Appointments are crazy here as always. They need to pay more attention to patient time as well. Sometimes wait time is more than expected like 4-5 hours. Team new life fertility pls put more efforts on appointments.

This is the worst place to go if you are struggling with infertility. I went to Brampton location and was misdiagnosed. They did multiple ultrasounds and were not able to diagnose a large cyst instead they told me my tubes were blocked and only option was ivf. When I went for an ultrasound to another facility due to constant pain I was diagnosed correctly and had to go under a surgery to remove cyst. Surprisingly my tubes were all fine. Fast forward I have a child that was conceived naturally by God’s grace. The ultrasound staff, doctors and receptionist all were worse except the nurses. Think twice before you go here.

Best fertility centre. Dr. Bedi did my treatment and I conceived in the first month of treatment. Nurses are very polite and helpful.

Had worst experience during ultrasound in Mississauga location. The lady kept pushing me at wrong spot without looking and i told her that she is hurting me and its bit low, then she replied, “ i know what i am doing, i think you don’t know where the h*** is and i think that is the issue why you’re not getting pregnant”. She don’t deserve to be working in the health care.

The nurses and ultra sound techs are amazing. They make you feel so comfortable and they have a such a positive attitude, which put me at ease during difficult times. Dr. Bedhi is very calm and understanding as well. The only negative experience are some of the receptionists attitudes, but once you get past them the experience is a good one.

If i had option of giving minus stars i would even think about giving it. Dr. Vishal Bedi is the worst doctor i ever met in my life. I would not even consider him a doctor. He misdiagnosed me. Totally money minded. First he said it would cost me $300 for 1 IUI and later after 2 days he said i have to pay for the package of 4 IUI cycles which would be $2000. When my husband asked him why it would be $2000 instead of $300 for 1 cycle he said forget about what i said. He never followed up after my IUI's. I always had to call him and in order to talk to him i had to answer 3 different people. I stopped my treatment in November 2021 and he never followed up after that or not even any staff member. Staff is okay no complaints about them but yes wait times are longer. Nobody followed up after November 2021 but recently I received an email saying I am approved for IVF. I have a 3 months old now. If i really had problem i would have not conceived naturally. I didn't believe on reviews but i would highly recommend any person thinking to get treatment from dr.bedi to consider this review.

I received email from John that I was approved for the IVF funded by the government, I confirmed and started the retrieval process.

In the retrieval day Oct 3rd, the Dr and the IVF nurse gave me instructions and prescription for the next cycle to start the transfer.

After receiving the Lab day 5 email, I never heard back from the nurse, so in Oct11th I emailed the nurse only to get a reply that the transfers were postponed until April 2023 (I’m out of country April and May).

I requested an official email explaining why my transfer was postponed, No email received as of yet. I am totally ignored.

This is very frustrating. I hope the management reads my review and investigate.

Very bad hospitality at reception. Very rude sometimes and they don’t have patience to talk to patients and no concern on patients. Very unfair with reception people. I’ve called many times and everytime it will go to voicemail and I’ll wait for the callback everytime but when I’m late for 15mins because of early morning public transit reception people are very bad at talking to patients that you have to pick the call when I called you else we will cancel the appointment. Very unsatisfied with reception. For every store or clinic and everything reception is barrier they only not behaving properly here. Very bad at this

Went there for my Day 3 appointment for blood, Urine and ultrasound test. All the tests were conducted on time. No wait. Reception, lab and ultrasound technician (Milda) were great. Facility is very clean, washroom are super clean. All it took was approx. 40 mins to get all the tests done. I will update my review post other visits.

I wont say anything regarding doctor beacause he is good but about waiting time absolute there is more then 2 hours waiting after given appointment.which is really tough for pregnant women to sit that long starving and even they dont allow any support person inside due to covid.what i m failed to understand why covid safety measures in the name of support person when this is already crowded place with so many pregnant patients at a time.management criteria is really poor here.

Worst experience ever. Absolutely no communication among team. Nurse called me and asked me to come for 7am ultrasound and didn’t even bother to tell me to book at reception and transferred my call to reception. I went today for ultrasound, the reception looked at me as I was stupid. Wasn’t a big deal for them. It looked like they knew this was happening a lot. I don’t think so anyone care.

Pathetic service.worst customer service.they will make you wait for 2 hrs on every appointment. The staff is very ride and doesn't respond to multiple emails and calls.would never recommend this place.

I started my fertility journey with Newlife in November 2021. I'm not sure why so many negative reviews, as that have never been my experience. I am very pleased with the services so far. I find the nurses, ultrasound tech specially Shaheen at brampton location and blood work nurses all are professional and very pleasant. I have visited both the missisauga and brampton location and they are both very clean, spacious and asethically pleasing. After each appointment you will receive a call from a nurse to give your results of blood work and ultrasound, I love that! Thanks so far Newlife I am very pleased with the services!

Dr Bedi’s is the best doctor in new life he is very humble, Kind and understanding person. Such a great person.

I rate this fertility clinic as a 2 star because i had a referral back in May, got a virtual appointment with the doctor. He asked me to take some pills and follow up with the nurses. I called the following month of my cycle. They didnt even know about my file, after 4 months of being on this pill, they just started cycle monitoring me. They can't seem to get the appointments time slots that im available. I find that they have me on the run around stressing with the appointments. I even tried emailing them
If i tell you what i need and your offering me a service, do your job and ill do mine.

Both amazing set of doctors, who're kind individuals. They have answered all my worries/queries. Yes, sometimes the staff is busy, but that's given with any medical clinic. If you leave them a voicemail they will get back at their earliest convenience. The ultrasound techs are very nice as well.

I had the worst experience with this clinic.the reception and nurses are clueless of any processes, you get appointments after ages after following up with them a millionth time. Won’t recommend at all. Response time and management is really bad.

The staff is worst. So rude and unprofessional. They change the appointment times on their own without even confirming and when you show up they are like no your appointment time was changed. You should ask before changing timing. How a patient will know what time they have to show up for appointment. Very disappointing very. Even after coming on time you have to wait atleast an hour. Even after all this all the receptionist are so rude. They think they own the place and can say and do whatever they want. Very unprofessional staff.

Very unorganized clinic. They confirmed appointment without calling patient. They make you wait hours at the clinic even if you have appointment.

My experience at NewLife has been positive. They have answered my questions & provided me with detailed information about my process and procedures, although I had to push to get answers. I have not had any major treatments to date but I will update you once I become pregnant ️.

I have never been treated so disgusting on my life! Dr daya was completely rude! I had my first consultation last week and let me tell you that will be my last. He had no patience or understanding. Gave me attitude through the whole call. Kept me giving Hassell after Hassell and would not understand my situation. Basically said to me I was wasting his and my time. This has ruined my experience of even trying this option to have kids. Absolutely disgusting treatment.

The Doctor who attended to me (Dr. Daya) displayed signs of incompetence and dishonesty. He called me to tell me after a month of my Semen analysis and blood work to say that i did not oblige to his requested for a Semen analysis and blood work. I responded that it has been done accordingly
Instead of telling me that he has not gotten the results in his computer system, this dishonest and incompetent Doctor went further to give me a fictitious result to hide the sloppy work he is doing
This same clinic called my wife later that evening requesting her to grant this clinic unlimited access to her credit card for further clinical investigation
Someone better tell this people that this is Canada and not a third world country

Dr. Alkurdi behaved as if it was a major nuisance we were there at all. No explanations given, no follow up, and definitely no interest in our case as soon as we declined IVF. She couldn't even bother to spend her precious time performing the overpriced IUI but sent a nurse we never met. Women with infertility are going through one of the most mentally and emotionally painful experiences one can be subjected to in life and then when we seek help this clinic tries to exploit our desperation by robbing us too. The staff has no idea who you are or how long you are waiting. Do not waste your money and hope on this business.

They lost my AMH test (or never did it in the first place), and when I asked about it, originally the reception said I would have to pay again (um, excuse me? You never ran the test). Had to bring it up the ladder to assure I wouldn’t need to pay again.

Blood work was always fast, however ultrasounds, not so much. With Covid rules, you needed to stay in your car until called. Sometimes it was less than a 10 minute way, others were over an hour. I’m sorry but making someone wait for over an hour with a full bladder is unacceptable.

I could never get someone on the phone to book appointments. I would have to leave a msg and sometimes it took days to book another appointment. With fertility monitoring being so precise with timing, it was unacceptable.

When I had a consultation with the doctor about my results, it was like she didn’t read over my results first and was confused about them.

I did not have the best of experiences with the clinic (Brampton)

Hi everyone, I wanted to share that I’m blessed to say this is my second successful pregnancy thru newlife. My husband and I experienced three miscarriages prior to our successful pregnancy in 2017 via IUI. We paid for 3 rounds of back to back days (IUI today and then back for IUI tomorrow). They were so patient, kind and thorough. I always remember hearing “I can’t wait to meet your baby” in the midst of our feeling a bit of defeat. The second IUI was the successful one for us and we carried to full term thank God. We found out the reason I was miscarrying was my progesterone being low. I was on suppositories for 12 weeks and that’s what essentially along with God and Newlife helped is thru. This year 2020, we are pregnant again thanks to Newlife. We got pregnant naturally after speaking with Dr Daiya for advice (who was also the doctor who performed our successful IUI in 2017). The moment we got pregnant our progesterone was extremely low and we were at risk again for miscarrying but Dr Daiya expeditiously got us on progesterone and so far, 7 weeks later, we have a baby in there with a healthy heartbeat. I am praying for you all to get your dreams too and ask you to continue to pray for us. Thank you NEWLIFE STAFF AND DOCTORS. We love you guys so much. God bless you and everyone reading this.

Terrible experience with the service! I was recommended by my colleague to start infertility treatment with new life but with each cycle I have a difficulty reaching out the staff. No one seems to be responsible @ the clinic. They don’t understand mental stress for patient. No follow ups were done from staff/nurses/drs. Everyone seems to be confused each time when you go there. Clinic should work on their communication with patient and their family. I am very disappointed with overall service and staff.

Front desk is super rude. They don't care about your time. I hate hate hate going to their Brampton location but love their Mississauga location.

New life is a great place but go to any location besides this one. Every time I have gone in, I have had to wait minimum one hour even though I have booked an appt beforehand. I have been to other locations and they are so much better. They do not waste your time. Avoid this location if you can. They do not value anyone’s time

I’ve been with New Life since late 2015 and they used to be amazing in the last 2 years they have expanded which is great for them but not the patients, they now run the office like a fast food restaurant, no care or compassion (just give us your money and get out) also they seem to be confused with your cycle all the time and have been making a lot of mistakes with protocols. I was lucky enough to have a successful ivf baby but that was in 2016 when they were amazing, I have been going since then and they miss appointments, forget to prescribe meds and the front desk staff are horrible, rude and very short tempered. Unfortunately my embryos are being stored at this location so I will stay for now but I definitely do not recommend, well not in the last 2 years. Only reason they get a 2 star from me is because they do have great nurses.

Service and wait time is so bad! They tell you to have a full bladder for all your day 3 appointments but always run over 30 mins late like come on. Especially the Brampton location never answers the phone and is always running late. When they are dispersing medicine there is no lables on them just gives you a card of pills and and verbally tells you the instructions.like come on.they treat tou like another number on their patient list. Seriously need to improve customer service!

Such amazing and doing their great job thumbs up guys. I have super cute little angel now and she was 5 months now. I don’t expect it’s gonna happen this but just because of their help I’m so happy now because it’s perfectly works everything.

It started with my first appointment. I was told I have PCOS just by looking at me the doctor said you have PCOS because you fit into the criteria, by looking at my skin and me in general. That was quite a statement I thought to start with.

They treat you like you are number, it is a very humiliating experience when you are treated like cattle. There is little to no explanation about what is being done and why. Or what is the next step. Ultrasounds are unpleasant because there is no or poor communication. Overall you leave the center more stressed while you are already in a stressful situation of not being able to conceive naturally. I switched clinics finally and conceived naturally by God's grace because the other place convinced and reassured me. Turned out I never had any issues anyways. Which I knew and could have been told by New life doctors. But I never got to talk to anyone after the first visit. Nor was I told when they would meet me. I never missed appointments but eventually poor communication made me get tired and overwhelmed. Switched clinics, never did any treatment anywhere, just investigations, and have a beautiful baby boy now!

Great service right from Tanya all the way to Dr. Ben Omran. Dr. Ben Omran listened and understood my concerns and in her expertise collaborated with me in treatment. Yes appointments ran late but isn’t that the nature of healthcare today. Got to relax and enjoy the office decor and calming ambience. Thank you Tanya! Thank you Dr. Ben Omran! I transferred to New Life from another fertility clinic (unknowingly I was already pregnant).
Once we found out we were pregnant I called New Life right away as I’ve had previous pregnancy complications. I wasn’t able to see the doctor I was referred to AT ALL and was told there is a process in which they need to verify I’m pregnant even though my family doctor had already started the testing.
I was lucky my family doctor was just as concern as I am and did multiple test to make sure I had a healthy pregnancy from the beginning because of my prior complications. New life did not help in anyway of whatsoever and the person on the phone was very rude. I did not find the staff friendly at all. If I have to go to a fertility clinic in the future I would not go back to New Life. It’s already a stressful time trying to get pregnant, then worrying about a healthy pregnancy to be stopped by company policies.

I have been visiting the clinic for about two months, while you will find very nice and friendly staff you can also find very a very rude ones and entitle while approaching the reception.
Not realizing that people come here not because it’s is a choice.
It is very exhaustingly to have to go through this process itself, to top it up with with staff full of attitude.
I hope this review helps with training and customer service skills, fortunately all the girls and not like this but it’s something that should be addressed for the assuring a better experience while going through this type of processes.

Doctors are so nice but the staff is not cooperative.face expressions of staffs some time annoying it seems they are tired from work.

Worst service.we had an appointment and had to wait 2.30 hours before seeing doctor. The front desk mentioned doctor running 30min behind schdule but 2 hours is unacceptable.

If you have an appointment with someone, it means you have arranged to see them at a particular time. This is what I can understand by the term "Appointment".
But here at Newlife fertility clinic, these people never see you on time.
Booked appointment for 12: 20 pm, still at 1: 40 pm, waiting to be called to see the doctor. They are Always 40 mins to 1: 20 hours late. How can they expect a pregnant lady of 9 months wait so long? If you guys, don't have time for patients, stop accepting new patients or stop using the term appointment. Let your patients come as "walk in" only.

Nurse Harjot is amazing. Knowledgeable professional and polite. Hoping every time I come in she will be nurse in charge.

I had a great experience at New life Clinic. I would always be thankful to Dr. Vishal Bedi. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained and gave correct treatment at every stage of my pregnancy. His assistant Nidhi is very helpful and available on call when Dr.is not around. Overall frontdesk, technicians and nurses do their work efficiently. I look forward to my pregnancy journey ahead.

This clinic is the worst ever. The doctors are too busy and always on vacation leaving patients for months with no solution to their problem that brought them there. They never smile in the clinic, it like having kids is a burden. I will never refer my enemy to the clinic.

Very good place they do take care of patients very well. I suggest who ever needs help to go to this place very good doctor there.

NewLife Fertility has been a great help to us. The staff are friendly and very patient in helping us in what we need. Very professional nurses and doctors that they are making sure we were well oriented with the treatments we undergone.

It’s frustrating when they’re running over an hour behind schedule and they don’t phone to let you know in advance or tell you when you check in at the front desk.instead you’re left to wait and stare at their one channel tv that’s in French.when you could grab lunch or anything else during that hour and/or reschedule your own afternoon appointments / meetings accordingly.

Had a negative experience today. The receptionist was really rude, not very friendly or welcoming.

Overall experience and interaction with the doctor and others have been much better.

Still fairly new to the clinic (about 4 months). I usually visit the Brampton site and occasionally the Mississauga site. Wait times tend to be longer at Brampton (not always but at times). Receptionists at both sites are very friendly and helpful. Nurses have been great as well. Happy to answer any questions and explain results, next steps, etc. The only negative, in my opinion, is that you rarely see your actual doctor. Would by nice to have an appointment with him/her every 2-3 cycles to touch base and re-evaluate course of treatment (not sure if this is the norm for fertility clinics). Overall, positive experience so far.
