Beware! This was the worst spa experience ever - I still can't believe it actually happened. Paid $250 for a chemical peel facial that lasted 25 minutes. It was absolutely nothing special - literally just rubbed my face with alcohol, applied the peel and then removed it. No exfoliating, steaming, extractions, or anything that resembled a proper facial. And I was overcharged! When I asked for my deposit back (because I paid the full amount with a gift card), I was told I would receive it in 2 weeks and never did. Customer service and professionalism were really lacking. There are many wonderful spas in the City that are exponentially so much better.

It was my first time getting a hair removal treatment and I had a very good experience! Liga was very professional and explained the procedure and process and that made me feel comfortable!

I completed laser hair removal for my underarms and just started a new package with Jasmine! Originally I started with someone different for my underarms and they were very aggressive in selling me extra things every appointment and it was a bummer because I typically enjoy building rapport when I have these types of appointments - but from what I understand this person is no longer there. Then by chance I got Jasmine during the later half of my underarm sessions and I absolutely love her. She is very caring and really listens to you - today was my first Brazillian and I was so shy and embarrassed lol, she kindly and professionally walked me through everything - she’s a huge reason why I continued to book more laser hair removal packages with NewYou. Aside from Jasmine, I feel the clinic really works with you to figure out your needs and from my research they have some of the best deals in the city - and just speaking from my experience NewYou having deals doesn’t mean your experience is sacrificed at all. For laser hair removal it is indeed a commitment and a game of patience but if you book properly and show up to your appointments, the pay off over time will be worth it.

I had a great experience with Martina. This was my first time getting a lip filler and I’m glad that I’ve done it here with a very knowledgeable injector. She takes time to listen and have very well knowledge of maintaining proportions and symmetry. Had an exceptional experience here. The receptionist was so pleasant and offered me water as I waited (went back and got a cold one?). Nurse Paige was so attentive, sweet and understood exactly what I wanted. She was also open and friendly with me and provided me her contact information, if I had any questions about the filler later. She was also very responsive in calming my anxiety about it definitely going to be the place I go to for any future fillers.

I went to their clinic today for a free consultation for hair removal services. My consultation was with Romana. She’s is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I’m starting my laser package next week! Can’t wait for results! L

I’ve been visiting New You Queen location for the past 8 months. I love the staff here. I’ve tried their Nitrogen Plasma treatment and it’s Amazing! I love my results. My treatment was done by Romana. She is the best. Would recommend this place for all your skin concerns.

If you purchase a Groupon voucher and called they would tell you to wait a call from them to schedule an appointment, which takes weeks! It's like what you pay in the app is not worth scheduling you a proper appointment! I canceled your voucher for your bad customer service.

Laser hair removal experience:

Money-minded, poor customer centricity and you endure all of that pain only to see no results after 8 sessions. They were extremely warm and friendly when they made the sales pitch but the actual service was far from it. Staff and nurses are unfriendly and frankly rude and very little care is taken in making sure you're seeing results.

1. During the sales pitch, after the person studied my skin, they said I was a good contender for laser and won't need the full 8 sessions (5-6 are enough). When I shared this with the nurse half-way through because I wasn't seeing results, she disagreed and said I'll need all sessions.

2. Around the 7th session when I again shared that I'm not seeing results, the nurse told me I was too sensitive and that she had been using a low setting for me. To be clear - during the sales pitch I was told repeatedly how this wasn't painful and if I did feel pain I should inform the nurse and that the equipment would add a cooling effect to negate the laser's burning effect, so I wouldn't feel the pain even though the laser would be effective.

3. To top that off, the nurse started selling an extension package to me. Why wasn't I told around the 3rd or 4th session that the settings were low and that I wouldn't see results? Probably because they wanted to make more money off of me through an extension.

4. They'll leave you lathered in gel after the session - worse you're lying on a sheet of paper for the session, so prepare to be covered in a goo of gel and tissue all sticking to your body. Really, no care whatsoever.

5. I was told at some point that there's a cancellation charge ($50/30 min) - so since they book me for an hour, they'd charge me $100 if I ever cancelled. On the other hand, I went to the wrong address once and was 15 min late and had to really plead to get them to take me. Mind you, all my sessions took 15-20 min and they supposedly book me for the hour, leaving them enough time to take me in, complete and even prep for the next client. You do the math. In general, all interactions around cancellation, scheduling etc.have been largely unpleasant and unfriendly. They've only been fruitful when I've asked to escalate to the manager.

I'm pretty sure after this comment they'll pull out their 'notes' to tell me how I wasn't a good customer (see all other comments here where people have complained - they never apologize and are extremely defensive. Ironically, they didn't even have notes on what parts I was lasering and I always had to help them keep track). Really, do not go. There are better laser places now that I've done more research. I hardly leave any form of positive or negative reviews for places and services but I'm going out of my way here to write this because this place is a complete waste of your hard earned money and precious time.

I just had my first facial injection. Tanya was warm welcoming and professional from start to finish. The nurse injector Martha made me feel comfortable. The result was above my expectation. I am very happy with the results. I will definitely go back.

My initial consult with Tanya was sooo great. She is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how laser works and what the process looks like. I was anxious because of all the horror stories I read online but she really put all my anxieties to rest. I have had 3 sessions so far with Romana and she is so wonderful. She’s very patient and pays attention to details. She’s calm and takes her time to make sure I’m comfortable each session. I did lots of research before choosing this medspa and I’m very happy with my decision and have raved about it to my friends and coworkers!

This is my first time doing laser, I went in for full body treatment and I was nervous because I did not know what to expect. I expressed this to Romana, a technician at the clinic and she made sure that I was comfortable and understood every step of the process as she worked her way from area to area. I was nervous about the pain but with Romana, I could hardly feel a thing! I walked out of New You spa feeling excited and invigorated! I highly recommend getting your laser treatments from New You-the staff is so friendly and skilled, they understand this is your body and they treat it with the utmost care and respect.

I took the service for laser hair removal in oct 2021 and it was a 5 year service with different intervals. After few sessions, because of covid it was shut and i have to move to Mississauga. Initially they told this can be done in any centre, but now i am lef out with no response and tired of contacting the Toronto and Mississauga centres and not got a proper response. So, i suggest not to waste your money as the results are also not evident.

I’m so impressed by how my lips came out. Marta knew exactly what I wanted and delivered quality results - my lips already look so much fuller and she evened out the asymmetries in my lips. In addition, she was super sweet and patient with me throughout the entire process. Even after post-injection, she took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was doing well. Highly recommend coming here to get dermal fillers!

Just wanted to share my experience with Romana today! I got my face micro needling treatment for the first time, of course the final result I will see in a few days, but I can already tell that the job was done great and I’m already looking forward to our next session! I just got my first laser hair removal treatment today at Queen street and all staff were very friendly and welcoming. My nurse was Ramana and she made relax and she is very professional. I am quite happy that I chose New You!

I had my treatment (fillers) with Kiana, and she was absolutely amazing. She did a great job of consultation and discussed every single suggestion with me both prior and throughout the treatment. Kiana did the treatment with precision and care, and the results were immediately noticeable. I highly recommend her and New You!

Overall very nice staff, but in terms of the body sculpting treatment, I didn't see really any results.
I feel they should advise you to be closer to your goal weight first and then once you reach it get cool sculpting for maintenance. I understand it is not a weight-loss treatment, but I also spent close to $5000.00 with little results. Quite disappointed I wasn't advise to get closer to my goal weight first and then come back for body sculpting. Keep in mind, i do keep track of a diet and work out regularly but still have a little ways to go.

It’s hard to find a good medical aesthetician who knows what they are doing but Romana definitely has the knowledge and skills to deliver good results. I had great experience in terms of the product, I purchased, I just found it a bit unorganized, everytime I came, I had to re explained my plan that I had already had created during my intake appointment, I found the consultant did not keep track of my treated areas and was often not scheduled long enough and ended up missing a few treatments on some areas, even tho I purchased an unlimited package it felt like it was very limited.

I got the three PRP micro needling treatment with nurse Irene for my acne scars. The procedure was painful but Irene makes you feel so comfortable. You know you are in good, and caring, hands. She’s been so helpful answering my questions, and Tanya as well. She also gave me a lot of helpful tips to continue taking care of my skin during and after treatments even on other skin problems I had, like my dark circles! I give her 5/5. It’s now been 4 weeks after my last treatment. It didn’t completely get rid of my acne scars which are light scaring. We thought three treatments would completely get rid of them because of the mildness of my scars but unfortunately that wasn’t the case for me. This is why I removed one star. There was though some improvement.

I just had under eye filler completed by Nurse Irene. She is absolutely amazing. I LOVE my under eyes. I didn't wear any makeup to the appointment and looked so tired. Now it looks GREAT! I am quite satisfied!

The ladies at this location have taken tremendous care of me and my skin! So far I've had a chemical peel, microneedling with hylauronic acid and have a package of microneedling PRP sessions. Irene is so kind and gentle when taking my blood as I tend to get a bit whoozy with needles.
I can't speak to my acne scar improvement quite yet, but I can say I get a ton of compliments on my skin. No doubt I'll keep going to this location ️
