I've already had the Botox jaw treatment with Catherine twice, and I must say she was absolutely wonderful. Not only was she incredibly nice, but she also displayed a high level of professionalism throughout the entire process. I had specific expectations for my jawline, wanting it to have a more defined V-shape, and Catherine delivered exactly that. I'm extremely satisfied with the results, and without a doubt, I'll be returning to her for future treatments.

The staff are very friendly but unfortunately none of the treatments have worked for me I did everything they told me including buying their products I’ve been using for months now but thousands of dollars and six treatments later I still have acne all over my face I’ve made no progress at all

I am giving this a 1 star, the customer service was horrible, my treatment was horrible, I came out looking like a zombie right before my daughters wedding. These people do not have the quality like other places have. I do not recommend this place to no one.

I received my undereye filler from Dr. Negin Mastouri and it was the best decision I have made! I had undereye depressions that have bothered me my whole life. Dr. Mastouri was amazing. She was kind, listened to me, talked me through the procedure, and ensured my nerves were calmed. While an intimate procedure that can be a bit scary (needles near your eye area), Dr. Mastouri made it a pleasant, painless experience. I will be going to Dr. Mastouri ONLY in the future! She is amazing!

I live upstairs so I thought I would check it out. I should’ve done my research and not went in blindly. I’ve had to take almost two weeks off of work when they told me downtime would be “minimal” and never mind not having results my scar is much darker now. Very disappointed that I let them talk me into this. I don’t think one person knows what they’re doing here not to mention front desk doesn’t even greet you and sits there on their phones

About a year ago I decided to try the treatments at NewDermaMed to combat my oily, acne prone adult skin. For almost 15 years my skin was congested, bumpy and never clear of acne, but after a full set of laser acne treatments and chemical peel sessions, I’m happy to report my skin is finally looking healthy!

I found all the staff members here kind, patient and professional. As part of my treatment plan, they took pictures of my face throughout the year and I can’t wait to see the before and after comparisons.

I had acne scar laser treatment and mole removal at this place 5 years ago. I purchased 6 sessions and costed over $1000.

Unfortunately, the laser treatment just enlarged and deepened the scar size + created an uneven skin surface around the mole (the mole is still there too). I regret the decision I made 5 years ago every time I see the mirror. Would've been happier without the treatment.

NewDermaMed has never failed to disappoint me. Although some of the prices can be high, they always do incredible seasonal sales that literally can be up to literally like 70% off. I get laser done here, and i’m very satisfied with my results. If you chose to get laser here, you have to request Nadia! She is absolutely amazing and makes me feel so comfortable. She is so personable and makes me feel special every time I come in. She is just simply amazing at her job. Nadia, you are the best!

Sadly I have to give 1 star even if they have good customer service. I had terrible terrible treatment results with both the downtown and uptown location.

Last year around Sept 2021 I purchased a 6-session package to prepare for my wedding this September 2022.

Seeing from their ads that their micro-needling would make an appearance of glowing has become a nightmare to me.

I have some face spots (very mild scars) that I would like to minimize the pores, but instead, it got x100 worse than before.

My little pores have collided from the micro-needling procedure and become gigantic pores!

When telling them in person about my concern the clinic doesn't seem to have any plans or initiative on resolving the issue, so I emailed
them for urgent help, then they would take action and respond to emails.

Giving them a chance to treat it they did 2 other procedures that lead to nothing. I even bought their suggested expensive creams that are exclusive to them only, but it didn't help either.

I was so patient and hoped it would heal over time, after 9 months it's still very noticeable even under a full-coverage makeup.

Everyone in my family and friends noticed that it was horrible, and it lowered my self-esteem.

I also just found out that they had issues with other clients for e.g mole removal that lead to permanent scars too. (refer to all the low-rating reviews for both branches)

They might be good for other procedures such as laser hair removal but for face treatment, it's not always for everyone.

Going to a face treatment in this clinic has been the worst decision that I've ever had, now that I'm living with permanent scars: (

I love this clinic! Everyone is nice and everything looks so clean. I get my treatments done by Nadia and she is the best! She’s so kind and knowledgeable and she takes time to explain things to me in a way I’d actually understand. I take my laser treatments from Nadia at uptown location and she makes each session tailored to my specific needs. I’m happy to find this clinic for my acne scars treatment. I’ve already completed 3 sessions of fractional resurfacing and it helps! They’d asked to get a free consultation prior I started getting the treatment. And that’s super helpful to see available options and what results I could expect

I had a Botox injection by Dr. Negin Mastouri and she did a great job as always! I highly recommend her as I am very hsatisfied with the results on my face. I am her patient for several years and I am very happy with her knowledge and amazing behavior. I had always fear of any kind of injection, but Dr. Negin Mastouri made everything simple for me because she is a real expert in her field.

I booked my virtual appointment last Saturday for this Tuesday 2pm, only at close to 12noon Tuesday, I received the zoom call link to the meeting, not only that, my consultant was 5 minutes late without any heads up or apology. Even when I mentioned our meeting supposed to be at 2pm and the consultant act like it was not a problem at all. I wonder where your business got all the 5 stars review from. Respect client's time is a basic business practice, own your mistake!

I went to NewDermaMed to get rid of my huge keloid scar on my cartilage from a piercing, with several treatments the scar went away with almost no visible marks on my ear now. I got this done 2 years ago and it's been gone ever since! I had different nurses throughout my treatment but by the end was with Catherine. She was so helpful and I would definitely come back for other treatments.

Recommendation: Avoid glossy, brightly lit skin care clinics located in pristine settings and affluent neighborhoods. These clinics are usually more focused on promoting a brand and peddling products.

Visit your MD and request a referral to a board certified dermatologist and/or plastic surgeon.

Consistently a 5 star experience at NewDermaMed downtown. Catherine is always attentive to patient's needs, of utmost professionalism and a pleasure to talk to. This is your go-to place for botox or laser services. Would recommend.

I never write reviews online, however this was an exception as Dr. Sneath and his staff are amazing, they are extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. This place is truly incredible; the place is extremely clean and well maintained. I get UVB treatments for eczema and the staff took their time to explain what to do and how the machine works. Since getting treatments I have never felt so comfortable in my own skin before. They even watch my son when I go in for my treatment and they are so amazing with him, I can hear them playing peek-a-boo and that just makes it so much easier to come! This place deserves more than 5 stars. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Sneath and his staff. You will not be disappointed!

I don't recommend going to this place, I had three sessions of laser resurfacing, after the second sessions, there was no reaction on my skin, so called in and they redid the entire session.they called while ago regarding some sort of promotion and I told them I wasn't happy with my first treatment they offered a complementary treatment, called again this morning and they said they already offered me two complementary sessions, (which was not complementary) they also charge way more than other centres. I don't recommend them at all

Horrible second experience! I’d been there before and had an amazing experience with Gretchen to remove a mole. I came back earlier this year to remove another spot on my lip. I was assigned to Alin - stoic lady Eastern European lady who did the procedure. She had cashed me out but did not provide a receipt and promised she would email which she never did. I called to do a follow up as it didn’t seem she didn’t remove anything. I called the receptionist who could not confirm I had paid which I did! I would never go back again! Once Gretchen left, the place went down.

This place in incredible! Catherine is the most experienced and knowledgeable injector. She takes so much care and time into every detail and cares so much for her patients. I have had many treatment here and would never go anywhere else or trust another person. She is AMAZING!

Horrible experience. Don't be fooled by the pristine look of the clinic, the staff are pretentious, technicians are amateur and management only care about how fat your wallet is. Wasted my money on treatments with ZERO results.

I've dealt primarily with Arturo (nurse) and Aly (admin). I have always received professional and friendly service from both of them. Arturo follows up with a phone call after each treatment in case I have questions/concerns not covered in clinic. He is very knowledgeable and walks me through everything. My skin is in good hands!

Their terminologist recommended me a laser treatment set (6 treatments) and a product kit (1 cleanser, 1 cream and 1 serum). Following the terminologist's instruction, I tried their products and I got skin irritation from the cream. So I returned it back. They refused to refund me. I had negotiated with them for many times. Sometimes they said their managers were off work, sometimes other excuses. Another terminologist was pretty confident that my skin is allergic to one ingredient, and then one male manager gave me another product's sample. He said if I feel ok with this product, they could exchange my product. Unfortunately, my skin got irritated again. This time, they told me that I could choose another product on their shelf near the front dest for a replacement. I didn't make a decision. They said they would keep $50 credit in my account and I could use it in the future. Last week, when I went to do my last skin treatment, I asked them to use my credit for a product. However, I could afford any product by using this $50 credit, I still have to pay extra! This is a trap, I feel they have ripped me off. If you are considering experiencing their skin treatments, please don't let their terminologists persuade you to buy any products! Their products are not worth buying at all!

I went in to get some Laser work done and was pleasantly surprised to be dealt with such professionalism and attentiveness to my needs. I had a pleasure to work with Sydney Cholette, who has a keen eye for detail. I ordered a package of 3 treatments, and I’ll be dropping in for my next one at the end of this month.

Honestly not sure why people are giving bad reviews. I JUST came out of my skin tag removal appointment and it was FANTASTIC! When I walked in the facility is white yes lol but it is modern and clean not cold and unwelcoming like someone else suggested.

Also I was not upsold at all. I went in for my appointment she asked if I wanted to remove it right away I said yes and signed their waiver and then she did the procedure, I even brought up other stuff I said I wanted to have done and she did not upsell me on that either.she just said to make an appointment and she could def help me.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! Now I have permanent scars for life! I went in for mole removal for 5 moles I had on my neck and chest. They assured me that they were mole experts and that the area would heal Nicely based on my skin type. Instead I am left with indented white patchs on my skin that are more noticable than the moles! I never saw a doctor. They said the nurse did all the mole treatments and it wasn't necessary. Aren't moles potentially cancerous? Shouldn't a doctor check it before they remove it? Shady practice to say the least. Beware Newdermamed!

I cannot believe that I forgot to write them a review. I had a keloid scar on my knee, and the appearance of my scar improved dramatically. What I love about NewDermaMed is that they do not upsell you with other products, unless you mention that you are looking into it. It is a no-nonsense clinic with knowledgeable staff.
