The staff doesn't seem to want to be there & not very friendly. Queenston/Leweston duty free staff is much better.

Duty free facility quite nice with good choice of products.
My wife and I did notice that the customer service ladies on the floor were not pleasent or professional, at all (spoke to 2 of the 3).
My wife was looking for a specific perfume and we were confirming how to go through customs, etc.
They seemed annoyed that we were speaking to them.
There was a snow storm. They certainly weren't busy.
To bad. We just left.

This is smaller then the duty free at the Peace bridge but it has a good selection of liquor and reasonable prices.

The place was very nice. I, however expected a larger selection of item. I guess I was just not sure of what they offered before I went. Lady at the door was extremely rude.

They have a pretty good variety of alcohol and most of it is 1.0L not 750mL. The prices are cheaper than most 750mL bottles in the US and they have some unique liquors only available in Canada. Definitely worth stopping by.

They help you with currency exchange and recommend the best way to pay to get the most for your money.

It's okay. Lots of options for alcohol. I was super excited about the Bus Light Apple (even though it was disappointing). I was disappointed in the selection of Canada merchandise. They have a full blown makeup/perfume shopping section which didn't make much sense. Lots of good snacks to choose from. I was happy to get some Canadian maple syrup.
I didn't like how once you leave, you're routed right to the border. Maybe we didn't get the memo.

Small duty free shop (at least compared to others I've visited, with a primary focus being alcohol. You must be traveling to the US via the Rainbow bridge to shop here. The bridge was a bit backed up when we stopped here, and it would have been nice if we could have left back into Canada to kill some time while we waited for the bridge traffic to die down a bit. Overall, the prices seem decent and it was a easy enough experience.

When I say no tax I mean it. Theirs employees are very helpful in regards to the allowance policy. After purchasing your items you MUST go to the drive thru window to pickup everything from the store. The priced are usually 40-60 percent off your local liqaur store prices and for a 3liter of something usually you'll only pay 50 bucks. Check it out they also have althetic merchandise such as wallets and purses and cologne and purfume.

Small but purposeful. You make you purchase but don't receive your liquor until you leave the building and exiting in your vehicle.to the U. S. If you are purchasing alcohol for consumption while in Canada, they won't allow you to do so here. Clean and fairly price collection of duty free items. The parking area also offers a great view of the Nigara Falls and great for nights when the light are on at the falls.

I always stop here to but my Molson triple X beer which is not available in the US. Pretty good prices and they have samples of some of the liquor and candy if you ask. One downfall of this place is that you have to block the only exit from the parking lot to pick up your liquor on the way to the US, so if someone wants to exit the parking lot they have to wait for you to load. This last time I had 2 cars blocked and they did not like it and kept honking at me while loading like I had a way of getting out of there way.

The only duty free shop at the base of the Rainbow bridge Ontario. Bring your passport or government issued photo ID with your birth certificate. Then cross over the bridge via car or walk for $1.00 cd to the U. S.

Loved it as we stopped in there every time before we would crossed back over to the US side of Niagara Falls. The people who worked there are very nice and very helpful with any questions that we had too.

I enjoyed shopping there, only to have my girlfriend's chocolate bar not to be given to me once I crossed the toll part to go back to the US. Very disappointed that not all my products given to me like they were supposed to have my girlfriend cried not getting her chocolate bar.

Store is on smaller side and probably needs an update. The lady who helped us buy a watch was very helpful, friendly and patient. We made a few purchases, used the washrooms and got back on the road to head to Ohio. All the employees were busy working away.
