Odin, my 11 year chow chow was bred for beauty and character, but not so much function. He’s had health problems since the day he was born. We have been going to Niagara Falls animal hospital since he was a baby. My little guy has had lots of health problems and has been though a lot, but 11 years later he still gets so happy to walk through those doors and that is a testament to how amazing all of the staff is at the clinic. No matter where we have moved to in Ontario and make the drive back sometimes over an hour because of the people there. They are kind and patient and take the time needed to make sure that not only your fur baby is taken care of, but that you are too. Thank you to everyone there. You are all amazing.

Had to have a few of my cat's teeth removed. They went above and beyond to make sure my cat Darby healed nicely after the surgery. I would recommend this place in a instant. If you want your fur babies to be well looked after this is the place

The absolute most kind and compassionate staff that I’ve experienced at a veterinary clinic. My senior dog passed recently and their assistance in making her last days comfortable was remarkable. Thank you!

Honestly the most amazing vet I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. Dr. Mergl has been an absolute god send and the countless times she brought hope when we thought there wasn’t any. Her kindness and love radiates through the clinic and I could never have imagined starting my rescue would bring me to her. She is our go to not only for rescues but our own kitties as well. A true hero in our eyes.

We had been with Thorold Vet but they were not responding and our specific vet there had left to Burlington-we were there for over 30 years
We have been searching for a new vet and made an appointment for a few days from now but asked for any cancellations. They called us in a couple of hours to come in at 3 today!
From the moment we arrived they handled us in a very positive and professional way. All our staff interactions were very positive. Even on the phone they were great! They asked lots of questions to gather info on our situation.
We were put in a room right away and waited for the Doctor. Dr Christina Couloulias came in and was great right off the bat. We have a very serious situation with our pet and the Dr was able to work with us on our options and possible outcomes. She didn’t try and push us for anything but she was very helpful in our discussions and decisions. She was very compassionate!
We think we found our new vet!

I have not used this clinic for my pet but I’m looking to find one in Niagara Falls and going through reviews for a number of them and would just like to thank everyone for their opinions on here that have helped me to make the decision not to give this clinic a try.
