Would definitely recommend New You Spa for laser hair removal. May, my laser aesthetician was always professional, courteous and gentle throughout my whole process. All the ladies working the front desk are also amazing and helpful. I started to notice results after my third session and have been happy ever since! The spa is extremely clean and tidy to put your mind at ease. Thank you again May!

DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME! I bought 2 package for fillers and when you go in the nurse will tell you whats wrong with your face only to sell more fillers. They are not interested in getting return business. They do not even show you the product or expiry date of product. So you don't even know if its the product your paying for. They don't even show you if you used up the entire filler. They never even called after to see how I'm doing. Victoria is a pest who keeps bothering you through text until you purchase. There are so many better cosmetic centres than this one. I WOULD NEVER RETURN!

They do not care about their customers that bring them business. This has been very evident to me over the last few months. I purchased a package with them for over 2k (laser hair removal, around 11 full body sessions) and this was in December 2022. Since then they have been charging my credit card every month. Mind you, due to a health situation I have been unable to use any of my sessions. I have only done one laser hair removal session but have been charged since December for 11. I reached out to them about a refund considering they've taken all this money from me and I never really used their service because of my health issue and they have done absolutely nothing about this matter.
I have been reaching out to them for MONTHS over email and phone to both the Woodbridge clinic and their head office and NO ONE has had the decency to acknowledge my messages and reach back out to me. When I call the clinic the receptionist will say "I'll take a look and give you a call back tomorrow. " I have been calling since September. It is now November and I am still waiting on a call and email. New You Spa Woodbridge does not value their paying customers and their customer service is very poor. I do not recommend this clinic.

The second they get your credit card details, it's game over! They care just about taking your money but not providing proper services and customer service.

Please stay away from this clinic and put your hard earned money into another clinic that will actually care about you.

Also, Tanya is the most unhelpful person you'll meet at this clinic. I hope she sees this and makes some changes to how she runs this clinic.

Nurse May has been doing my LHR sessions and I must say she is Amazinnngggg! She conducts the session with great care and focuses on the details which always makes me feel very comfortable. I had my first consultation with Dr. Nasrin. She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. She explained everything so well and gave me confidence in my choice to proceed. I was a little hesitant going in, but after talking to Dr. Nasrin, I went ahead and booked my appointment for the procedure. Also, the staff there were so friendly and greeted me in with a smile. I felt comfortable being there for my first time and I cannot wait to get started.

I had my appointment with nurse May, and she was just great! She was very friendly and explained the procedure thoroughly. Most importantly she made me feel comfortable. I would definitely go with her when I go back in. She goes above and beyond to take care of you. I recommend New You Spa if you have the money.

I would like to share my personal experience with this Woodbridge location as I’m completely disappointed with the customer service received after my procedure that didn’t work.
For weeks on end I’ve been trying to contact a manager or customer service regarding the dissatisfaction I’ve received with Botox. Over and over I’ve been neglected my emails not replied to and no accountability for the dissatisfaction and facial dysmorphia that I’ve received. I would never recommend this company. The products they use are very questionable also so are their nurses. It is quite disappointing how easy it is to take someone’s money but not to accept accountability for any errors on someone’s face. Please do not do Botox here.

Absolutely terrible customer service and very disorganized. They ask for payment in advance and do not follow up after cancelling on you.they also have rude staff and refuse to think they make mistakes. I have yet to speak to someone who doesn't hang up on me to get reimbursed. BUYER BEWARE

Had the body sculpting procedure and honestly for all the money I spent it was a waste. It did not work at all. Wanted to do my belly and thighs and there is no change at all. Don’t bother with CoolSculpting or their version of body sculpting it’s a waste of money!

DO NOT GET A LOAN WITH THEM THEY WILL SCAM YOU! If you really want to get any treatment done save up, they set me up with a loan with a country that resides in India, they keep trying to send me to collections because they are transferring my money to different accounts that i did not give any authorization to and was never communicated to me. Such an unnecessary headache, and I contacted the lady who set up the stuff for me and the individual is no where to be found, wish i never came here

I came across this spa, the whole experience was great came in for a hydrafacial they did a skin analysis with there new skin analyzer machine it was a little embarrassing to see all of my skin flaws it was a great eye opener for me I picked up their Juvilis kit and absolutely love it. I was refered to New You for botox. The nurse injected my forehead and betwern eyebrows with 33 unit of botox. It was absolute waste of my money and time. The botox never took effect. I had complete movement of my eyebrows. The lines never went away. I was hesitant to go back for correction because I thought if they did the job properly there shouldn't have been a need to go back for correcrion. However after talking to my friend I decided to go back. I need to mention it was a month after the initial treatment that I went back. First they wanted to charge for more units because they said you should have came after 2 weeks. Then they called the doctor who oversees the procedure and the doctor told them to book an appointment at different location that is more convenient, after 4 weeks. The receptionist called different location and they said he is not scheduled to come for a visit here next month or the month after.
I feel very disappointed. Absolute waste of money and time. Drove 45 minutes not once but twice for nothing. Very unreliable and unprofessional. Needless to say I will not go there again. And I absolutely DON'T recommend this place for botox.

The whole staff at New You Woodbridge are just amazing. Came in for a fat freezing treatment and wasn't sure what to expect. I had the privilege of being treated by Maryam who was patient, knowledgeable and very pleasant. Maryam has given me a lot of confidence to return again for future treatments and maybe some additional services such as the embodisculpt. Really looking forward to great results.
