Customer service is not good at all. Not accomodating even after mistakes and mishandling on their end. Had an appointment scheduled for the afternoon so booked a half day off work to be there in time. Only to find out after I called them that the technician was busy and wasnt going to make it to the call that day. Had I not called I probably would have never found out. Rescheduling was a nightmare as well

The best service I had from a window company, the first company we used didn't even have a service department, grate job.

There is no warranty on the glass according to customer service. I had spontaneous glass breakage of my patio door, happened JUST after 1 Year of installation.
Sad to hear this.very disappointed hearing that there is no warranty.

Working under my supervisor (Murshad) has been a deeply troubling experience marred by instances of disrespect, racism, unprofessional behaviour and a troubling habit of sending employees home without solid reasons. Their consistent mistreatment of team members, coupled with a lack of clear communication and favoritism, has created an intolerable work environment that urgently requires intervention.

Horrible work. Stay far away! Contracted through our home builder. They were only supposed to install window screens and we come home to our front door frame broken and attempted to cover up the damage. I absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone, no integrity what so ever this wasn't even reported to our builder

Newmar windows installing exterior doors with 2 screws instead of 4 or 5.
Worst company ever!

This company has been hired through fieldgate homes to complete all window and door work on new construction. I have purchased a home through fieldgate and the door/window workmanship is extremely poor. The company must come back to fix any issues related to doors and windows within 30 days (and 1 year) as per contract with fieldgate. The builder had made multiple appointments for this company to come back to my home to repair the issues. This company books 4 hour time slots for someone to come by to complte the work. On 4 separate occasions they booked a time and did not show up. The administraion will lie and make up excuses saying they left emails or the workers were sick. This is not how you run a business. Customer service is and should be top priority. Newmar windows is terrible in workmanship, customer service, honesty and reliability. I would NEVER directly hire this company for anything. Take your business elsewhere.

Friendly customer service but really unprofessional and careless service technicians- even it was a warranty claim - no foam used and no finished caulking from outside - now the house expose to the weather! Other damage fixed by using a super glue and 1/2 way sealed with caulking! Not recommending to anybody!

I baghut it new house from builder it's 2nd winter u can see Mauldin & water on windows, very cheap quality don't buy from them if u think 10% to 20% cheaper from good suplier. If u ask any questions bad quality reply me I will send u text massage my address to show them

These are by far the worst windows you could possibly ever buy. Fail within 2-3 years. Avoid buying these windows.

They are very bad in returning calls/emails or even sending a message on their customer service inquiry website. NOBODY gets back to me. STAY AWAY!

Wish I could pick 0 stars, do not use this company I'm not even sure how they are in business! 3 scheduled appts did not show to one of them! End of day on one appt had to call to find out apparently employee had an accident but as a business no one called to say anything with no regard for peoples schedule and or day off work. Each time to schedule is a month of waiting while more water damage occurs. They are absolutely horrible with service, communication, and product! Do with this on anyone else save yourself and deal with a different company.
