I sent my card here to get a quote. And they completely stopped responding to me for days? Still waiting to hear back. They don’t have an email bounce back saying they are having delays or are closed or anything. They aren’t answering their phone either so not sure if there’s some sort of emergency on their part. Hope they’re ok.

The 1 star doesn’t reflect my experience actually printing with them - just communication.

UPDATE:

After I left this review they got back to me right away letting me know that they were very busy as they serve a wide area in the city (I would recommend having an automated email saying that they have a high number of requests but that they will get back as soon as possible).

Ali, the owner, personally apologized and Omar did an amazing job providing me with a proof and updating the print to my specifications. They had my cards printed within a couple days (and a day earlier than expected) despite them serving many customers. They also added a few perks for the wait. The cards look great!

Their customer service has been stellar after that small bump at the beginning.

I’m looking forward to going back to Nexus for more print jobs. Thank you!

I first used Nexus Printing services 2 years ago, and was very impressed. They took time to edit our pictures, ensuring colours popped and everything looked smooth. After opening my crochet business, I knew I had to go to them again. My business cards and banner came out AMAZING. Recently they printed and put together pet calendars for my workplace. Everyone absolutely loved them. The extra work these guys put in definitely shows. Highly recommend and will definitely continue to use!

Omar was extremely helpful in accommodating me with a really last minute rush order for poster printing for a medical conference. He stayed late to ensure job done. Highly recommend.

Yesterday Saturday I was there to photocopy a document.
I therefore ask the price to photocopy a page in black and white. The employee answers me 20 cents per copy plus 3 dollars for computer costs, so 3.2 dollars total. To be sure I understood correctly, I confirm with the employee: "20 cents + $3? Yes, that's right. So $3.2 for a single black and white page! If that's is not stealing!

The owner, and the team at Nexus are first class to work with! Great product, pricing and they deliver results always on time!
