My employment advisor, Muzaffar, he is friendly, he took the time to understand my skills, experience, and career goals, and provided me with valuable guidance and support. Victoria is a mean and emotional less perosn in the agency.she play cheap games like her face.she water 2 weeks just because i don't like her cheap face.she is lying about work and wasting time of so mnay workes who work with this agnecy.please dont work

There aren't enough words to express how I truly feel about Next Step Employment Centre and its staff. In the past, I've gone to other agencies for their help in finding me work. The experience I got from those agencies were different. They treated me like a number in line. Not so with NSEC. NSEC put people first. I am especially amazed at how Nicole Simmons makes your concerns her top priority.

I can’t say enough for Muzaffar Batloob. Today I got a job. It promises to be the best job I’ve ever gotten. It was all made possible by Mr. Batloob. He pointed out to me that my original resume was too vague and unstructured and showed me how to fix it. It was a winning decision! My re-edited resume not only won me praise for being very impressive but it has landed me my new job. Thank you again Mr. Batloob for making it all possible.

I have been working with Next-Steps Employment Centre for the past 3 months. Next-Steps has held a online job fair for us, sent us great candidates and kept us aware of any funding opportunities. Our Job Developer, Nicole Simmons, has been great. She has spent the time to learn about our business and is able to look for candidates that would be the right fit for us. I was applying for a job with the City of Toronto, and I really appreciated how Next-Steps Employment Centre helped me every step of the way! I would like to give a huge shoutout to Mr. Rodney Scott, who would check in with me every day to see how things were going during the application process, and he would always be there to answer my questions and to give me the support I needed to move along the process. They are simply amazing, and my words don't bring to justice how helpful they were to me!

I've acquired all of the information I needed to comprehend and learn about this program during the last month. Mr. Scott Rodney has been quite helpful to me by sending me regular emails and checking in to see if I had received a response from the City of Toronto on the chances. The information session was brief and successful because it provided specific information and ensured that everyone understood what they were about to get. My experience at NSEC- Vaughan, has always been very positive, especially my recent experience with them helped me end up getting my career job in the education field. This is the best place to get professional advice and help.the staffs is very friendly and polite. Particularly my Advisor Mr. Muzaffar, whose positive endorsement and strong motivation made it easy and possible to obtain this position.

It was a very insightful experience. The Staff here are friendly, helpful, non-judgemental, accommodating and generous. I really learnt a lot from them.
At first, I thought I knew a lot about Interviews and Resumes until the workshop started, then it turns out I really did not know much about it after all. Now am sure I definitely have what it takes to get a great job out there. I am glad I attended the workshop. You should too.

I love Next steps because they actually care about their clients! Rod Scott has informative workshops, the girls at the front (Sam Jama & Dorothy Feeney) were always delightful, Muzaffar Matloob my Employment Advisor besides his HUMORS personality is very professional and a great advisor with encouraging words.
Julia Sipos the pretty Red head, always available for extra enthusiastic words and she provided a wide range of Interviews that landed my Job! Great Team work!

They were very helpful with my job search and have a lot of workshops/tools to help you develop and prepare for interviews and getting a job. Their advisors are honest and straight forward and very helpful getting you through "roadblocks"

My experience at this centre was great! All of the staff here were very nice, friendly, professional, non judgmental, and took great concern and care in helping me get through a bad situation. They will go the extra mile to help and will call to follow up, invite you to workshops, job offers and just to check in and make sure you’re doing alright.
I attended one of their Job Refresher workshops and it enabled me to connect with others in my situation and gain valuable information which was very informative. Thanks for all your help and keep up the good work!

After being employed for over 30+ years I was suddenly faced with unemployment after our company contract was not renewed.
