"I recently purchased a car from NEXCAR Auto Sales & Leasing Inc. The overall experience was positive. The staff was friendly, and the process was smooth. The vehicle was in good condition, and I felt the deal was fair.

I bought a Mini Cooper last year. It was a nice car initially, and the salesman was pleasant enough to do conduct the sale. Although he either quit or was fired from the position since he was not around to close the purchase deal. However a few months into purchasing the car, there was a leak coming from the car and was told to go through my warranty. I will warn you: Do Not Purchase any third-party extended from them. They only cover engine issues and transmission. Be very war since they will tell you that they cover everything when in fact they cover specific mechanical issues. Please read the fine print before proceeding with purchasing from Autogard Advantage Warranty. Barely a year and now I am looking into purchase another car since I am having issues with Mini. I wanted to enjoy my car for a few years, but I am now stuck with a headache. No, I don't recommend purchasing from Nexcar.

Extremely poor service by service manager Dara Razavi.he would not even respond you.they are only nice with you at the time you are purchasing a car then you are in their black list.

Henri was amazing during the whole process.very professional and knowledgeable. I was declined at so many other location and went there to buy a cheap car in cash but Henri got me approved in less than 20 mins.great dealership with so many nice cars inside the dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone is looking to buy a car.their price is lower than anywhere else and regardless how is your credit they will get you approved right in spot.ask for Henri to be the next happy customer.

**Update; please take the time to check if your car has the wheel for your tires because mine sure didn't. Somehow they passed my car through safety and neglected to put the damn wheel key in the car.

Terrible customer service. I went in looking for a pickup truck. They gave me a hard time and told me they don't sell trucks. They clearly have trucks listed on their website. What a joke.

Was there today ready to buy a car for my son, cash deal. Dealt with Armin who was great to deal with. When it came down to the end, I asked Armin to write on the contract what the sale manager had promised me verbally. Armin said that he needed to ask the sales manager first. The sales manager came over, don't know his name, said to me that I need to trust him and he cannot write his promise on the contract. He then took the contract and tore it in my face and walked away.
No Class what so ever! Wouldn't take a car for free in that place!
Buyers beware of the sales manager! No respect! No class! No presence as a manager! Go back to sales and integrity school!
