Do not order the vinyl floor sample "kit"! Shopping around on their website and I saw some flooring I liked and wanted to see a sample. Well, you don't have a choice. They sell you a $36 sample flooring kit, that by the sound of it and the photos on their web site, make it sound like they've put together a box of all of their flooring samples. Not the case. My "kit" arrived today and It was one piece of vinyl flooring in a wood design that I had no interest in. I was looking for a stone tile look. Pretty lame. Guess I'll look elsewhere.and I hope someone can learn from my mistake.

I am debating how should I rate Newage, I had 2 part reviews, will start with the showroom in Toronto, the experience in the store was excellent, seeing the products live was great and they had a good promotion going on, so we purchased a 36 inches Grill Cabinet, Dual Side Burner, 3 Drawer Cabinet and a Bar Cabinet, scheduling delivery was fine, the Delivery date of October 06 was better than expected, however, they sent an additional Bar Cabinet instead of the 3 Drawer Cabinet, then It took them another 3.5 weeks (Oct 30) to send me the right item. I was disappointed with the the waiting time, but at the end I got all my items, and they just picked up the wrong item on Nov 09.
The packaging of this product was fantastic, unpacking and Putting this thing together was not difficult, but you need lots of patience, specially hooking up the dual side burner cabinet to the other two cabinets. On a side note, for the BBQ Cover (custom made), I have used this company https://www.coversandall.ca/
Early days, but we have used the BBQ a few times with family and friends, receiving lots of compliments, I need to see where I can fit an outdoor refrigerator.
With the exception of the Delivery, my experience was fantastic. I would have given them a 5 Star if all products were received correctly the first time.

The products are good, but customer service is beyond ridiculous.
Multiple calls giving conflicting information. Delivery dates constantly changing.
We received cabinets without the counter top, and we’re still unable to get a real delivery date.

Don’t trust anything they say related to delivery delays, it can be way before or way after the promised date, and don’t expect them to support you.

Fantastic customer experience, I’m very pleased with the speed and quality of the shipping process. Great communication from start to finish.

I wasn't happy with the Granite that I received, but customer service representative was amazing and made it RIGHT to my satisfaction! This is truly a great company to deal with. They really do care about customer satisfaction! Rare everywhere else these days, so thank you again for your kindness and willingness to resolve the issues I had with the Granite.

Great buying experience. Products came quickly and well packaged. Setup was easy and they function perfectly. I would buy more if i had a 6 car garage! Cant wait to see their new showroom.

It was a pleasure working with Nisha and her team at New Age Products. Had an issue upon delivery with one item being damaged, and New Age had a replacement sent to me in one week. Great customer service and would definitely do business with them again.

NewAge has mastered the buyers experience for items that tend to be relatively expensive. Their pre-sales virtual demonstrations (via Microsoft Teams web conference) are very effective and have great synergy with sales staff efforts that match products with buyer's requirements. Sales advisor Saylee is professional, friendly and knowledgeable and helped me to make an informed buying decision. It was a pleasure to work with her.

I Really wanted to do business with your company and purchase a Signature Series 9 island with a gas grill and a place for my Big Green Egg, but your sales rep is telling me I have no choice but to purchase a kamado grill with the island. That is really unacceptable, her "advice" was to sell my Big Green Egg.

I really don't like to do reviews, but I feel I need to share this with everyone interested in Newage products (at least their garage cabinets).

So, they do look good, the cabinets arrived in good condition for the most part and the price is good. But the service team is on a whole other level of bad! From the start (before my purchase) the sales rep would call me almost every day when I was at work, I was specific to stop calling at this time, but the next day, "Newage" on my cellphone. I asked why I couldn't just order online, they said because they wont get the same service if I order online, so I could only imagine how bad that could be. After weeks of harassment, I finally just gave my credit card to order, I felt pressured and regretted shortly after which cabinet set I did order, too bad for me right?

I tried to ask all the appropriate questions before my purchase, but they kept just repeating the same sales lines in the e-mail, it was so hard to get simple answers such as Dimensions and if certain cabinets would work with certain kits. Overall the customer service is just completely unhelpful.

So the order came, and the shipping courier had the bench sitting vertically on the big skid, as the courier was bringing the skid into my garage, he hit the bottom of my garage with the metal bench, damaging my garage (I have a video and everything). I know this isn't Newage's fault, however, they reassured me they would be taking care of it, I provided video proof, photos and quote to get it fixed. This was over a month ago and all they do is keep saying it has been escalated and these things take time. It seems I am going to have to resolve this myself.

So the extra star is due to the cabinets looking good for the price, but customer service just brought it way down. Now I bought the bolt series with the roller carts. The roller carts are not level and wobble on the floor, they would not take them back and exchange them for the fixed ones, DO NOT get the roller carts, they look awful and do not level up with the cabinets, and you can fit next to NO tools in them. The drawers are only 17" wide, which they should say on their website but do not, so that leads you to believe they are full length drawers.

Very disappointed in the service. 7 out of 8 pieces were damaged. I’ve sent a number of emails with pictures and get told to send pictures again and again. I’ve asked to have them replaced and installed with nothing in return.

Just placed an order with "Ram" at NewAge Products and had a great ordering experience! He was very knowledgeable and patient with the whole ordering process. He suggested some other good options to go with the products we were ordering and we took him up on a few of them. We ordered 2 sets of garage cabinets and this is the second time we have ordered NewAge Products. Our first set was the Pro Series and we absolutely love them. We ordered the Bold Series this time since we were ordering 2 sets and figured we would provide ourselves more storage for a slightly better price, but I'm sure we will be just as pleased with the Bold Series product. We plan to order more in the future and we will be sure to ask for "Ram! "
