In the past my small broker was not bad. They were bought out by NFP and the quality of service went down! Insurance rate.same coverage, no accidents, no tickets, etc. - but my rate went up 13% in a year.not worth it.do your research and find somewhere else that wont gouge you.

NFP has provided us with nothing less than outstanding service for many years.

They alerted us to ways we could save money on premiums and the one time we filed a claim, they provided an exceptionally quick response. We recommend them t friends and family.

Saima Kamran Was extremely helpful, calm and kind. I was having the worst possible customer service experience with Pembridge Insurance and she helped resolve my case that had been pending since the beginning of summer in one phone call. She connected me on a three way call with my broker and guided him through the steps to close my file. I wish she would have been able to help me months before. I can’t begin to describe how awful dealing with Pembridge was! But, Miss. Saima Kamran was the light in situation.

This company goes above and beyond from my personal experience so far. Client manager Saima Kamran was simply amazing at handling an urgent matter of mine. She was very client-centric. She did everything she said she would do and followed up with me quickly and provided a resolution. I was very delighted. I highly recommend!

The Account Manager that handled my inquiry (Saima) was such a pleasure to work with and made the entire process easy, smooth, and efficient! She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions exceptionally well. Extremely happy with the level of service 10/10 would recommend!

For the past few years my family and myself have had Saima Kamran as our broker and it has been nothing but a delight. She's extremely knowledge and showed her expertise when handling our file. She is extremely friendly and has gone literal miles and back to help my family even in last minute situations. We are very pleased to have her as our broker as she has also gotten us the best coverages and prices. Saima is hands down the best broker my family has ever met in our time of dealing with many brokerage and insurance companies.

Being new to Canada, I didn't know a single thing about post accident services and process. But the way NFP account Manager, Saima Kamran handled my case and assisted me along the whole process make me feel like being blessed. I am truly impressed by her knowledge, experience and professional way of handling her clients. She took my problems as if her own and made me sit back and relax during this whole hypertension period of my life.

I am writing this review specifically for an account manager at NFP who was the only person who understood what I was requesting and resolved my issue promptly. Her name is Saima Kamran. After trying to get an issue resolved for five months, three phones calls, and waiting months at a time for the paperwork in the mail, Saima was able to help me in one phone call and sent an immediate email to me with confirmation. As well, it was the end of her work day but she was determined to resolve the issue I had and worked after her work day was over to complete this matter. I was very impressed with her dedication and service.

Avoid at all costs. Sales reps are very friendly and prompt to get your business, but after you sign up with them, it’s a bad experience. Emailed my broker and he didn’t even care to reply back to any emails or phone calls that I left. Called customer service on Friday and Karen said she will get me a quote by Monday. 2 weeks later, I have to give them a call back to see what’s happening. If you complain to the customer service agent, she just says “oh it wasn’t me”. Not even a sorry. If I had to give them 0 stars, I would.

I really hate doing any kind of paper work and get very bogged down easily. Carl was great. He gently helped me through the seemingly endless information needed. He was great.

IF I COULD, I WOULD GIVE THEM A 0! I actually registered just to write this! Last year I called them 5 times asking for my renewal paperwork for my home insurance- they blamed it on economical. Thursday I have received 2 envelopes from economical: first renewal for this year asking $514, second finally renewals from last year in the amount of $350. I called them immediately to ask what is going on? The women on the phone not only was completely unhelpful and could not understand me, but when I took a deep breath she actually said to me 'just relax'? !? !? !? !? !? !? !? !? I was not rude, I did not raise my voice, I was speaking with her in a calm manner as she is my ally and asking her to help me. My response to that was 'excuse me did you just tell me to relax? I am your customer'. She quickly said she did not mean it that way. Anyways she said she can't do anything for me then, since economical was closing soon (it was 4: 30pm) but she will get back to me. Fast forward to Tuesday I receive another paperwork from economical for renewal and not the word from 'brokers'. I call again and this time I get Vivian. Again Vivian does not understand what I'm talking about, Vivian is saying how notes in the system are not recorder properly, how she has no idea who I was talking to. Ok let's start from beginning. My policy was this, and now it's 30% more, there was no claim, there is no change why is this happening? Vivian said 'well that's what it is now and it's not your fault but nothing we can do about it'. Ok so I said 'aren't you going to try to find me a better thing? ' she said 'well do you want me too? '. I said just send me cancelation policy, because it seems like I'm inconveniencing you'. 'she said, ok I'm going to send it to you'. I was shocked I asked 'you are just going to loose a customer? Can I speak to your manager? ' Her response, 'you can't speak to her now, she will call you back'. I asked for managers name and she said 'Devika'. More then 24 hrs later I have received this email from Vivian:

'Attached is the Policy Cancellation Form for your Condo policy. Please signed the form and return it to us. We will cancel the policy once we receive the signed form.
I have talked to our manager about your Condo renewal and done a review of your policy with the other insurance companies, and Economical still seems to be the best company we have to offer for your current coverages.
Please feel free to give us a call should you have any questions.

Well what Vivian does not know is that I did not hold my breath, based on their previous response time. I got in touch with another broker, got cancelation policy from them and already obtained same policy from Aviva for $354/year. I will now cancel my mothers policy with them, and everyone I know will hear about this. Shame! Shame! Shame.what would happen if, God forbid, I actually had a problem or a claim I needed help with? !? ! DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!

This company is poorly operated and managed. They have inadequate customer service based on my experiences doing business with them. First and foremost they don't reply to messages. On one occasion they've started to process a policy change and didn't complete it for months. This was brought to their attention as I chose to follow up after not receiving updated slips. They incorrectly filled out documents for me on more than one occasion. Please do yourself a favor and inquire about insurance elsewhere with a more professional company.

Horrible experience! You no longer get one advisor to speak too. Instead, you get the privilege of having to speak with a different advisor every time you call. Thanks to this ingenious idea, you have to repeat yourself over-and-over. No one takes responsibility for your concerns and the follow up can take days. My insurance expires in a week and I’m still waiting for a response on a few questions.

Update: Two days left before my insurance policy expires and premiums change again. I have to pay for an insurance policy without knowing what will and will not be covered. You have my money for this term, but I am going to look elsewhere for the next term. Horrible experience!

I was with Navigators for almost 5 years. Anthony Tamburro was a professional clients managers. Now these new hired staff, lack of proper language skills, cannot differianciate between types of insurance are an absolute waste.

Worst company ever. Have called in 7 times to get my papers and they say they have sent it. It has now been over 6 months. I would stay away from this company if I were you.

Edited January 2019: The policy got renewed and no mail was sent. It has now been 4 months and my dad is driving without insurance confirmation. I called in today and I was told you guys would email me a copy today. It wasn't done. I will have to call again tomorrow. The rates for this company are fantastic but dealing with them is a nightmare. You can't have the best of both worlds I get it. Cheap insurance, cheap service but this is too bad.

If you are looking for insurance give Rachelle Bugelli a call. She goes above and beyond to get you the best rates with no extra hidden fees. She accomadates every request and is always just a quick email or phone call away. Ive dealt with many insurance companies and she was able to offer me an incredibly good rate even with my unlucky driving record. I referred my parents and she was able to give them a more competitive rate than their last company they were with for over 15 yrs. Look no further! Rachelle is the best broker! Highly professional and she knows where to save you money, won't give you anyhing you don't need.

As a first time car buyer there are many different stresses that accompany a purchase of that magnitude, insurance often being one of the biggest, but not with staff member Dylan Polfliet. Not only was this company able to provide me with the best priced insurance from Windsor to Toronto, I was able to get all of my business taken care of via email and phone simply and quickly, which was extremely convenient!

I have just recently found out about the companies enticing policies for motorcycle insurance when you pair it along with existing car insurance which will definitely be put to use summer 2019.

I will be passing this company along to friends and family who are over paying or not getting the service they deserve.

If there was zero star, I would have chosen it! Worse service I've ever received in my life from any business! This agency is disorganized, and I can never get a hold of a broker to talk to. In the period of a year, I had to deal with 3 different brokers, because the other left. No wonder why.
People.stay away of this place. An insurance broker is someone you need to talk to urgently, not wait for days before you could reach. The last time my husband had to go to their office to find someone to talk to because no one was picking up the phone or returning our calls!
A note to the owner, please quit telling to the people that you don't have them in your records, cause it's so obvious that people don't use their official names on the internet!
