Newmarket Orthodontics

During my (ongoing) time at Newmarket Orthodontics, I had a plethora of great experiences, in particular with Dr Matt Paradisgarten and Amanda. I, a 13-year-old boy, went to Newmarket Orthodontics to get Invisalign. When I first went to visit, Dr. Matt informed me that I needed an expander before I could start with Invisalign due to my narrow upper jaw. I was a bit afraid at first, but Dr. Matt helped calm my nerves by explaining the entire process to me, what the expander does, and what to expect from it. This not only calmed me down but prepared me for when I got my expander. On the topic of my expander, Amanda, who put in my expander, was also amazing. Before starting the process, she asked me about my interests and time at school. This relaxed me and got me ready for the procedure. After that, I asked her about what the process was to put in the expander. She explained it in detail, even saying how it might feel and might be uncomfortable as she's putting it in. As she was putting in the expander, she was trying to make it as easy and quick as possible and eliminate any discomfort I might be feeling, which helped a lot. During my last visit, Dr. Matt and Amanda were very helpful, even though it was a short visit. They said that I needed to tighten my expander only four more times. Dr. Matt said that under normal circumstances, you would have to come back in three months for a checkup, but for me, it wasn't really necessary, and I should only come back if something were wrong. In the end, my time at Newmarket Orthodontics has been amazing, with them calming my nerves by telling me everything beforehand and being very helpful and upfront about everything.

My son is getting Invisalign done at Newmarket Orthodontics and is at the beginning of his journey. So far (3 appts in) it has been a wonderful experience! Dr. Matt's bedside manner is nothing short of fantastic. Not only did he calm down his nervous patient, he managed to alleviate all our concerns as well. The staff is attentive, appointments are always on time (no hour long waits watching CP24 waiting to be called!) and everyone is welcoming and understanding that they're dealing with kids who are anxious about any dental procedure. We still have a long road ahead (so far we've done the prep work) and hope we continue to get the same level of service we've come to expect. Definitely a Five Star experience!

When we first visited Newmarket Orthodontics a few years ago, we dealt with Dr. Cancelli, he was lovely, so was his staff. He had my daughter's ortho plan laid out for the next few years and explained each phase and the outcomes. Recently, we returned and are now working with Dr. Paradisgarten. The transfer has been seemless and Dr. Paradisgarten took the time to review and go over the long term plan to correct my daughter's orthodontic needs. It has been a great experience and I'm glad she is in good hands for the next few years while they work on creating the best smile for her. Again, the staff have been wonderful and attentive and especially Mary who I have communicated with, always a prompt response and happy to make sure all of my questions are answered. Would absolutely recommend to everyone.

After two sessions I would say that the clinic is very clean with friendly environment. The staff are organized, and you feel comfortable there. They make good communications through phone call, text and email so there is no way to be confused for any upcoming appointment.

Really exceeded my expectations:) During my first visit, everyone was very welcoming and kind. From the secretaries to the dental assistant. And when I finally got into Dr. Matt's office, I was greeted by a "Welcome Jaliyah! " sign on the wall. Never had that kind of treatment in any other dental office so I appreciated it very much:). From there I met both Dr. Matt and Mary, the coordinator. Mary really broke down all the other technicalities of my procedure and made sure I understood everything completely. I will also say I really appreciate how much Mary and the other staff tried to actually get to know during the entire appointment. It made the day feel both relaxed and comfortable. Once I got to see Dr. Matt, he explained my procedures very thoroughly and answered any questions I had. As well as showed me the same kindness as all the other staff members did. Really great place honestly.
