The services at the spa were great but what was fantastic was the level of knowledge and the treatment I received from all of the ladies. Shannon was the individual administering my services and all I can say is wow. Not only is she great at what she does, makes fantastic recommendations, very professional and overall just provided the best sessions possible for me.

Do not go here for dermal fillers, dark circles treatments especially. They are not licensed medical physicians or experienced practitioners, it’s just a spa run by group of chimps. Nasrin doesn’t know how fillers needs to be injected.

Please check all their negative reviews before you get yourself in trouble. They will suggest so many treatments to get money but none of them know how to provide those treatments. I had to go to the certified medical person to remove the filler they had injected incorrectly under eyes. Filler they had injected left me a brown/black discolouration for almost 2 years just like you find on other reviews. Luckily I got saved by one of the certified professional to get rid of that and got my skin back. Stay away from these chimps.

I was ushered into the room where I would have my treatment session with a very intelligent and knowledgeable woman named Nasrin. She asked my opinion as she worked her magic. So far I am very pleased with my results and I would highly recommend Nasrin to my colleagues. All in all it was a very rewarding experience. Kudos to Nasrin.

I don't have to tell anyone what a beautiful day it was yesterday but mine was extra special. I returned to New You at 1920 Yonge Street for a little touch up. I was greeted by their friendly and courteous staff once again. Of course I met with Nasrin who is my technician. She uses her own technique with great ease. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She helped me make the best decision for my look. I am very satisfied with my results. I thank Nasrin and the staff at New You for being the consummate professionals that they are. A perfect end to such a beautiful day. I can't wait to see their upcoming promotional specials. You should check it out for yourself because as we all know as women we seldom make time to treat ourselves. Go ahead and make it your day. You won't be disappointed.

I've been here a few years ago (maybe 5years ago) for botox for hyperhidrosis and the treatment was great. But now I've decided that I don't want to inject botox any more, and i want to find a permanent solution for hyperhidrosis.
I decided to try coming back to this clinic again this year to try their other solution. On their website, i remember reading about Miradry, but when I had the consultation over the phone, the clinician told me about a newer treatment they had, called Secret RF. It sounded promising and more permanent than doing botox every few months, so I decided to pay for that. The full package would've been about $6000 (which is craaaaazy expensive for underarm treatment) but they had a "deal" at the time so I got it for about half off (which is still an insane amount of money).
Each session involved basically microneedling the underarm. Now, if you've ever done a microneedling session, you'll know that the machine is meant for the face/neck area, and it can be painful. The underarms is a very sensitive area, so it was even more so painful there, so I was scared for each session that I had to do, even with the numbing cream applied.
There was a total of 6 sessions for the package. The clinician said that most people will see results after the third session, but I wasn't seeing ANY improvement at all after any of the 6 sessions. During each session, when I told her that I had no improvements at all, she acted surprised and kept offering botox each time, even though I told her Every Single Session that I was NOT interested in botox. She said I would have better results if I did both Secret RF and botox at the same time, but that seems like a scam just to get me to pay a LOT of money for something that wasn't going to work in the first place and hook me back onto the botox thing. I wasn't buying it at all. After the final session, she again offered a FREE session of botox if I still didn't see any results from thr Secret RF, but that's not what I cam here for.
I'm pretty sure she made up the whole science and procedure for Secret RF as a treatment for hyperhidrosis and I didn't do enough research on it before buying it. I wasted soooo much money on something that didn't do anything for me. In the end, I left with a lot of pain, and some sessions left me with really irritated and marked underarms.
My underarms are healed now, after a few months, but my hyperhidrosis issue has not improved at all.
Wasn't even happy with the service too. Upon entering for each visit, I wasn't greeted in a welcoming or friendly manner (I've seen way better service at other clinics in Toronto). Everyone had RBF there, so I felt intimidated every time I went in.
Don't waste your money here. I recommend doing more research first before buying a service.

Staff’s super friendly. I did EM with Yasmeen, and filler with Nurse Nasrin. They were both very thorough in explaining the treatments, Im looking forward to my next appointments with them!

I’ve been doing my laser hair removal here for a while now, and more recently I started with EMSculpt. I come here at least twice a week. Mirna, Daniella, Gina, Yasmin, and Raquel made me feel comfortable and welcome right from the get go. Yasmin has given me honest feedback on her experience with EMSculpt so as to guide my expectations, and Raquel has been very knowledgeable and meticulous in making sure I’m doing laser hair removal safely. It’s been a pleasant experience, and I look forward to taking time off my day to come here. The spa is nice and clean. I’m happy with my hair removal results thus far; I cannot comment on EMSculpt at this early stage. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend. What discerns this spa from another - I think - is the awesome staff members.

I highly recommend New You Cosmetic Centres - Yonge & Eglinton. They have amazing staff and nurses. Mirna, the clinical manager is very accomodating and Nasrin, the nurse injector is very professional, caring and lovely. Awesome services- Definitely made me prettier and more confident.

My consultant was quick to suggest treatments and enticing "on the spot" discounts but omitted to fully disclose side effects.

I wanted a refund even before starting treatment but this place will never give it back no matter the reason. You will never hear back from the customer service email box. Since I didn't want to lose my money, I felt forced to go through with the treatment. I can see a difference in my hair growth, which is why I am rating 3 stars. Unfortunately 8 months later I am now noticing hypopigmentation scars.

My advice is to stay away from this place. Do not be taken in by the low prices, this place is 100% profit driven. Everything else (aka customer satisfaction) is window dressing. Before you engage with them, simply check out their F rating on the Better Business Bureau.

Don’t go here to do any injection! I went there and got my lip done few month ago (one syringe). The result is horrible, after few months, my lips are still swelling, completely out of proportions and lumpy. This is the worst result I’ve ever got from lip injections. Also the injection process was extremely painful (more painful than my usual experience), and my lip was very swollen for two weeks after. I highly doubt the experience and expertise of them. I contacted them about the result, and ask for free dissolve and never heard back from them. Girls, just don’t waste your money here!

Dr. Nazreen is a very experienced professional and her prp sessions have given great results for me in the past. Hence, I have been back for another round of sessions. Everyone at the Davisville location is great. Booking sessions and communication is very smooth. Price is reasonable too. Definitely recommend this place.

I had coolsculpting performed on my waist about 2yrs ago with no results. I had a representative notify me that every application performed at their facility would reduce my waist line about 5lbs which obviously was misleading. I had three applications performed at this facility with disappointing results. I lost some weight before doing this procedure and was hoping to lose the last 10lbs on this coolsculpting procedure. The only thing that they reduced was my wallet. I find this industry to be very shady!

New You Spa (Davisville) treatments are going awesome thanks to Nasrin. Highly recommend this Clinic the girls are amazing!

This is a long story but here we go; I went in Sept. 2020 for a consultation and ended up purchasing a 5 year unlimited laser hair removal package and charcoal organic teeth whitening treatment (which I didn’t know was a new product they were trying out). The consultant offer me a discount for a package of 8 since I got the laser package. I was intrigued and went on to pay for both in full. Before my first appointment I found out I was unexpectedly pregnant, I called to see if I could get a refund since I didn’t know when I was able to start the treatments. They offered to freeze the packages for as long as needed. This past month I went in for my first teeth whitening and was made aware that they no longer have the charcoal whitening product and that this was a rare treatment for them to provide. I felt uncomfortable knowing this but wanted my teeth whitened as I see on Instagram many people get this done with great results. I went ahead and had the treatment with what I think was a product ordered just for my attendance since I complaint about not being able to get the service I paid for and asked for a refund. It did nothing! The manager at the front desk was rude and dismissive when I asked her questions about continuing with the other services. I felt so insulted that I emailed costumer service to tell them I don’t feel good going back to this location. The other manger (sorry I didn’t get names) called to inform me she’s aware that I reached out to costumer service and would like to discuss “my issue”. When I called back, the office is closed. I tried emailing costumer services and using the message option on their website but no reply. Costumer service is just horrible and I feel really disrespected at this point. I didn’t start the treatment and all I wanted was a refund for my hard worked money. I have a baby to care for but they don’t seem to care about that. How can I go to all these appointments with a baby, I can’t keep getting a sitter. Especially, when the treatments don’t work.

All I’m advising is that you turn the other way and visit a different spa. It maybe a little more pricy but worth it at the end. That is if you like being treated with decency. I hope they fix this “issue” as I do plan to reach out to the business bureau or get legal help.

Fatsculpting and emysculpting for abs had noticeable results, totally worth it! I highly recommend Raquel do your appointments she is very thorough and knowledgable. Place overall is clean and has a chill atmosphere.

Do not go here! I got plasma done on my stomach approx. 4 years ago to help with stress marks and this is what it left me with. MORE SCARRING! Like white scars every where from where she burnt me. It didn't nit help with scarring but only make it worse. And it was the worst pain ever. I can still remember it to this day. All that pain for more scarring.what a waist. I even brought it up to them a long time ago and they did nothing about it. I just hoped it would fade out.but nope. 4 years later and their still there.nasrin did this.

Today I have done 360 body shaping treatment with Nasrin in Devisville location. I enjoyed the treatment very much. I was greeted with smiling faces right after entering the spa and was pampered till the very end. I was given a private movie theater with Netflix while the treatment was going to make my time enjoyable. Nasrin is very knowledgeable and educated me about the whole process to lessen my fear. I recommend this location, especially Nasrin to get the body sculpting done to get the very best result.

My friend has been to this laser treatment center they are thieves who hang up and lie.my friend called you many time because you hang up.she is a client and in her right to have a good treatment and you totally discriminate some people. You take the money in full but you refuse to carry out the treatment and you make sure the sessions do not work by reducing the laser so that we pay for other sessions. You have an obligation to perform the service for which you are receiving money or to refund and give back to clients what they have forgotten in your center and stop lying please! Don’t forget there are cameras that record.

Had my first PRP facial with Kianna today. It was a great experience. Afterwards, she did some small touch-ups with Dysport and Restylane for a full face rejuvenation. I'm really pleased with the natural results, minimal use of product, and her level of knowledge and service!

Danielle and Luanda get to know you and consult effectively. These women are true blue professionals. Free parking, great packages. Best in the city for service, help, consult and active results.

False advertising alert! If you're interested in Ultherapy, buyers be aware that this place doesn't actually offer Ulthera. They use a machine called Hironic which is not FDA-approved.

They lied and charged me $2200 for full face when other places will only charge $300-400 for Hironic. I see absolutely no difference in my skin, no lifting, no firming.

Don't waste your money here. Their lack of integrity makes me wonder what other services they are not being 100% honest about.

I cancelled my package 4 months ago and up untill now I haven’t received my refund and am also being charged monthly by easy financing for the money I didn’t even use after I asked them to cancel my application. New you spa professionalism is very poor. They hang up on anytime I call. Up untill today have been sending their customers service emails and not even a single reply yet. Kindly be in my shoes and refund my money back to me and refund the loan back to easy financing because I didn’t use it so I don’t know why am being charged. I’ve been receiving the bodisculpt treatments for the past month.will be on the program for 6 months. I drink lots of water with the treatments and can see and feel a difference on my tummy.skin and fat feels softer.hoping to have continued progress. The staff are professional and friendly. I go to the location on Yonge St.for full body laser hair removal treatment, and I’m super satisfied with the results, and I’ve only had 8 sessions. Almost all of the hair is gone, I’m really happy with the results.

So I texted to get a price on a half syringe and full because I am shopping around for lip fillers. Have had them done in the past no reason why I am looking around I just am. So the person responded with this text saying they can book me an appt as soon as tomorrow. I said no thank you when and if I want one I’ll book:) then they asked if a nurse could call me? I said okay? The nurse calls 25 minutes later puts me on hold then answers my call again not realizing it’s me on the phone. I think she thought she switched lines. Now tells me they don’t even offer half syringe (person could have stated that in the text but they were so pushy to book me an appt) then says it’s upwards of 700 plus dollars for a full syringe. Okay NOWHERE I have ever heard of that. The going rate is between 400-500. And I’ve called around and been to many places. Yorkville included.where the rates are very high because of location, and still then it’s nowhere near 700. I feel this place has like a call centre where people are paid by commission to book appts. I would never recommend this place. Plus they also have a half off offer on their site which clearly they didn’t mention or apply to this price. Glad I didn’t book with them

Nasrin has been doing my treatments at New You, for effective results with the Radio Frequency Microneedling for scar removal!
Also have had the Vaginal Rejuvenation for Urine Incontinence, and seeing a huge difference!
The IV drip is valuable protection, assisting my successful cold /flu free year.
Highly recommend these treatments at this clinic.

I am happy with New You spa. I have had various treatments and met everyone who works at Davisville location. All staff is friendly and professional.
Nasrin has introduced a new treatment for Hyperhidrosis with 3D secret- one session and my palm is dry! Be prepared though and ask to numb properly as it is uncomfortable, but doing botox every 5 months compare to more long term solution - worthy the pain. Additional benefit - I do not have any weakness in my palm as I had with botox.
Underarm I only did 2 sessions - looks drier, but Nasrin is saying at least 3 or more might be required, agree, there are a few spots that still require treatment, but very promising! Try it if you have that condition

Hard to believe how terrible the store manager is, with all F words, and only because when she asked for my name, I hesitated to answer because I was really sick the day before I wasn't sure what she was asking and also the other person at the front desk (she's mean and rude as always but not as terrible) asked me already. I transfered my file to another store, and they told me I wasn't the first one who required for this.

I felt really comfortable with the honest and caring way of treating from the staff especially Hamsia. Love her. Moreover love the place. Look forward for a great treatment experience ahead.
