The worst attitude with the customers and over charge

Today's taxi in Newmarket is one of the most ridiculous and unprofessional taxi services that I have ever seen. By law, they supposed to give every passenger a receipt for the money they get and somehow they refuse to do that! The driver said to my wife after she used their taxi to go to the Airport and ask for her email address to email the receipt and he never did!? I have called their dispatch and they said we can't do anything about it! Now I am going to take them to the court and sue them for their action.
Charging $70 rate plus $10 for using 407 and not giving the receipt!
Do not use this company.

Horrible! Kept hanging up on me when I tried to call for a cab early in the morning. This is why Uber is winning these days. Pathetic
