Short version - paid $150 and received nothing useful.

I have had Chris out numerous times for issues with my Xplornet internet service and each time I am left unhappy. This time Chris came out to relocate my receiver due to issues with signal dropping. I mentioned to Chris that the Xplornet tech department suggested having it moved higher and he refused stating that my roof is too high. He opted to place it on a fence. While I did get good signal for a few minutes the signal has continued to drop repeatedly. Xplornet has again advised that the issue is with height and suggested another work order. I paid $152.55 for the relocation and it has not helped with my internet issues. Chris is refusing to refund the amount paid based on the fact that his relocation was not done as per Xplornet specifications and has ultimately not solved my issues. Not only that but he hung up the phone and is not answering when I call. His argument is that he was paid to run cable and did run cable and does not feel that he should be responsible for his decision on where to run the cable to. Between him and xplornet it has been a constant pass the buck game with me and my home business stuck in the middle without working service. I emplore you to do the right thing Chris and refund the money I have paid for unsatisfactory service.

In addition to the issues with the work provided, I also had issues with Chris contacting me to arrange the appointment. They are required to reach out to the customer within 24-48 business hours and in my case it took them 5 business days. I had even tried to call them and left a message and did not hear back.

This is just really disappointing service. As a small business owner myself, it is upsetting to see someone treat their customers with complete disregard.
