I have been worried about where to take my brand new Audi Q5 for servicing and very pleased and happy to have found this location. Bogdan began by explaining to me the importance of maintaining and servicing the vehicle every 10,000km vs 15,000km (manufacturer recommendation) which I completely agree with and he explained the process very simple and advised what was required. Price point is amazing compared to alternatives especially the prices vs Audi Canada. Even though I fell asleep and missed my appointment by 15 mins he called and still got me in that day and the service was done faster than I could walk 10 mins home and grab a coffee and snack. He topped up some fluids that even Canadian Tire charge ridiculous amounts for. I strongly suggest if you want to keep you Audi, Benz, BMW or any car foreign, Asian or American, to do it here. Bogdan and his team are great and every one of his customers that I saw seemed happy too unlike the yelling at other dealerships and Canadian tires about waiting 8-10 hrs for servicing. Great shop and nice to support local business in my community vs big corporations who made enough.

I always serviced my Mercedes at an authorized dealer, I decided to give Niagara Auto Electric a chance to take care of an oil change and other issues with my Benz. It was the best decision I could have made. Five stars without question.

Do Not Reccomend! STAY AWAY
A real mechanic will tell you everything that is wrong with your car, its either these guys will either not properly diagnosis your car or simply just want you to keep coming back with issues so they can make more money off of you!
Don't be fooled like me by these other reviews I ended up bringing my car 2 times here and was happy I chose a different mechanic when more issues came up a week later when I paid for the diagnosis and was told my concern was okay smh

Very helpful! I was in Niagara Falls for a work event and on the drive from Toronto I noticed an odd sound from my vehicle. I didn’t feel comfortable driving on the highway without having it looked at. I called the shop on my lunch break and they were able to fit me in right away. They solved the issue quickly, and I was able to make it back before our break was over— thankfully, it was a simple fix. I really appreciated their flexibility and service!

So I called here: if I can get I quote over the phone for brake pads for this car car and model.
Your guy: in a rude tone- “And how can I do that over the phone? ” And speaks nothing after that and waits for my response.
And then I asked for an estimate and then this guy says” maybe something &400 plus” and this guy hang up the phone.

Top quality, professional and honest service! Bogdan and his amazing staff went the extra mile to set up the air conditioning system in my hand crafted mid engine sports car. No easy feat! They systematically explained the service procedure and delivered with exceptional results. We don't take our cars anywhere else and I highly recommend them if you need any work done on you vehicle. Bogdan and his crew were fantastic! They did the timing belt on my wife's 2012 Cruze for the exact quoted price and in the time they told me it would take. The shop is extremely clean which is nice to see and it's filled with lots of new import and domestic vehicles. I would highly recommend the shop to anyone in need of service!
