to this month, I went in for skin tightening with Yasmine who also did my laser treatment. Also a great experience. This was my first one and she was educating me every step if the way, which i loved. I will definitely be going back for more laser and other services!

Everyone here is wonderful and knows how to keep you 100% comfortable with all their services! Taline is the best laser technician I’ve ever had and always makes sure I’m okay and adresses my concerns thoroughly. I cannot recommend this spa enough!

Been doing laser hair removal and the results have been astounding! The spa has been amazing with making sure all my concerns are addressed. Isabel and Shiva have been truly great in answering all my questions and making sure I know what to expect. I did fat freezing and it’s an amazing experience, I see the results and I’m happy and the staff are friendly and professional especially Cash, she’s the one who did the fat freezing for me and omg she’s amazing, I highly recommend booking with her, I went the first time with her and the second time I insisted to book with her again.

Had a great experience at New You Spa. The location is bright, trendy and had all the services that I was looking for. My specialist Izabelle helped me create a treatment plan and walked me through the whole process. I was a bit nervous before as I haven’t tried anything with radio frequency but I wanted some TLC. My first radio frequency treatment felt like a hot stone massage on my face and I left glowing. It was nice to have someone to work with me on a plan as opposed to me trying to guess what I need. I think I’m going to spring for doing it down my neck too!

I have been referred from my sister. Quiet happy with staff and their customer service. Specially mention Kash name, she is very humble and knowledgeable and understand client comfort levels when it comes to laser services. I'd gladly recommend to others.

I did my laser hair removal at New You consistently for a year and let me tell you I’m completely hair free with silky smooth legs and the hairs on my legs never grew back. I’m so happy with my results and will definitely be back to laser my arms, underarms and chin.

I went to the lakeshore location for almost a year. Had services like facials done and got a full syringe of fillers for my lips.
Svetlana was great and helpful till she sold a few services, suddenly became impatient. Took my mom and sister there so I brought them business too.
Alsu was amazing and very clear about what she was doing and the amount of ml she was using on me. Sold me a full syringe because it was cheaper than half. Never ever did they mention that it would expire within 2 weeks (as the new manager/owner stated suddenly)
Lots to complain but let me keep it short. Do not waste your money or time here. Coming from the same background and going to salons is nothing new to me and my lifestyle. THIS PLACE AND NEW ORNER IS THE WORST. Super unprofessional and rude from the moment I spoke to her. Made me feel like I was lying at first, later tried to fix it by saying it expired after 2 weeks if not used up ‍️

I saw Sushi/Sue last week in Burlington and it was honestly the best treatment I’ve ever had! I almost don’t need anymore treatments! She is so amazing at her job and so so sweet! Can’t recommend her enough!

Didn't keep treatment schedule due to covid and refused to provide extra sessions because of lack of results. If they shut down again because of covid, this business will just steal your money. Staff just blames stress as a reason why treatment doesn't work, to keep dissatisfied clients away, as the other reviews state. Best to go elsewhere.

I've been frequenting this location for quite some time now, and the ladies at New You staff are always personable and knowledgeable on any work that I'm looking to have done. Laser Hair removal treatments have been completed with care and always professional! Loved my results after a few sessions. Not to mention the facility is always clean and organized. They are my go to!

Went here for a consultation, told them I was not interested. They have continued to harass me via phone and email Very unprofessional, the woman I dealt with hand wrote the invoice for the services I was interested in and when I told her if she could send it by email as a quote she indicated no and wrote the info on a piece of paper, wowzer.

I am particularly very comfortable with Amber when I had PRP today in Woodbridge. She is professional, gentle, informative and extremely knowledgeable in all procedures. I like how she explains the treatment and helps personalize my needs.

I have tried a lot of Laser hair removal machines and theirs is by far the best. Very clean, organized clinic.

I’ve been with this clinic for a few years now, and have gone through multiple technicians. I’ve found great results with laser hair removal, but I still come in for check ups every 3-4 months since it was included in my initial package. I think the technician makes the biggest difference - recently I had Kashmala and she was very due diligent so I will continue working with her. Even though it was our first session together, she made sure to address my areas of concern that have been missed by others. Aside from that, the clinic location is super nice and clean. Would highly recommend!

I was hesitant for a long time to do laser treatment because I didn't feel like I could trust anyone to do that treatment for me. But after I found out about New You I was extremely impressed with the friendly customer service experience and their warm welcoming vibes. Alexandria is an amazing person to talk to and when I talked to her on the phone before coming here she was very kind and cleared all my doubts and fears about laser. I was also impressed by the knowledge and experience they have about all the laser equipment. Cash who performed the treatment on me was very friendly and professional, and helped me feel really comfortable and relaxed during the treatment.

This cosmetic centre is FANTASTIC! Everything from the service to the super friendly staff to the value you're getting. I've been going here for about a year now for a wide variety of services (laser hair removal, cool sculpting, lip fillers) and I've always had an enjoyable experience which has left me feeling more confident about myself. They give you genuine advice if you're not sure on what services you'd like, they don't upsell you like most places where you feel pressured into getting something done, and the atmosphere is extremely welcoming and nice.
Julia does my laser hair removal and cool sculpting and she is a DOLL! She always makes sure you're comfortable with everything and she's super friendly. She's also passionate about her work and enjoys what she does and you can tell that in the amazing service she provides.
Also, major shout out to the rest of the crew that really help bring together the fabulous experience - Svetlana, Jamie and Dr. Alsu! They're all such gems!

Too much promise for the price i paid didn't get any results. Paid 5k got 1% results.totally bs. Stay away from the body sculpting scam. Staf is friendly but as for the product no results.

Been going to the Port Credit location for almost 5 years and have always had great service. The technicians and other staff members are very friendly and knowledgable.

I love this place and the staff here. Everyone is extremely friendly and they respond to your needs. Svetlana is a great consultant. She guided me through the process of coolsculpting with patience. I made some lifestyle changes because the way she explained it to me as to why it was important. Another One staff member - Julie, has been so sweet and patient throughout the process. She made me feel comfortable in most painful situations. I will totally recommend this place to everyone looking for best service from best people!

My wife goes to the place for at least 6 years including the old location. She's been treated very respectfully. Now, at the new clinic the clinic manager /owner, European lady with distinct European accent is very rude and snobbish. She speaks her language when other client (s) present. My wife is upset and thinking to stop going to this place.

Hello, my wife came here last week and was extremely upset with the unprofessionalism she received - Svetlana the head clinical nurse was extremely aggressive when speaking to my wife about her procedures she spoke ill about physical fitness, and did not believe it was an attribute to weight loss (promoting her own thoughts and opinions in hopes to upsell more treatment sessions) she later tried to get my wife to agree to more areas of treatment even after my wife had said she was just looking for one target area, and began stating no amount of physical fitness would benefit. Later after the consultation she began to profess her views on Covid 19 and believe's Health Canada is promoting unsafe vaccines to its communities "strong words were used which will not be repeated". I believe when clients come in seeking professional help and informative knowledge they should be treated with a level of respect. I was absolutely disgusted with many other things that were said as they were passive aggressive and regarding ones weight no one should be made to feel this way, that being said We will never be returning.

Contacted multiple times no one picked up my calls or replied to the messages.
But it is open so i don't know now what?

Don't waste time and money for nothing here.
I visited them on August 28,2020 for a consultation. I was very clear with what i wanted it and what was my goal. Although was instead given another option and insisted on so gave it a try and trusted them with it. I strictly followed all the instructions and never missed a session because i invested so much money and i really really needed it to work. For the whole 3 months treatment period I was concerned it was not working despite of all the efforts and constantly asked for my preferred treatment to be combined with thier recommended treatment to actually work. Yet, the consultant still insisted to keep on going and just wait for the results. I never got any results at all, nothing. Just paid a big bill, wasted 3 months and did everything as told but got nothing and then on last session when i showed my concerns they told me to still wait for 2 months to see the results and made a follow up appointment. Which i contacted them before going there the same day and was canceled saying they're closed because of covid and will be contacted back asap. Well today is March 19th and I found out the place was not closed! And It is not close NOW either sooo Why am I not Contacted? No follow up? Oh maybe because I have payed them and now they don't care?
I literally have medical proof for before, during this whole period and after the treatment that I never got any results at all. Instead having some health problems due to the procedure done.
I feel the whole time they just take advantage of my situation and tricked me to what just they benefited not me.

At this point I'm thinking of getting some legal advice because it's giving me even more anxiety thinking how they just faked caring until I payed and now it's like they don't know I existed?

I came to get my lip enhanced. Nadine was so attentive to the details. This was my first time. She explained the procedure and eased my anxiousness about the procedure. The procedure was completely painless. I did not bruise at all and the swelling went down in 24 hours. I’m more than happy with my lip enhancement. Thank you so much Nadine.

Very bad experience, worst customer service.
Jennifer burnt my wife Deepika’s neck, while doing laser treatment on her face. She represented herself as a operational manager and having 30 years of experience. My wife was in pain and Jennifer said its normal, We have been to doctor and its getting worst.

No one contacted us and very poor customer service and attitude towards her work,

We emailed them also but no reply so far.

I have been a patient of Cheska for 2 years now. I drive all the way from Hamilton to Mississauga but she is worth the drive! She always makes sure that I look my best, without looking over done. She is knowledgeable, confident and I only trust her with injecting my face. I highly recommend this wonderful Nurse.

Worst filler experience here.

It was extremely painful, my lips felt like they were being gauged with a knife.

My lips blew up 5x their original size from less than 1ml.

The vermillion border of my lips were bumpy, they had clumps of filler in them because she injected large clumps in one area.

Not to mention her lack of communication skills about the procedure itself.

I had Roya, she’s supposed to be their most senior injectionist.she didn’t even have a portfolio to show her previous work. After my experience I could see why she doesn’t take before and afters.

Also the cool sculpting is a cash grab. Don’t waste your money ladies. I’m pretty tiny around the waist anyways yet there isn’t even a millimeter of a difference, I did at least 6 sessions.
