Contains some of the best history of pharmacies long ago.
The smell inside definitely took me back to the days of my grandparents place. You would constantly smell some medicated ointment of some sort inside.

Lovely, great historical exhibits and Info. Remember the door opens in: push not pull.

Beautiful museum with well preserved history. I love learning about the ways that pharmacy’s worked over 100-200 years ago. They have lots of neat old bottles and powders, and various equipment on display.

The keeper at the apothecary demonstrated and explained many cool things to us and our kids. Great experience. Leave a donation to keep this wonderful spot going!

Jenny was lovely to talk to during today after my trip to Niagara Falls, showed me lots of interesting things and would love to go back some day. Great pharmacist very insightful and passionate about it.

The Niagara Apothecary is an authentic museum restoration of a 1869 pharmacy as part of a practice that operated in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, from 1820 to 1964.

FACINATING - I am the daughter and grand daughter of pharmacists, and this place was full of things that I recognized. The Williams Collection? That is where my dad apprentced! Great staff who are former pharmacists can answer so many questions. LOVE this place
