It is a very well-run business with a fantastic management team (Sophia and Victoria). They are professional, organized, happy to provide advise, reasonably accommodate (please spare them from ridiculous requests). They have created a wonderful friendly atmosphere and attracted a top-notch talent to their medical aestheticians team. I experienced Rachel and Martina - both were absolutely fantastic!

The team is super-friendly ready to talk (if you are) to put you at ease before and during your treatment.

I was happy to see that this team also develops new talent. I experienced an aesthetician combo Rachel - Emily in action during one of my treatments and was very impressed how they worked together as a team, and of course with the treatment result.

You can tell that each person from the team wants to be there.

I highly recommend Yorkville location to anybody who expects high-quality reasonably priced beauty services provided by a professional and friendly team.

This is the worst cosmetic center I have ever visited.
It's almost 2 years since I had the worst experience which left me traumatized and. Can't even explain it
I had to pay for 10 sessions in full, before hand. My first appointment, the one and only appointment I had even after paying for 10 sessions left me with painful burns n marks that I will never forget.
Mark you, upto now no one cared about me apart from the lady who recruited me and later it's like she was told never to engage me again and to stop calling and caring about me, after I called and the receptionist told me that I should now handle my matter with the managers who never care about anything but cash. I sent several emails to the who's and who's of the company and no response, I begged for my hard earned cash in vain.
I wasted time, money and all I got was pain, burns, marks on my legs and lots of regrets plus depression.
Unfortunately I am not able to add photos coz there is no where to attach, otherwise I would have shown what they did to legs for evidence.

I always have a great experience every time I go to my appointments at New You Spa. The staff is incredibly attentive and highly professional. Top level service.

In particular, I recommend Parisa. She approaches her work with great care, attention, and dedication. Excellent professional.

I recently visited New You Clinic and had a botox appointment with nurse Marta - from start to finish my experience was wonderful and I was super happy with the results! Marta is very attentive, patient and takes her time with you, she marked my face, talked me through the process and the treatment was painless and super easy. I am long overdue in writing this review. I saw nurse injector Alicia for a non-surgical nose filler and I could not be happier with the results. Not only am I impressed by her expertise but the results speak for itself. I used to see a plastic surgeon in the area for 10x the price, a heavy hand, and I always felt like he wasn't listening. Alicia and NewYou came highly recommended so I nervously took a chance. And so happy I did.

Pre-procedure - as soon as I sat down she asked me what my concerns were. She then started to map out an individualized plan and how to achieve my best look. She took the time and gave me suggestions, for future visits and other areas that could be done. She listened to my concerns and it was very much a collaborative conversation.

During the procedure - she has such a soft touch. Little to no bruising or swelling. The way she maps out the area and injects is an art. I will never trust anyone else with my nose again.

I decided to take the plunge and start my laser hair removal journey at the New You Cosmetic Clinic - Yorkville location.

I’ve been receiving treatments (full body package, approximately 4-6 weeks apart) from Kat and Taline and every single time the quality of service, technology and environment experience is 10/10. They are very sweet and informative. Treatments are always on time, pain-free and very comfortable.

I highly recommend this place to anyone dreaming to be hairless! I’ve noticed a consistent reduction of hair growth, and looking forward to the continued positive results.

I wanted to shape my face with a nice contouring with cheek-chin and lips but compared to all the other injector that I’ve been before, she recommended to do fillers around those area instead to really enhance my cheek-chin-lips and I’m 100% satisfied with the result! The clinic is chic, cleaned and well maintained.

The woman who I talked too and assisted me is very knowledgeable and ensure I get the best result. She promised I would see the result on my first session and will be very happy with the results and she is right and I have noticed a big difference in my hair growth. Now i am excited to see more of the result as I am in the process of doing the treatment with them.
I would highly recommend her and new you spa if you are planning to do Laser hair removal.

I am changing my review from a previous 5-star review they asked me to leave to a lower one. Unfortunately, the service ended up being very superficial when it comes to customer relation. I was taking antibiotics when i came for my fillers and wasn't asked if i was on it, in fact, i was encouraged to breeze through the liability form. I emailed them and even DM'd Alicia, who did my procedure, no responses at all. They seem to only care about money and I have never been back.

First of all, the location was accessible as it was right in front of a subway station. The place itself was very clean and organized. The technician who worked with me, Taline, was very respectful and accommodating. She made sure to make me feel as comfortable as possible during the procedures. I have already done two sessions with them and I always leave the place satisfied. Overall, great service!

Taline was great. Very knowledgeable, nice and clearly experienced. All my visits so far to New You have been very positive. The staff is kind, polite, and go out of their way to share information and accommodate clients. Highly recommended!

New You Yorkville has been a very good experience for me. Kat has been especially helpful with the EM sculpt & helping to smooth my tummy (post-pregnancy) area. Ive been to many clinics over the years.started with cosmetic procedures 18 years ago at the the age of 25 to correct acne scaring and to start the prevention of aging. Botox, fillers, microdermoabrasion ect.
This Clinic; New You, is by far my absolute favorite. I travel from Niagara to Toronto for all my skin care needs. After several treatments there I would never put my trust in any other clinic, nor any other people to perform these procedures. I absolutely love the ladies and the attention to everything they provide. Five star rating is just not enough. A special thank you to Alicia, my Filler Goddess for putting up with me and all my craziness.

Amazing and friendly staff and very accommodating to my personal needs. I keep going back and love the services. Customer service is weak. I am never remembered and I fully payed for my laser service. Nobody cares to take the initiative to update me on anything. I always feel like I'm in the dark and if I don't call to check in nothing happens. I was always promised a call back but that never happens. I was considering doing other treatments and based on this performance they just lost me to Bellair for future treatments. I need to know that I am cared for and valued.

When i walked into the clinic i was given a warm welcome by Lorenza. She is the sweetest receptionist and makes you feel so comfortable and welcome when you enter. I have worked with Nurse Alicia previously and she is definitely the most knowledgeable and honest nurse i’ve ever met. She makes sure you reach your goals and will help your find the most efficient and affordable way to reach those goals. She knows what products/ procedures to recommend and always makes sure you leave with a smile on your face. The new location is also very calming and beautiful, i can’t wait to be back!

New you spa is a scam. I register a package for 6 months and now I can’t proceed with it due an emergency and I want a refund and they are refusing it. They can put me on hold for 20 minutes and when you call the repeat it severally and hang up. Don’t go to that spa. Don’t waste money. They scammers and liars. They don’t want to give any information about the head office nor the manager. Do not go there. You emailed customer service and no reply

I visited today the new location at 136 Cumberland Street. A street down from the previous location. The new facility is super chic. Receptionist is very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend Nurse Alicia. She does amazing work! Alicia is super knowledgable, timely and professional. She genuinely cares about her clients. I am very pleased with my results and my experience at this location.

Upon visiting New You Spa, and receiving fillers for under eye correction for the very first time I had an excellent experience. The treatment was performed by Alicia who i must say is very knowledgeable and informative about her work, and I am so far very satisfied with the results of my treatment. I would highly recommend nurse Alicia to others, she is very professional and welcoming.

Their self proclaimed “master injector” Alicia injected me and my lips are terribly botched. I am left with a big lump on my lip which is so painful. Because of this, I cannot talk or even smile properly. Not sure why she calls herself a master injector because I found out that she has only been injecting less than 1 year. I hate to say this but going to this place was a big mistake. I have been to several clinics before who are real master injectors having several years of experience, but humble and really good at what they do. Too bad I tried to save money so I ended up with a newbie nurse. You really get what you pay for. Now I have to go to a specialist to get this lump removed.

Hi I'm Lana. My appointment began with a consultation with Alicia on January 31,2019. Alicia was super knowledgeable and told me what she was doing step by step and what everything was for. Alicia is very professional and her main goals are ensure her clients are satisfied in the end so she asks the right questions. She wants to hear from you. Because I got the unlimited 1yr beauty package, Alicia created a 3 months service plan in a calendar with follow ups to begin. I had my first 2 procedures today and Alicia told me what type of feelings or sensations to expect. Alicia kept checking in with me every few seconds to ensure that I was doing ok. Alicia takes her job very seriously but she is also very friendly and has a great sense of humor. She is AWESOME! I am so looking forward to all of my appointments with her and can't wait to see the end results of her work. The clinic is very clean and staff is super friendly. I will recommend anyone looking to get a few things done to go for the 1yr package. It is so worth it!

Alicia Henry is a very professional Cosmetic nurse. The treatment was amazing and I the final result was very successful.

I had a dermal filler procedure at New You in September 2019. The technician had not been properly trained and the treatment resulted in a black eye that took over 6 weeks to heal (photo attached). This humiliation cost $1,400 and I want my money back. I don't think it's unreasonable to ask. I have been trying to contact customer service since that time. I get anonymous emails that offer a free chemical peel as resolution. I can not imagine ever going back. I want to talk to a person. Everything about my experience with New You has been horrible. If you decide to go to them, good luck.

Had a really great experience at this spa! Originally purchased 2 dermal fillers thinking it would be good for the chin and lips however, the staff really helped educate me on different fillers and why dermal fillers would not be appropriate for the lips! They are very educated and always give the client the best possible product. I rather someone be honest then give me whatever product just so they can get my money (which has happened to me before). Also nurse Bree (I believe is her name) is amazing! I barely felt anything, minimal bruising, and she gives you exactly what you are looking for:) I will definitely be returning!
