Excellent customer service from Sophie Sritharan! This is my second car from New Roads Mazda Newmarket and have always been served with a smile.

Few weeks ago I bought a used car at NewRoads Mazda and I had overall a great experience. Eddie was helpful and very capable to explain all the features of the vehicle; I also had the chance to have the drive test and it was definitely a must.
The “downside” of the buying process it was that the car was promised to be ready for pick up 3 days after I signed the contract but unfortunately it wasn’t. I discovered the fact just when I was already on my way to pick the car up (since no one advised me about the delay I have just to thanks God that I called the office to confirm some documents they were expecting (I’m located 1.5 hour away from their location).
Long short story all the team kindly accepted my huge frustration and did everything was possible to have the car ready for me asap (and actually they were able to deliver the car in the evening).
For this issue I had to extend the car rental but after have spoken with the manager Eddie was even able to reimburse to me the extra cost I had in order to be able to drive there in the evening instead of morning. I have to thank you also Fred for the patience and professionalism he had with me.
If you’re looking for a new or used car I definitely recommended NewRoads Mazda. Thanks guys.

Great experience from start to finish. The website was easy to navigate and when we contacted NewRoads by phone to an advert, the response was prompt. Through the process, we were introduced to Warren and Aaron, both of whom did a great job making us feel comfortable, communicating openly and honestly through the process of buying our used car. They explained each step of the process and contacted us via phone as each stage was being completed. When we first enquired about the car, it was with the mechanic and unable to be test-driven. Warren was very clear in with when it would be available to test drive, and we set up a time to view and test-drive the car. Throughout the process of inspecting the car and asking questions, it never felt like we were being pushed into making a decision to buy the car. Aaron was even kind enough to drop the car near our flat to save us having to pick it up. Thanks again for making the process so friendly and comfortable. Would highly recommend NewRoads, particularly Aaron and Warren.

It was great to work with Sophie Sritharan on my new Mazda. She outlined the options within my current lease and handled all the details for the new car efficiently. She had a great sense of what I might be looking for in my next vehicle and helped me to make the right choice.

Their mechanics, if you can even call them that, are a joke. One of those winners were to replace two sensors in my car. I showed him where these sensor were located in the engine bay, only to be met with serious attitude from him and his boss. They even rudely told me they know what they're doing and to tell them how to do their job. Well, things went as smoothly as I expected, then. The genius working on my car informed me I got the wrong sensors. They didn't fit properly, so he started shaving material off to make them fit. When I asked him to show me where these sensors were located, he showed me the wrong sensors. He had completely disregarded what I was showing him before and he ruined two new sensors because of his arrogance.
Another one was supposed to install a new power steering pump. I gave him a brand new one and after the install, he said it was defective. I bought another one and he said that one was defective, too. What happened was that he didn't bleed the system properly or didn't bleed it at all before starting the engine, thus ruining two brand new pumps. I just got another one from the same source and installed it myself. And it's perfect! If you want something done properly, do it yourself. Do not trust Newmarket Mazda. What a scam.

In response to the reply from this business- my husband wrote this review. He paid your service department money to perform repairs on his car. These repairs were not done properly. Your employees damaged brand new parts. For months, I refused to drive that car because of the power steering pump they ruined.
When my husband fixed that car the other day, he was really upset that someone who has NO formal training in automotive repairs was able to repair these problems PROPERLY, unlike your "trained" and "certified" staff.
A review was definitely in order, so I handed him my phone and told him to write it right away. I'm really not happy that my husband wasted money paying your staff to damage our parts and waste more of our money. We could have done that ourselves. For free. Oh, wait, we didn't - we actually fixed it PROPERLY. The first time.

Great experience here. No pressure from the staff who were happy to chat and answer all our questions. Big shout out to Eddie and Aaron who made everything super smooth.

If I could New Roads Mazda six stars I absolutely would!

I had been searching for a car for months when I stumbled upon a car on CarGurus listed at the new Roads Mazda in Newmarket.
I called about information regarding the car however they were busy at the time and the receptionist told me they give me a call when they could. Only a few minutes before they closed I received a call from their wonderful employee Eddie.

Eddie was absolutely phenomenal at answering all of the questions I had regarding the car and setting me up with a test drive for the following morning. When I got to the Mazda dealership the car was already out front with a dealer plate on it ready to go!

All of the staff were extremely friendly and very professional. Unlike some dealerships I do not feel pressured at all while looking at the vehicle, all of the staff are extremely respectful.

We also dealt with Aaron one of their finance guys Who was also an absolute pleasure and a great help in the entire process! I ended up walking out the same day I walked in with signed Papers.

If you were looking to buy a car I highly highly recommend Eddie and Aaron at new Roads Mazda they will take care of you and make sure everything runs smoothly!

I don't usually leave reviews but I felt like this should be known. Recently we were looking to upgrade SUVs into a GM Acadia. We were approached by a blondish young man (i think his name is Sergei) and he was a breath of fresh air. Knowledgeable and professional. After visiting a few other dealers and seeing how we were treated made me realize just how good this place is. Even though the vehicle we ended up getting was slightly different than what they had on their lot I would still strongly recommend asking Sergei at Newroads Mazda. Amazing guy.

To begin with, the experience at the start of buying a new car was not what I expected. To make a long story short when I purchased a new vehicle I wasn't updated on the delivery date.ever. I actually had to contact them instead of them contacting me like good customer service should be. When I would call and leave a message, I wouldn't be contacted back. I'd actually have to call again at a later day.

Although, on the final day, which was me picking up my brand new mazda. I was given the red carpet treatment and had actually received an apology for how I was treated. Shoutout to Aaron who actually redeemed this dealership for me. I definitely would recommend this dealership, but there are some salesmen here I wouldn't recommend. Sounds odd but believe me when I say simple acts make the experience that much more pleasing, especially when purchasing a vehicle. Thanks Aaron and Newroads Mazda!

I had a very great experience at New roads Mazda, staff are very friendly, patient and welcoming. I went in to just look around but ended up leaving knowing i wanted to get the car i test drove. Sergei is excellent with customers, he is very professional, very kind and patient. He walked me through all i needed to know about the car. He kept in contact through out the entire process and answered all the questions i had as i waited to get my car. The wait time wasn't long too as they prepped everything quickly. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I can't stress enough how nice it was to test drive the vehicle I was interested in alone. (Test driving with someone else for whatever reason makes me feel like I can't even roll the windows down) Unfortunately, despite this, this location, as well as likely many others, has almost no stock and outrageous wait times for vehicle ordering and delivery. It was a wonderful experience visiting, but unfortunately due to the stock and other reasons I didn't find my new car with NewRoads Mazda.

My wife and I were looking for our first car when we stumbled on this dealership. Being new to this whole thing I had felt nothing but comfortable with the whole process. Both Amy, our first point of contact, and Aaron went above and beyond to ensure the process was seamless.
